Awesome and satisfying experience
I went on safari in July 2020 to Masai Mara and stayed at Jambo Mara Safari Camp. There was good communication before the trip and once I arrived in Kenya. My friend in Kenya recommended Safari Update Travels as one they recommended for their visiting friends and family-- a good experience without a lot of frills, and for a reasonable price. Shem, our driver, was very accommodating. There were 6 of us in the van and we all had beautiful views of the wildlife and scenery. The room was super clean and comfortable, and I had a good breakfast each morning. We never felt uncomfortable and had no concerns. The others in the van were younger than me and from several other countries and we had a good time sharing the adventure. I would recommend this trip highly for anyone who wants to enjoy the scenery without a lot of extra frills.

Best Safari Company
I used Safari Update Travels for my trip to Kenya in Feb. I was going for 4 days in total and found it hard to secure a good company. They were very responsive and all the questions I asked were answered with patience and helpful information. Also, may I add they were the only company that didn't harass me which is one of the reasons I chose them.
We had a tour of Nairobi when we arrived which was lovely. We then headed to the Masai Mara with our guide Shem which may I add add was so patient, kind and informative. He couldn't do enough and never pressured us to do something extra.
The masai mara accommodation was out of this world and the safari itself was just unforgettable. We saw everything multiple times. I loved it so much that I know I will go back and I will so use this company again.
I highly recommend Shem as your guide as he is a gentleman.
Thank you for an amazing experience which I will never forget .

We are very happy with our experience. The communication was very prompt and they gave us options for different budgets. Payment terms were good.
The accommodations were excellent with good varieties of food options. Keekorok at Masai mara had an amazing Hippo pool and Nakuru lodge was very very pretty.
Our driver and guide Shem was excellent. He was very hardworking and put lot of efforts to ensure that we have a memorable experience. The car Car was excellent. The pop up roof was best for game viewing. Overall, it had excellent value for money and if we go back, will again go with Safari Update Travels.

starting with the quote everything was great in dealing with Safari Update Travels. As this was my first visit to Africa I had a lot of questions about the trip and Shem and his team patiently provided me with all the answers. As soon as I paid my advance I clearly received all the receipts and the required letters for travelling and this process could not have been any smoother.
My wife and I had booked a land cruiser and an itinerary of ONLY Kenya with Massai mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. They picked us up at our hotel as promised right on time and off we went. I do have to especially appreciate our driver and guide Shem as he was fantastic throughout the entire trip. Any and every question we had was answered promptly and no matter how many times we wanted him to stop for pictures of the animals he was ready to do so. He was safe with his driving at all times and the hospitality we received from him was excellent. We stayed at great places with great food based on our dietary restrictions and were also fortunate to have a great game viewing. We also had a fun boat ride at Naivasha and also had an opportunity to hike down the Hell's Gate Gorge and were able to see the volcanic fault lines.
Everything that was promised was delivered !! Loved the experience in working with the company and our guide. I highly recommend this company and will definitely revisit and book my next trip with them soon.

Best safari planners and customer care.
We had this short safari since we were only staying in Kenya for few days, a friend suggested we for us Safari update Travels as a preferred tour company to organize a short 3 days and 2 nights safari since she had worked with them earlier this year. From the start of our plan everything was seamless Silas worked with us to ensure all details were well noted and whenever we needed clarification he quickly responded.
Our guide Samuel was the best, jovial, knowledgeable, well conversant of African wildlife and more so funny.
We saw big 4 except from Rhino which si common not to be seen while on a safari.
We stayed at Sopa lodge, everything awesome. Food, accommodation, freindly services and staff.
We highly recommend SAFARI UPDATE TRAVELS for this safaris. They guys are just on a another level!!
We will travel with you again and again!

Excellent services
Dear Silas and team! I want to say "big" thank you for all you did for us! First minute than I saw Silas in the airport I understood that everything being ok! You and your team made our dreams alive! Silas is really great organizer, he is professional and really beauty! Shem is the best driver, he knows a lot about nature, we saw all animals for the five days our great adventure! He is interesting companion, we had a lot of talks in the evenings. our camps was great and cozy, it had all what we needed! Our safari trip was greatest and brilliant, it was perfect organization and has best price compared to others safari agency's! I can recommend with pride Safari Update Travels to other travelers! This was my fourth safari with Safari Update Travels, and there is a reason I keep coming back. The level of service, from the moment your plane touched down, until the last safari has been taken, is an outstanding experience in quality and customer service. Everyone knew our name wherever we went, everyone went out of their way to make us feel as though we were the only ones on the safari, the patience the drivers showed along with their excitement and knowledge, made this a trip one I will always remember. Kudos to ERICK and SHEM!!! Being in the hospitality industry like I am, I tend to see things that others might not notice in regards to cleanliness, etc. Not with Safari Update Travels!!!
