Action packed tour for a great price!
We are 4 students on a very tight budget and we had a great time with alpha dean! We were quoted a great price for our tour by Jemimah, who was super helpful at organising everything and gave us loads of options to find what fitted best with our plans. We settled on a five day tour with two days in the Masai Mara, plus a trip to lake Nakuru and lake naivasha on the way back, driving from Nairobi. They were very helpful in us getting cash out to pay for the tour and other extras along the way. The shared tour ended up being just the 4 of us as it was off season. They offered us an upgrade of vehicle at the last minute for $200 which we didn’t accept, but may offer a more comfortable experience as it was quite a loud & bumpy ride in the mini van. This wasn’t an issue for 4 young guys expecting a budget trip, but if it was full/for those who prefer a slightly calmer experience we’d recommend upgrading! We arrived in the Masai Mara campsite on the first evening after a long drive. The camp had WiFi and great food included for our price bracket, with a nice bar to buy ourselves drinks. We then left early the next morning for a whole day game drive. It was brilliant, our guides Anthony and Dan were experts at navigating the muddy conditions and found us everything from lions to elephants and even a leopard. We also enjoyed a walk along the Mara river with a ranger, making each day feel completely unique. We had an amazing experience both days on the reserve and the rain hardly affected our trip at all. The second evening our car broke down, but the guys dealt with it really well, and we were picked up by another tour guide who looked after us. The guides at alpha dean are friendly with everyone on the Mara and it really shows! The third day was another driving day, with a long trip to Nakuru where we stayed in a lovely hotel. The last day involved a long morning game drive in Nakuru where we saw rhinos and an array of great bird life that we couldn’t see on the Masai Mara. We then finished the tour by driving to lake naivasha where we were able to enjoy a boat ride ($20 pp) and a nature walk (another $20pp). These were brilliant so we’d highly recommend, just be aware that they cost extra. There’s also a strong culture of tipping so make sure to factor that cost in! Overall we had an incredible experience with alpha dean and we’d definitely recommend doing a safari with Jemimah, Anthony, and team in future!

Essential
I had a great 3‑day safari in the Maasai Mara. The experience was well organized and the tented accommodation was much better than expected—comfortable, clean, and with all the essentials. Considering the overall quality of the service, the price-to-experience ratio is very fair. A memorable trip and a good value for money, but paying cash you will save some 5 % extra fee that they will charge you paying with card.

Quick response, flexible planning, fine for a budget safari
We had a good experience, very quick and easy communication with the kind office woman Jemimah, flexible planning according to our wishes. Kim and Bonni our guides were very nice. Bit of a mix and match with different people you meet on the way but makes sense as it is a budget safari.

Fantastic Experience and Great Hospitality
It was fantastic experience with Alpha Dean Tours . Jemima is a great host arranged transport from and to airport and provided a great hospitality. Our Tour Guide was more experienced about masai mara and animals was a added plus. Overall I would recommend this solo and all group of travellers. It was totally worth it.

An unforgettable safari experience
We booked a 6-day Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli trip with Alpha Dean Tours and Travels, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, our coordinator Jemimah was incredibly kind and supportive — she stayed in touch from the time of booking until the end of our trip, always ready to answer our questions and help whenever needed.
A special thanks to our amazing guides Kulet and Bonney, who were both extremely knowledgeable about the safari routes and wildlife. They went above and beyond to make sure we spotted as many animals as possible. Kulet is truly one of the best guides in Masai Mara, and we were so happy to have him with us throughout the trip.
The journey can be quite tiring due to long travel distances, and you should be prepared for dusty winds in Nakuru and Amboseli — but the experiences and memories make it absolutely worth it!
Overall, it was one of the best trips of our lives. A big thank you to Alpha Dean Tours and Travels and Jemimah for making our safari smooth, comfortable, and so memorable. Highly recommended!

Reliable and accommodating tour operator
Our trip was absolutely a memorable one. Our guide, Anthony, was great, resourceful and knowledgeable about everything in Masaai, Nakuru and Naivasha! We managed to see the big 5 on day 1 of our game drive. The hotels we stayed at were very good especially the Jumbo Mara Safari Lodge. Jemimah at Alpha Dean is very reliable, accommodating and was happy to respond to all our questions from figuring out our itinerary until the end of the trip. Thank you very much

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic safari tour with Alphadean Tours and Safaris, expertly arranged by our wonderful tour consultant, Jemimah. From the very beginning, Jemimah was incredibly helpful, patiently addressing all our questions about the practical aspects of our upcoming safari.
Her support didn't stop there—during our roundtrip, Jemimah was always there for us, promptly resolving any inquiries and happily rearranging our itinerary based on our wishes.
We had a bit of a hiccup with our luggage being delayed from the flight, but Jemimah took care of everything. While we were enjoying the stunning wildlife, she ensured our luggage was picked up from the airport and delivered directly to us on the tour.

Amazing agent and tour guides
Alfadean provided us safari tours to Masai Mala, Nakuru, Amboseli, and Ol Pejeta. Also, they helped us arrange tours to Tanzania safari. The agent Jemimah was super amazing. She arranged tours quickly and professional. When we had any question about the itinerary, she provided us the fastest response. We had three candidate agencies before, Alphadean provided us the fastest response with reasonable budget price. Their tour guides we traveled with were Lawrence, Anthony and Bonny, they were awesome and all stated that they would give us memorable experiences, and they did! They made their best efforts to let us see as many animals as possible. We even saw lions group hunting in Masai Mala. I have no hesitation to recommend Alphadean to friends and will go with them again if I come back to Kenya again.
