Everything was exactly as described, and it was a wonderful experience.
We got in touch with the agency, which provided us with several quotes and was always very helpful, listening to our requests and advising us on the best options.
Everything went perfectly. Everything described in the quotes turned out to be exactly as expected.
Our safari guide, Joele, is a true professional. Thanks to his knowledge of the area, his understanding of the habits of big cats, and his experience, he managed to help us see all the animals we were hoping to see. We highly recommend asking for him. He was extremely helpful and attentive throughout.
All the accommodations were exceptionally clean, with friendly staff and all the services needed for a comfortable stay.
It was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend both the agency and the safari guide.

Excellent
Wonderful experience… even if the first camp was of a very low quality (food, infrastructure and organisation). In addition, the jeep was often full of 7 people and so without a window for those who were sitting in the middle…

Legitimate operators, wonderful to deal with
Tremendous value for money! Tour can seem a bit chaotic with change of vehicles at times depending on your tour length, however everything works as it should and we saw so many animals 4 of the Big 5. Philip and Clinton were great guides, i highly recommend Alphadean!

An amazing trip with Alphadean tours and safaris!!
It was an incredible 7-day safari packed with wildlife and great discoveries. Alphadean Tours put together a very diverse itinerary for us, with every stop having its own unique feel. The guides and drivers were highly skilled, and everything was completely faithful to the initial description.

A very good trip.
I highly recommend this travel agency. The safari experience was excellent. The customer service was very patient, answering many of my questions before the trip and helping us customize our travel plans. The driver who picked us up was also wonderful, diligently helping us find animals throughout the safari. After the trip, he even kindly took us back to our hotel in Nairobi.

A professional and reliable safari agency that offers well-organized tours.
We had a great experience with this safari agency and would definitely recommend them!
Communication before our arrival was excellent, everything was well organized, and our guide Francis was a safe driver who worked hard to help us spot as many animals as possible. We especially loved the Masai Mara, Crescent Island, and the hotel in Nakuru. The breakfasts and dinners were also very good.
There are a few areas that could be improved, such as providing more information during the safari about the wildlife and local culture, giving clearer daily schedules, and improving the lunch boxes. But these are only minor points.
Overall, we had an amazing trip and will keep wonderful memories of our safari in Kenya. Thank you to the whole team!

We communicated smoothly with this travel agency. Although there were some minor problems, we were lucky to see big five and animal migration. The entire trip was smooth. I recommend choosing this travel agency.

Great Safari to Amboseli
I selected Alphadean safaris after receiving three quotes. I found Jemimah to have been very responsive, not pushy, and quoted me a safari I was happy with. Communication with her was great! She also stored a bag for me (don’t do that as Nairobi traffic was terrible, lesson learned). The safari was also great, my guide got us safely to amboseli and the safari was great! Definitely pay the premium for the hot air ballon! All in all it was a really great safari experience!

It was a best trip ever I planned , I came for a photography tour , alphadean made it .
Service - I stated in Miti mingi eco camp in Masai , the camp manager and staffs were so friendly
Safari - the guides who came with us were so kind
But before planning to masai , contact them and first inform about your flight , so they will make plan as per your arrival .

Our tour was an excellent value for the money
Our tour guides, Mike and Phillip, were both excellent. I felt safe at all times in our travels and accommodations. The driving conditions were very difficult at times, and they both handled the roads with professionalism and skill. My daughter and I had a great adventure on a budget and would recommend to anyone interested. We hope to be back!
