Marvelous
Last August my partner and I were in Uganda. We compared the safari service with lulusafari, and everything was great, very well organized and planned and adaptable. Both Derek, the driver, and Gideon, my guide in Spanish, were attentive, kind, and smiling. I loved the way they treated both of them. I got sick one day and without hesitation they took me to where my insurance said they would take me. The truth is that the experience with them was wonderful. If they knew of an animal running, they would move the car so we could see them, they were always waiting and asking what we wanted to do. I truly recommend lulusafari. I chose standard accommodations and they were super nice, all clean and pleasant. Nature gives what it has to give. We were lucky to see all the animals.

Our 10 day tour with Lulu’s guide Brian exceeded our expectations and was an outstanding experience.
We gave 5 stars because Lulu Safaris delivered the tour as quoted from airport pickup, experienced guide, reliable vehicle, good accommodation.
We packed a lot in the 10 days from rhinos at Ziwa, game drives at Murchison Falls, chimpanzees at Kibale, gorillas at Bwindi and leopards stalking zebras at Lake Mburo.
Brian ensured we saw as much as possible- far more than the big five.
The tour was also far more than a safari as it was a road trip around Uganda allowing us to see the country, visit communities and interact with many Ugandans .

Amazing 5-day Tour with Safari, Chimp and Gorilla Trekking
We had the best 5-day tour which included a safari at Queen Elizabeth, boat ride along the Kazinga Channel, Chimp Trekking and Gorilla Trekking.
Our accommodation was simply breathtaking, the food and the service was outstanding.
The best part about our tour was our guide Sarah. She is so professional and made us feel immediately like part of the family. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. We are super impressed with Lulu Safari's and would recommend that you book with them. If you can, ask for Sarah as your guide, she really makes the whole experience amazing!!

Great experience in the pearl of Africa
We did a 10-day tour with Lufu Safaris and our guide Brian. We were able to visit multiple national parks and spend time with both chimpanzees and gorillas. Brian was a great guide and did everything he could to make this trip special for us. We had a great plan for each day and enough flexibility to accommodate any wishes.
Our favorite part was definitely the primates. We were just a couple of meters from them! We also really enjoyed seeing the lion cubs feeding at night.
We would highly recommend a trip with Lufu Safaris and are thankful for our amazing guide Brian!

Lulu provided an truly exceptional trip through five national parks in Uganda! My guide Elvis, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, accommodating, and professional. The experience with Lulu Safari was excellent from the very first inquiry. Communication was always smooth and quick, both by email and WhatsApp, resolving all our doubts and guiding us through the trip planning.
Upon arriving in Uganda, everything flowed even better. We were greeted by Derrik and Viktor, who from the first moment made us feel like we were in the hands of true professionals.
We had a few minor issues with some accommodations, but they were resolved immediately. Derrik and Viktor always acted quickly, kindly, and practically, seeking the best alternative to ensure our comfort and peace of mind.
At our accommodation in Bwindi, on my birthday, they took care of notifying the lodge so they could surprise me with a decorated room, and during dinner, they sang "Happy Birthday" to me. It was a beautiful and very meaningful gesture.
But what truly made this trip unique was the human and professional quality of Derrik and Viktor. They were both punctual, kind, attentive, and extremely considerate. During the long journeys, they constantly asked if we needed breaks, always adapting to our pace and providing attentive, respectful, and very pleasant support.
Viktor also speaks Spanish, which greatly facilitated communication and allowed us to perfectly understand all the explanations and knowledge that Derrik shared.
We highly recommend requesting Derrik and Viktor as your guides when booking with Lulu Safari. They made our trip unforgettable, and we felt accompanied by two exceptional people, both professionally and personally.

Excellent 6-day tour in Rwanda and Uganda with my guideSmith
I just finished my 6-day tour in Rwanda and Uganda booked with Lulu Safaris. My guide was Smith and he was just the best, nothing was too much trouble.
Smith picked me up from Kigali and in 6 days we went to Nyungwe for canopy walking and ziplining. After this we continued to Volcanoes where I did hike to Dian Fossey's grave, then to Bwindi to see gorillas. After this to Queen Elizabeth, where I even saw lions! I did a chim trekking and Lake Bunyonyi.
Accommodations were high quality and food really good and I had no problem to find vegetarian options.
My tour was just absolutely amazing thanks to Smith and Lulu Safaris.
As a female solo traveller I encourage everybody to go explore this beautiful countries.

A trip of a lifetime in Uganda!
Our tour included trips to Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and other rural and beautiful areas of Uganda. Brian was our tour guide, and he did an amazing job at showing us all the wildlife, culture, and food Uganda has to offer! He was an incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable tour guide. Wonderful Tour of Uganda
We had an amazing trip through Lulu Safari. The 8-day wildlife tour had us exploring Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and more remote and off the beaten path locations in Uganda in search of lions, rhinos, elephants, gorillas, chimpanzees, and more. The tour is excellent value for the money spent.
Our tour guide, Brian, was incredibly knowledgeable not only on Ugandan wildlife but a master of Ugandan culture as well. He was happy to make accommodations and adjustments as necessary on our journey. I cannot stress enough how great of a person and operator he was.
Elvis the tour arranger was highly communicative and was able to book us a hotel stay for when we first arrived at 11pm with a driver ready for us at the airport.
The tour was as advertised in our itinerary. Sleeping accommodations were in various lodges at our multiple stops throughout the country. The lodges offer breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Rooms had large beds and showers with great staff.
Be prepared for early mornings if you want a good chance at seeing the wildlife. Also be prepared for long drives as the tour takes you across the entire country.
