Everything was great.
Elvis from Lulu Safari organized a safari according to our needs and wishes, and Brian, our guide, made sure that everything went according to the plan. Brian went above and beyond to help out with medication and doctor care when one of us got sick, which made us feel well taken care of. a safe and comfortable journey
They planned an itinerary that perfectly matched the places we wanted to visit.
The itinerary was clearly written, and the pricing was transparent and easy to understand.
The payment process was simple, and we had no concerns at all.
Since our son is 6 years old, we could not see gorillas or chimpanzees, which are often highlights of Uganda trips.
Even so, the journey exceeded our expectations and was extremely satisfying.
Our guide, Allan, was very knowledgeable about Uganda, wildlife, and many other topics, and he explained everything clearly.
When our son got insect bites or fell and hurt himself, he responded immediately and appropriately.
We were very impressed by his high level of professionalism and ability to handle situations calmly.
He also took into account that my husband and I are not very confident in English, and spoke in clear, easy-to-understand English for us.
Our 6-year-old son, who can communicate well in English, really enjoyed talking with him, and when it was time to say goodbye, he tried hard not to cry.
We would love to return once our son is old enough to visit the chimpanzees.

I will definitely travel with Lulu safaris again! Everything was amazing. Communication was always swift and helpful, I contacted Elvis directly via e-mail or whattsapp, and he was quick to reply. I spend 9 days travelling through uganda, chimpanzee trekking, queen elizabeth national park, and gorilla trekking. Everything was incredibly well organized, and exactly what I wanted (and more). A big contributor to my amazing experience was my guide Simon. We had so much fun. The transfers, accommodation and overall experience was perfect. Ugandans are also the most friendly people. I loved the trip.

Amazing experience in Uganda with Lulu Safaris and Derrick!
Our first safari experience took place in Uganda, and it exceeded every expectation thanks to Lulu Safaris and, above all, our incredible guide, Derrick.
The planning process and payment arrangements were extremely easy and smooth, which gave us a lot of confidence from the very beginning.
My wife and I spent 11 days on this journey, and from start to finish everything went exactly as planned. The itinerary was perfectly organized, transitions were smooth, and we always felt that every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
Derrick was exceptional in every sense. From the very first day, he made us feel more like friends than clients. His kindness, patience, and genuine human approach created an atmosphere of trust and comfort throughout the trip. The amount of wildlife we were able to see was incredible, far beyond what we expected for a first safari. The gorilla trekking and chimpanzee trekking experiences were absolutely unforgettable highlights of the journey, perfectly organized and deeply moving.
The hotels were excellent, very comfortable, and well selected, and the food was consistently very good during the entire trip. At all times, we felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment.

Great trip with Franklin!
Lulu Safari helped arrange a private trip for us and we had a wonderful 8 days with our guide Franklin. We started in Rwanda and ended in Uganda and there were so many highlights! We loved gorilla trekking and seeing all the animals on safari. Lulu Safari and Franklin took care of everything and the trip was seamless. We would book with them again if we are able to return to Uganda.

Well planned tour with a great guide Franklin
Lulu Safaris dis a great job planning our trip. They planned around us and remained flexible and willing to revise the itinerary as needed. Franklin is a great guide who picked us up at the airport in Rwanda and stayed with us for 8 days ultimately dropping is off at the airport in Uganda for our trip home. He is a great driver who navigated with ease some of the worst traffic I have ever seen. We worried about nothing, Lulu and Franklin had it all covered. Ask for Franklin!

Wonderful Tour of Uganda
We had an amazing trip through Lulu Safari. The 8-day wildlife tour had us exploring Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and more remote and off the beaten path locations in Uganda in search of lions, rhinos, elephants, gorillas, chimpanzees, and more. The tour is excellent value for the money spent.
Our tour guide, Brian, was incredibly knowledgeable not only on Ugandan wildlife but a master of Ugandan culture as well. He was happy to make accommodations and adjustments as necessary on our journey. I cannot stress enough how great of a person and operator he was.
Elvis the tour arranger was highly communicative and was able to book us a hotel stay for when we first arrived at 11pm with a driver ready for us at the airport.
The tour was as advertised in our itinerary. Sleeping accommodations were in various lodges at our multiple stops throughout the country. The lodges offer breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Rooms had large beds and showers with great staff.
Be prepared for early mornings if you want a good chance at seeing the wildlife. Also be prepared for long drives as the tour takes you across the entire country.

A trip of a lifetime in Uganda!
Our tour included trips to Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and other rural and beautiful areas of Uganda. Brian was our tour guide, and he did an amazing job at showing us all the wildlife, culture, and food Uganda has to offer! He was an incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable tour guide. He truly made our trip an incredible experience and would recommend him for any safari adventure. Lulus safaris offered a trip of a lifetime and one we will surely never forget!

Excellent 6-day tour in Rwanda and Uganda with my guideSmith
I just finished my 6-day tour in Rwanda and Uganda booked with Lulu Safaris. My guide was Smith and he was just the best, nothing was too much trouble.
Smith picked me up from Kigali and in 6 days we went to Nyungwe for canopy walking and ziplining. After this we continued to Volcanoes where I did hike to Dian Fossey's grave, then to Bwindi to see gorillas. After this to Queen Elizabeth, where I even saw lions! I did a chim trekking and Lake Bunyonyi.
Accommodations were high quality and food really good and I had no problem to find vegetarian options.
My tour was just absolutely amazing thanks to Smith and Lulu Safaris.
As a female solo traveller I encourage everybody to go explore this beautiful countries.

The experience with Lulu Safari was excellent from the very first inquiry. Communication was always smooth and quick, both by email and WhatsApp, resolving all our doubts and guiding us through the trip planning.
Upon arriving in Uganda, everything flowed even better. We were greeted by Derrik and Viktor, who from the first moment made us feel like we were in the hands of true professionals.
We had a few minor issues with some accommodations, but they were resolved immediately. Derrik and Viktor always acted quickly, kindly, and practically, seeking the best alternative to ensure our comfort and peace of mind.
At our accommodation in Bwindi, on my birthday, they took care of notifying the lodge so they could surprise me with a decorated room, and during dinner, they sang "Happy Birthday" to me. It was a beautiful and very meaningful gesture.
But what truly made this trip unique was the human and professional quality of Derrik and Viktor. They were both punctual, kind, attentive, and extremely considerate. During the long journeys, they constantly asked if we needed breaks, always adapting to our pace and providing attentive, respectful, and very pleasant support.
Viktor also speaks Spanish, which greatly facilitated communication and allowed us to perfectly understand all the explanations and knowledge that Derrik shared.
