I liked the customer service immediately I 1st talked to the tour guide/Customer representative . He treated me well and was very flexible as I negotiated with him coming down to what worked for me. After that conversation I knew I was going to deal with them because of the gentleman was courteous and professional. During my tour,I was treated exceptionally well given enough time to view and the tour guide helped me take pictures during the tour intervals. Always checked on to ensure am safe and finding out if I needed help.

Wonderful from start to finish, breathtaking countryside with extremely friendly and loving people.
We have just had a wonderful get away to SAMARA , arranged by LULU SAFARIS UGANDA(Enthusiastic enough about travel) Our itinerary was perfect, with just the right mix of sightseeing and activities, many fabulous memories made. Lulu Safaris helped with our arrangements for a trip to Murchison Falls National Park. The safari vehicle was very comfortable and perfect for us to enjoy the game drive plus a visit to the top of the falls.
