Extremely polite and hard working
We had a wonderful experience on our Masai Mara trip, and a big part of that credit goes to Jackie for curating such a thoughtfully planned package.
The overall itinerary was excellent, with just the right number of days to truly enjoy the wildlife and landscapes of Kenya without feeling rushed. The level of customization was impressive, and special care was taken to accommodate our requests. A special mention for arranging great food, including Indian meals, and ensuring our hotel stay matched exactly what we had asked for.
From a wildlife perspective, we were fortunate to see most of the iconic animals Kenya is known for. The safari experience itself was rewarding, and we were given good viewing opportunities throughout.
Sharing one area of improvement purely as constructive feedback. While our guide ensured good sightings, he was not very proactive in sharing information about the animals. We often had to ask questions to understand what we were seeing, their behavior, or their habitat. A guide with more enthusiasm, deeper wildlife knowledge, and proactive storytelling would significantly elevate the experience. There were also moments where timings felt a bit restrictive when we were keen on longer safaris.
That said, the trip as a whole was fantastic, well organized, and very memorable. We truly appreciated the effort Jackie put into curating this experience and would recommend the agency to others, especially with the suggestion that guide proactiveness and wildlife knowledge be emphasized.
Overall, a great experience and one we thoroughly enjoyed.

Excellent communication and arrangements
Wonderful arrangements by jackline. Excellent communication. All the camps were excellent. Arranged a truly trip of a lifetime.

Jackie was a fantastic host and made us feel like we were at home.
My first trip to Africa was in Kenya. I did not know what to expect but my group of friends and I wanted to have an unforgettable cultural experience. Mara Infinity made sure we had options to visit places we had heard of before visiting Nairobi and also suggestions on new experiences we had not heard of before. We were able to explore the city, parks, museums, and also go out into the countryside. The city park was fantastic, where we got to see different animals such as zebras, lions, rhinos, monkeys, and we also made it on time for the feeding of the orphan elephants. The trips were very educational, whether we were at museums learning about the history of the country and cultures, at the safari park learning of ways to protect the animals, or whether we were learning about tea production at the Tea Farms. The drivers were very accommodating if we wanted to make different stops throughout our journeys. I feel like Kenya is one big family, and I am grateful that Mara Infinity was part of my experience. They were very affordable, friendly, and responsive. Thank you to Jackie and team for a wonderful time.

Amazing
Hello
We visited Amboseli national park, Lake Nakaru and Masai Mara in our 6D5N honeymoon trip.
The entire trip was amazing and enthralling to say the least. Many thanks to Jacky for organizing everything without a hassle. All the stays were comfortable and we got to witness a kill at Maasai Mara and many other animal sightings as well.
Sam (our guide) is truly sincere and dedicated to his profession, such a lovely soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to show us Kenya.
We would happily visit Kenya again in the near future with our families.

Incredible experience
It was a great trip overall. We thoroughly enjoyed the game drives watching the wildlife, sunsets and views on the mara lands were mesmerizing.
Our guide Sam was exceptional he knew places where we could find all the animals and took us at the right places at the right time.
Very thankful to Jacqueline who patiently addressed all our requests and made the apt arrangements.

The Sopasvin Amboseli and Lake Nakuru especially were outstanding and Mara Manisha was good too. We were welcomed with warmth and love everywhere and that’s because the people here are so kind and simple.
The safaris were very good. We were taken to the right places at the right time and I think we saw some unique animal behaviour, saw several attempts at migration and finally witnessed a small group going across, ticked our boxes as far as the big 5 are concerned and understood the animals better because of the information we got from Sidney. Our driver Evra who is a Masai knew every corner of Masai Mara and was at times more enthusiastic than us to ensure we get to see every wild animal possible.
