Our car broke down ，but everything was solved so quickly
We had a great journey first of all. Our driver guide was professional. Our jeep was quite new, but our jeep broke down in Masai Mara unfortunately, the bottom of the jeep hit on a big stone in the bush. We were not far from our hotel, and Sino Africa organized hotel jeep to pick us within forty five minutes, and our safari continued. When we reached Nairobi, I met Le, who is the director of Sino Africa. He gave us some small gifts and apologized what happened, but we actually did not had any bad feeling, because that was part of safari. We expected that! Sino Africa Safari is a good company, we will book their safari again to TZ next time!

We were like clients，then became friends
Few years back I joined a tour to Kenya，it was organized by my friend.Our safari was excellent!From the moment we arrived Kenya ，we had calls from their office everyday ,they greet us,tell us things to be aware，to wear more cloths，to apply sun cream e.t.c.，we felt like a family member care about us.Then ，then we told them that our shoes got wet，because of raining .

Never say Africa is not safe, but say it’s beautiful
Our safari was amazing, totally changed the impression of Africa. We did not get any mosquito bite after the safari, we have to wear two layers of clothes everyday. When our friend looked our pictures, they even wonder why we have to wear so much! About our safari, we saw Africa 5 and special 5 in Kenya, we saw almost all creatures of animals in Kenya apart from wild dog. Our driver was really professional, tell us knowledge about animals everyday. The company care about us, and call us everyday which is very good. We recommend them 200%.

Quality Service, Best Safari
Sino Africa delivered really good service to our team. We were twelve people in the group, they arranged two best driver for us. Communication was easy with them, and they never come late. We saw other clients were waiting for their driver, and our driver were waiting for us, that was the difference. They gave us all explanations about the animals we saw, it was like giving us lessons. The company pulled us into a social group, they even quizzed us, if you answer correctly, they will give you a small gift. Very interesting. Hotels were Fairmont luxury hotels, surprised so good, because your tent was just next to Mara River, and you could see hippos in the water. I will definitely go with Sino Africa Safari again, because they are professional, and they deliver quality service, they don’t joke!

Kenya is the best country for safari
Annually our family travel together to one country. I joined a group which was organized by my family. It was my first safari. The experience was good. Since we arrived the airport, till we depart from Kenya, everything was good. Their driver was called Solomon, I could still remember his name. He was a soccer coach in his community, and he had passion in the tourism guiding industry. We chatted a lot during the safari, and then I translate to my family. I learned a lot from him. Our hotels were Fairmont luxury, jeep was new, service was perfect. We will come back again next year!

Good safari with good people
I had a good safari with Sino Africa Safari. I contacted them directly online, and booked their joined group safari. I was alone, so that they organized me with a family of four people. The family was welcoming me, and I did not feel strange after the first day met them. We saw tons of animals during our safari, lions were our favorite animal, so we spend more time with lion, we even saw lions were mating. Hotels were high end luxury, food was lot of calories, and they normal start their dinner late. Overall, great safari experience! I recommend them!

Tanzania safari was luxury at all
We had a great safari to Tanzania. We booked a luxury safari with Sino Africa Safari, and they did not let us down. They delivered everything promised. Hotel was Sopa hotels, we love the view of the Lake of the mountains. In Tarangire, we saw a lot of elephants. In Serengeti, we saw lot of lions and cheetahs. The road was rough, but that was part of the experience. We visited Masai Village in Ngorongoro, and museum also. We were satisfied by the hotel, vehicle, driver of course, and the service!
I want to climb Kilimanjaro next time and arranged by them!

Migration was happening infront of our car
Mr Jong invited everybody in our group to rate for them. I immediately replied to them I will love to do that! The reason we came to Kenya is because of to see animals, the most famous park in Kenya is Masai Mara, the most lucky thing to see in Masai Mara is to witness the wildebeest crossing Mara River. I am glad I saw that! There were over fifty cars waiting for that moment. We were having lunch box inside of our car, it was a hot day. Suddenly our driver started the car, and rushed to the observation site. Everyone in our group saw that moment. It was so good and lucky. Sino Africa is a good company, they will make everyone happy!
