Dream vacation with my family
Just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our changed stay at the Sarova Mara Game Club. Thank you for the change. I have recommended you and your company and especially the Sarova Mara (the friendliest personnel) to several people in case they might be interested in a safari in the future. Kim was also very nice and accommodating.
Our last night's stay in the center of Nairobi was an experience but we survived. I guess our plans were not firm enough at the time of booking the safari and we were not sure we would stay in Nairobi so we did not book a hotel upon our return. Unfortunately upon arrival at the airport we were bombarded by solicitors offering all kinds of "deals". Hope to get back to Kenya someday with our grandchildren and you can be sure we will contact you. Thanks again.

We just wanted to thank you for the perfect organisation. We had a wonderful time there. Just incredible… We saw a lot of things, we met some wonderful people and are full of memories. Baobab was just great and Salt Lick Lodge in Tsavo exceptional. I have had the chance to stay (for work) in several palaces in Europe and the experience was far from as exciting as Salt Lick Lodge. Regarding people, we wanted to thank you for the Safari. We had the most wonderful guide we could have hoped for. Derrick has been fantastic. A great person, an amazing professional. He was been key in making this trip such a great experience. It's far more complex than we could think of yet he managed it perfectly. A great Pro!

Amboseli with a great organization
I and a friend decided to do a short safari (as we did not have much time).We were recommended by a friend and decided on Sino Africa Safaris. We went to Amboseli National Park on a 2 day, 1 night trip. From the beginning Fredrick was great at communicating through email and had everything setup quickly for us. The price was reasonable and the experience was amazing! Our guide, George Mbugua, picked us up from our hotel in Nairobi and dropped us back off at the Airbnb we would be staying at the end of the trip. George was a great guide, very informative and with his expertise we were able to see many animals! We were even lucky enough to see Mount Kilimanjaro on the second day since the skies were clear! If you are looking for an affordable and fantastic experience, I highly recommend this organization！

Great Safari experience with a highly professional team
The booking process was easy and Mr. Le was very responsive. We booked luxury accommodation and stayed in Ziwani Temted Camp in Tsavo West, Ol Tukai in Ambroseli and Satao Camp in Tsavo East. The lodges were as different as the parks and very good.
Ali, our guide and driver was exceptional. Extremely punctual and knowledgeable, with a heart of gold for all creatures large and small. We saw a lot of animals (elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, cheetahs, hippos, crocs, etc).
We had a large Toyota Land Cruiser Jeep to ourselves, making it easy to store our luggage for the duration of the trip.

What a fantastic experience
From start to finish our experience with Sino Africa Safaris was spot on. Vincent helped us plan the safari tailored to our needs and availability and our tour guide Bernard was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to get along with. If travelling with 4+ people I would highly recommend the private 4X4 tour as you get a more personal experience. Planning on coming back again next year for a longer safari!

Great experience ever
Our holiday started in Nairobi and took us to Masai Mara, Nukuru, Naivasha, Amboseli, Tsavo and then on to the beaches for a few days of relaxation before returning to Nairobi. Natural World Safaris are a professional and responsive company who know their business and understand their customers' requirements. It was a great pleasure spending time with Mbotte our driver for a week. He is very charming and knowledgeable. He took great care of us and ensured we had a wonderful holiday. We take away many great memories of our time in his company. He also helped us recover luggage we were leaving all over the place. I had the opportunity to meet Humphrey to thank him personally for all the arrangements and support. He and his team do an excellent job and I am happy to highly recommend them.

What particularly pleased us was the organization which was tailor made for us and above our expectations, we found the Kenyan people a delight and their warmth is not ''put on.'' Yes, there is much poverty but lots of good things too. The accommodation and food in the cities and game reserves, on the whole was of a reasonable standard and always clean, although air conditioning was not always available.
One of the best experiences of our lives and very different from the routine standard package holidays. Full marks to Mr. Le and his team at Sino Africa Safari for their honest activities to make our visit such a wonderful event. Good value too.

A tailor made Excellent Safari to suit your needs!!
A fantastic tour company, very safe and reliable. Provided great itinerary, good accommodations (superior comfort), a great guide and a very nice 4x4 land cruiser dedicated to us alone( a must have on safari). They provided water and very nice binoculars as well while on safari.
Mr. Vincent in the office who coordinated my tour was excellent, made innumerable changes to suit my needs and it was perfect in the end. Very quick responses and very patient, can modify the itinerary as per needs.
Mr Francis, our guide-driver was simply superb. Took utmost care of us and made us feel very safe despite us being only 2. Very good in spotting animals, excellent knowledge about flora & fauna, good communicator, made adjustments during the tour to suit our needs.
The company takes care of even the smallest details like our airport pickup driver Solomon who was so courteous and Eric who came to collect money was also very nice guy. No flaws to say.
You can choose to travel with them without any hesitation - Rest will be taken care by them!!

What an amazing Safari in East Afrcia!!
Our driver, Michael, was so great - he was knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us amazing views of all animals. He is a professional at driving through the parks and knows the ins and outs so well! We could not believe how much we saw and how close we got to all different types of animals - it was a dream come true! Booking process with Vincent was great, she helped with all questions we had. We stayed at the comfort level for both trips and the places were great- Amazing food for all the meals and clean rooms!
