Nuhu might be the most knowledgeable, sweetest and charismatic person I have ever met!
Wow, just wow! There just aren’t enough superlatives to use about Nuhu. This man should be an idol for everyone on planet earth. I have never met such a knowledgeable, sweet and charismatic person. He answer every single question, hard or not, with ease. His English competence is the best we met during our whole stay in Africa. We could also feel his passion for wildlife pumping through his veins. It may sound like I am over exaggerating, but I really cannot empathise enough on how an amazing guide Nuhu is. The safari itself was also impeccable. We saw a whole bunch of animals, even a lot of the rarer ones. Although we saw all these animals, Nuhu was still the highlight of the trip. With his immense knowledge and understanding of the animal kingdom, combined with his outstanding storytelling ability, he kept the whole family of 5 entertained for the whole 13 hour safari. Nuhu should be given The Nobel Peace Prize for making me find peace with myself. WHAT A GUY! The visit to the Masai village was also both really fun and interesting for the whole family. The rest of the stay was ok. Only 1 of 3 bathrooms were functional. The bedrooms were nice. The food was ok. The staff were friendly, but English abilities varied a lot. Even though the rest of the stay was not as amazing as Nuhu, he made up for it. I recommend Camp Bastian to everyone, IF you have Nuhu as your guide.

Breathtaking experience
We had an amazing safari experience thanks to our guide and the entire team. Our guide, William, was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about wildlife. What stood out most was his strong sense of ethics and deep respect for the animals—he always prioritized their well-being over getting closer or taking the perfect photo. The customer service was also excellent; Winfrida was friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their knowledge, care, and commitment to conservation made this a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible and memorable safari.

Excellent coordination and communication, wonderful experience in Mikumi National Park
From the first message to Kihindo through the drop-off after the safari, Kihindo Tours was wonderful to work with. Myself and a friend did the 1-day Mikumi National Park safari departing from Dar es Salaam and the coordination with Kihindo was seamless. I appreciated their clear instructions, on-time pick-ups and comfortable vehicles, and our tour guide during the safari, Nuhu, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and very easy to chat with. Would absolutely recommend them and would book with them again for future safaris.

Isaac and Nuhu were professional and made this experience not only possible but unforgettable
The tour took almost 6 hours and it was worth every second. Based on our experience, it’s completely worth it. We were very lucky and manage to see beautiful landscapes and a lot of animals such as elephants, giraffes, ńus, lions and more.

An amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was perfectly organized, from the hotel pickup and train journey to the safari itself. The instructions were clear, and everything ran smoothly. Our guide, Michael, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wildlife. We saw all the animals we were hoping to see, and he taught us so much about them. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Tanzania, and we highly recommend it!
