An Unforgettable Safari Adventure
We were extremely lucky to see all the big five and so many other amazing animals and birds! We also captured some incredible moments, like a leopard lounging in a tree, lions having their drinks, meals, and even a mating scene, vultures feasting, baboons and hyenas getting cozy, and so much more.
In Tanzania, all the accommodations are exceptional, super comfy, and have a unique, charming vibe, all set against beautifully landscaped grounds, which made everything even better.
We highly recommend our guides, Josh in Tanzania and Vincent in Kenya. They are all very friendly and easygoing people.They’re professional, trustworthy, and even handle those super rough roads with ease.Plus, they’re experienced and know a lot about safaris. They have super sharp eyes and a good understanding of animal behavior, which makes game drives incredibly educational and interesting.
Finally, a special thanks to Hatibu from Colours Africa; he made our safari a reality, and his attentiveness throughout the trip ensured everything went smoothly.

Amazing fortunate experience. We encountered four of the big five in day one. We saw lions and leopard hunting, elephants crossing the road, giraffes marching and so much more. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and patient. We had great time.

Best and unforgettable Safari experience!
We had an incredible experience with Colours of Africa and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari trip in Kenya and Tanzania.
A special thank you to our wonderful guides, Edward and Norton, who each made their part of the journey truly memorable.
Edward, who guided us through the Kenyan Masai Mara portion, was professional, efficient, and extremely attentive to our experience. He went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible wildlife sightings and consistently put our experience first. His knowledge and dedication made our first time in Kenya very very special. He also has remarkably keen eyesight!
For the Tanzania portion, we were fortunate to have Norton as our guide. Norton was incredibly knowledgeable, jovial, and had a fantastic sense of humour. His enthusiasm and personality made every game drive enjoyable, while his knowledge of the wildlife, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro added so much to the experience. Can't forget his belly laughs!

Highly experienced, Excellent itinerary and service
Edward was an incredible guide for our Kenya safari! He was extremely knowledgeable, well connected, and clearly very experienced. I learned so much from him throughout the trip, not only about the wildlife but also about Kenya and the local environment.
Thanks to his expertise and experience, we had an amazing safari and were lucky enough to see the Big Five! Edward made the experience memorable, exciting, and truly special. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent safari guide in Kenya.
Norton was an excellent guide for our Tanzania safari! He is a highly skilled driver, very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely nice to spend time with. I always felt safe with him, even on some of the challenging safari roads, and his driving skills really stood out.
He also has a great sense of humour, which made the long drives even more enjoyable. Norton was always happy to share his knowledge and answer our questions, making the whole experience both fun and educational.

Perfect trip. Amazing
We have just returned from our Kenya and Tanzania safari with Colours Africa Tours and Safaris, and we honestly cannot thank them enough. This was a perfect trip from beginning to end, and it has become one of the most meaningful travel experiences of our lives. From our very first enquiry to the final goodbye, everything was handled with care, professionalism and genuine warmth.
Communication before the trip was excellent. Every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was flexible and patient as we finalised our plans. By the time we landed, we felt completely confident that we were in good hands, and that confidence was well placed. Every transfer, lodge and game drive ran smoothly, and we never had to worry about a thing.
Our guides were the true highlight of the trip, and they deserve special thanks.
In Kenya, Edward went above and beyond for us every single day. He was knowledgeable, attentive and truly passionate about the wildlife, and he always seemed to know exactly where to find the animals. He patiently waited for the perfect moments, positioned the vehicle so we had the best views, and shared fascinating stories about the animals, the land and the people who live there. No request was ever too much for him, and his dedication turned every game drive into something special. We are deeply grateful for all the effort he put in for us.
In Tanzania, Norton was a wonderful companion. He was humorous and friendly, and he kept us smiling and laughing throughout the journey. At the same time, he was calm, steady and reliable, and we always felt safe and relaxed with him, even on long and bumpy drives. His warmth and easygoing nature made us feel less like tourists and more like friends travelling together.
One of the things we appreciated most was how much both Edward and Norton taught us about local cultures. They shared so much about the traditions, languages, food and daily life of the communities in Kenya and Tanzania, and they answered all our curious questions with patience and pride. Thanks to them, our safari was not only about seeing animals but also about understanding the people and the heritage of East Africa. This gave our trip a depth and meaning we did not expect, and we left with a real respect and love for both countries.
We also have to thank them for being so kind and accommodating about our lateness. There were times we ran behind schedule, and instead of making us feel rushed or guilty, they simply adjusted the plan with a smile. Even then, they made sure we never missed out on anything important. They truly made every moment count, planning each day so carefully that we got the most out of every drive, every sighting and every stop. Looking back, we are amazed at how much we were able to see and experience in our time there.
The vehicles were comfortable and well maintained, the itinerary was thoughtfully paced, and we felt we received excellent value for money. We saw incredible wildlife up close, watched unforgettable sunrises and sunsets over the plains, and experienced the beauty of East Africa in a way we will never forget.
Thank you, Edward, Norton and the whole Colours Africa team, for your kindness, your patience and your passion. You gave us the trip of a lifetime, and we will carry these memories with us forever. An Unforgettable Safari with Amazing Tour Guides
We had an amazing safari experience with Colours Africa Tours and Safaris. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and we felt well taken care of throughout the whole trip.
We traveled through both Kenya and Tanzania and had two different guides, both of whom made our trip special in their own way.
In Kenya, we had Edward, who was incredibly knowledgeable and well connected. He always seemed to know where to go and had great communication with other guides, which helped us see so much wildlife. Thanks to him, we managed to see all of the Big Five in just two days! He really made the most of our time in Kenya.
In Tanzania, we had Norton, who was so much fun to be around. He has a great sense of humor, was very patient with us, and kept us laughing even during the long drives. He made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable while still making sure we got the most out of every game drive.
The accommodations, transportation, border crossing, and game drives were all well arranged. We saw so many incredible animals and had moments we’ll remember for the rest of our lives.

I have never had such a great experience with the best guid ever.
I have done multiple activities, but this one went the most smoothly. Everything has been taken care of from the very beginning. Since we have a special dietary plan they arranged everything for us. When we needed something the guide always was there for us, always asked if we were okay. Carxro is a great guide and person. Its admirable how easy he knows the routes and how much this man knows about the animals that live in Serengeti. The best guide ever!
