Maasai Mara Safari of a Lifetime
I had a booking for a week in the Maasai Mara and this was actually a referral from a friend in Kenya. Ongeri Expeditions is a local Kenyan tour company which is loved by the Kenyan people. The communication before and during the Safari trip was very timely and professional. The itinerary was discussed and tailored to our needs which is what every traveler loves. The trip was worth every coin and although I didn't get to see the Wilderbeest do an actual river crossing I was able to see so many lions, Elephants, cheetahs in the wild. It was an amazing experience definitely ticked Maasai Mara off my bucketlist. The staff at the Camp we stayed in were amazing

Great Maasai Mara Experience
We booked Ongeri Expeditions to try and catch the wildbeast migration to Maasai Mara, but many animals did not migrate this year from Tanzania.
We also wanted to as much of the other wildlife (elephants, big cats, hyenas, etc…) we could during the game drives.
Ongeri Expeditions was good at communicating the trip details and plan. Accommodations at Osero Camp were excellent. All the people booked to support our safari were very friendly and attentive.
Ongeri Expeditions booked the entire safari, including: transport to and from Nairobi to visit Maasai Mara, the stay at Osero Camp, and game drives.
The price for a three day package was very reasonable and good value for the price paid!
We didn’t have any opportunity to see the wildbeast crossing, but Ongeri Expeditions’ guide spotted many elephants, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, leopard, hyenas, ostriches, many varieties of antelope, hippos, and crocodiles!

I travelled with Ongeri in the month of November. Being my birthday month, I was in the spirit of traveling and discovering new destinations in Kenya and Ongeri expeditions outdid themselves.
We did 10 days circuit from Tsavo East, Tsavo West, Amboseli, Maasai Mara and Mfangano Island.
The itinerary was well laid out and adhered too, time was well observed. We got a chance to visit all the places that had been highlighted.
Indeed, we got value for money and I can recommend Ongeri Expeditions any day.

Reliable operator who can give you the perfect daytrip or safari into the wild where others don't go
I've done a very well organized day trip around Nairobi with Ongeri Expeditions as my time was limited this time. I've seen some of the highlights like the Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Center. Ongeri Expeditions is a reliable company with nice staff, good drivers and cars. Will definitely recommend Ongeri Expeditions for day trips but I look forward to do longer trips, as safari's, on my next visits with them as well. Nice staff with eye for detail. Abner is a lovely guide who gave me a lot info about the animals as the birds which we saw and enjoyed his enthusiasm for nature.

Amazing and fun
The whole trip was amazing ..we had lots of fun and learnt alot ..The tour guide was well informed on the whole geographical area..they endured that we would see the animals close by and they tried there best to look for all the animals around the area ..Ongerii expedition is a dream come true travel company

Organized, engaging and excellent service.
Ongeri Safaris gave us an exceptional experience, I had been to Amboseli twice before with other tours but never experienced it the way I did with Ongeri Safaris. From the comfort of the vehicle to the expertise of the driver and their engagement with us. The choice of our lunch venue was out of this world; dinning with nature yet conserving the very nature. The visit to Maasai community was very well arranged and photos taken very beautiful especially with the Kilimanjaro in our background....breath taking! Your choice of your safari tour company truly determines the kind of experience you get. I would choose Ongeri Safaris again and again! My guests from Netherlands Adrienn and Gijs had a breathtaking pleasant experience they will never forget!

Excellent tailor made tour
Ongeri Expeditions organised an excellent tour for us. Communication was very smooth and fast and we received excellent advice in the choice of the destination. We were not well informed when we made the first inquiry and some questions from the organiser brought to surface that our interest can be met with a tour very different from our original idea. Within a very short time we received a completely new offer which proved to be exactly matching our desire.
Service was excellent, on time, very hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable guides, paying attention to our interest and not hesitating to spend more time than planned on some things we especially liked. We also liked that Abner took photos on the trip that he shared with us, as this took some pressure from us having always to be alert + he knew the best angles and spots for photos.
It was great value for money, i can only recommend. Reliable, competent, experienced organiser whom you can fully trust. We had two tours together, both memories for a life time.

Incredible experience
Ongeri Expeditions took us from Nairobi to Ambuseni N.P. and back in one day and it really was the highlight of our workation. They did so in a very safe, small-scale and professional way. Whenever asked for, the guide and driver were willing to stop the car, for example to pause for a magnificent view of Kilimanjaro or to see a herd of elephants coming out of the water. They gave us a lot of relevant information on Ambuseni's plants and wildlife too. We managed to see and experience all the highlights of the park including a visit to a Masai village and a lunch stop at a beautiful location with food and drinks of great quality. The driver drove safe all day long despite the sometimes poor conditions of the roads. When my friends will visit Kenya I surely recommend them to contact Ongeri Expeditions to make their safari trip. Because of their friendliness and hospitality, but above all because of their professionalism and knowledge of what they are doing.
