Professional company
We booked a two-day trip from Kigali to Uganda to see gorillas in the national park. The entire organization was very professional. The accommodation in Uganda was comfortable, the driver was excellent, and we'll never forget the time spent with the gorillas.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
We went on a two day Gorilla Trekking Safari in Bwindi with a private pick-up in Kigali, Ruanda. The whole experience was amazing! Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The hike to get to the gorillas was stunning itself, with impressive landscapes, hills and tropical forest. We got to see a group of seven Gorillas, including a great silverback and several babies and had plenty of time observing them. The rangers made sure we felt safe throughout the trek and shared a lot of information about the park and the gorillas.
A special thanks to our amazing driver, Patricia, for her professionalism and kindness. She drove very safely, was always on time, and was happy to accommodate all of our extra requests :)

Professional, realiable, helpful, ingishgtful, true to their word, very kind.
So the trip was worth every penny, I couldnt believe how close we got and how easy they made the entire journey. There was things I was missing and they quickly found a solution to all my problems. The team was very professional and insirping, they work hard and deligent and dress very well. The community women doing their indigenous dance was a great way to get energeized and get the day going. The Trek was not hard at all, a little steep jsut in the beggining and end but not hard. They seem to be able to speak calmness into the gorrilas as they mimic ther sounds to tell them we're good people.
I was picked up from Rawanda and taken to Uganda. Crossign the border at night was super quick. A little but longer coming back cause i had to get another visa to return to Rawanda and their process is different.
Getting an experience that blew past my expecations was such a great experince cause if I would of done it in Rawanda I would spent a lot more.
My drivers name was Bright and it was cetainly a bright experience.

Excellent organization. They made me feel secure and happy
This was a unique experience. I went to Rwanda and Uganda to see the gorillas, the staff from Bugoli picked me up at the hotel in Kigali just on time, we went to the border. They helped is with the customs. We didn’t have any problem. Our driver Bright is an excellent person, excellent driver. He took us to the Bwindi impenetrable national park. We spent the night in a very pretty lodge and the experience of being in front of the gorillas is increĂble. After being in Uganda, Bright drove to the border to return to Rwanda. Again without any problem. I went to the mountain national park there, walked in the forest to see the gorillas. Another exciting experience. Every thing was perfect, the driver, the lodges, tue food and especially the Bugoli staff. They were in touch with us during the trip. Thank you a lot to them. I recommend them 100%

Once in a lifetime experience and excellent price quality
We were picked up at 8:00 am @ Kigali airport in Rwanda and were taken to the Wagtail Resort Lodge at Bwindi Forest in Uganda by our excellent driver Bright. Transportation and border-crossing went smoothly. The lodge was very beautiful, clean, extremely friendly staff and good food. We arrived around 6:00 pm and went to talk with the local community of the village. Next day Bright took us to the Southren entrance of the park.
We were accomponied with 4 other people to search for gorilla’s. After a 2 h hike we found them and if was ofc breathtaking. Later we were picked up again and went with another excellent driver Collin back to Kigali. Thanks to all the Bugoli crew for giving us an experience what we will never forget
Excellent operator that gave all of us memories that will never be forgotten.
Great tour all round from booking through to the tour itself. Our tour guide Bright did a great job taking us around and informing us of what was needed for the trek. Great tour, good price and would recommend this lifetime experience to anyone.

Amazing
Great service from start to finish. Completely looked after and was able to sit back and relax. Unforgettable experience
Amazing experience at a fantastic price + free upgrade
Our gorilla trek experience was very smooth! Our driver was very efficient, getting us from Kigali to Uganda in about 4 1/2 hours. We were also kindly offered a free upgrade, which allowed us spend a night whereas we had originally only booked a one day option. The trek was amazing—seeing the gorillas was so worth it and our guide was very experienced and professional. It was certainly a hike, but the landscape during the hike was gorgeous.
