Super
I booked with Brian and everything went smoothly. A driver came early in the morning and took me to the meeting point where we hopped in a Toyota Land Cruiser and we started our 3 days journey to Masai Mara. Wilson, our guide was extraordinary. He took us to all the places he knew we are going to find animals. We witnessed the Great Migration. It was fantastic.
The accomodation was in tipical safari tents, the hosts were great and the food, though small portions, it was enough to ease our hunger.
Last day we visited the Masai Mara village and we understood more about their way of life.
What a trip!
It is a good quality to price ratio, and i will definetly book another tour with them, maybe more extensive.
Thank you Brian, Wilson, Samuel and Jacob!

Time schedule is flexible, respond fast, very considerate, the officers are nice
Highly recommend, the accommodations are clean, we got to see everything we want and places we want to go. Our driver Wachamba is super nice and patient. He is really good at game driving , we got to see so many lions and all the other animals. I love my tour team and our driver, makes me feel sad when the tour is over. To sum up, the whole trip is perfect, even if there are some adjustments due to many reasons.

Super helpful, respond quickly and the tour is stunning.
Highly recommended!!!!!! Even though the schedule keeps changing, we still get to see all the animals and places we are supposed to see. The game drive is fascinating, I love our tour team and driver. Everything is amazing, the camps are clean. Perfect tour

Perfect!
We did the three-day Masai Mara Safari with Jaime, our Spanish-speaking guide. Everything was great; we saw the Big Five, and Jaime was always super friendly and attentive. We also had to change a flight from Nairobi, and they helped us with the airline. Highly recommended!

Amazing 6 Day Safari with the Best Guide!!
I went on a 6 day safari to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli and it was amazing!!! We saw four out of the big five and a family of leopards on our final day - it was the last animal sighting we had. What a way to finish the trip!!!
Our guide, Wachamba, was the absolute best. We heard stories from other tours that sounded terrible, but Wachamba was kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and all-around made the safari so much better. He really cared that we were able to see what we wanted and tried really hard to get us to see the big 5.
Masai Mara and Flair Camp were 10/10. The food and service and accomodation were amazing. The rhinos at Lake Nakuru were beautiful and the walk on Crescent Island, although separately charged, was amazing. We walked right up to the animals and had a great guide.
My only complaint is a buffet place on the way to Nakuru that I hope they stop using. The food was terrible and gave me food poisoning. We also ate the exact same meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 5 or 6 times and the quality was really hit or miss.
I also wish our group could have stayed together. I know they split and mix the groups up for logistics but our group was amazing and we were so sad when we had to split up.
Overall couldn’t recommend the tour company or the tour guide more!!

Budget safari with high standards
Very serious company with competitive prices. Chanson Kimani before the Safari answered very promtly to every question. He even called me to understand every detail contributing to the final price.
The safari itself depends a lot on the guide, if you can I would suggest you to request for Leroy. If you have booked many days of safari you should be prepared to change slightly of schedules and even group, but that is normal since it is a group safari and the company tries to accomodate everyone’s needs.

Excellent service
Our guide, Dennis was a superb driver! He knows how to manoeuvre his way through the game drive and even spot the cheetah, lions, and elephant from afar. His knowledge of the wildlife and ability to anticipate their movements made our safari experience truly unforgettable. We felt safe and in good hands with Dennis behind the wheel.
The only part that i didnt enjoy was our stay in Naivasha as it was pretty disappointing. The place could do better with installation of mosquitoes netting and fan in the room as we couldn't sleep the whole night.
Thank you also to Blidad for assisting us in arranging the hotel and booking our travel even while we are in Malaysia. We had a fantastic time on our Kenya safari!

Did everything possible to make us happy!
Overall
Our safari was an incredible experience overall. We were lucky enough to see nearly all of the animals we had hoped for—missing only the elusive leopard, which is understandably harder to spot as they’re nocturnal. The value for money was insane - it was great and so much cheaper than the other alternatives for the same thing.
Our group dynamic was really positive; everyone got along well, though the group changed fairly often, which keeps things interesting.
The packed lunches were consistently good—filling and convenient for long days out in the parks.
It’s definitely an exhausting trip, with lots of early mornings, but it was all worth it for the wildlife and scenery. The food was always hearty and generous—sometimes a bit too much given how little physical activity we were doing, but it was always tasty and appreciated.
One of the best aspects was how well-placed all of our accommodations were—right near the national parks, which made our days much more efficient and enjoyable.
Derrick
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Derrick who helped organise the trip. He is incredibly kind, extremely reliable, and always willing to help—no matter the time. He even answered our calls at night without hesitation, helped us move our safari seamlessly, offered valuable advice on visas, and went the extra mile to book our train tickets.
What stood out most was how well-organised he is. Derrick managed to plan a unique, personalised trip for us, making everything feel effortless and smooth. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!
Anthony
Anthony was an absolutely brilliant driver for the Masai Mara. His attitude truly reflected the mindset: “I want to make you happy”—which should honestly be the motto of the whole company.
He’s an exceptional driver, getting us impressively close to the wildlife while always ensuring we felt safe and informed. Though quiet, Anthony shared just the right amount of information—he clearly knew the animals and the land inside out. We never missed a moment—from a hunting cheetah to lions feeding—and Anthony often got us to the scene early.
Leroy
Leroy was an outstanding guide from start to finish. His knowledge of the animals was truly impressive, and he communicated everything so clearly—his English is excellent, which made everything smooth and easy to follow.
He’s a skilled and reliable driver, and we always felt in safe hands. Beyond that, Leroy was incredibly approachable—easy to talk to and always happy to answer our questions. He shared stories about his life and gave us so much insight into Kenya, which added real depth to our experience.
One moment that really stood out was how hard he worked to make sure we caught our train at the end of the trip. He completely understood our needs and worked with us every step of the way to make it happen.
Masai Mara
We had a lovely stay at Flair Camp Experiences. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely keen to help. They always made sure we felt safe and looked after—escorting us to our tent each evening with a torch.
The food was a real highlight—absolutely delicious. The chef was fantastic, consistently serving up impressive four-course meals.
There were, however, a few practical issues during our stay. Electricity was a bit temperamental, especially when it rained, and in our tent, the plug sockets and hot water didn’t work, which was a little frustrating.
That said, the overall experience was warm, welcoming, and memorable—and with just a few improvements, it could be truly exceptional.
Nakuru
Buraha Zenoni Hotel & Resort was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The rooms were very clean and nicely maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel had a relaxing, resort-like feel.
We were only there for one night so, unfortunately, we didn’t have time to take advantage of the facilities, but everything looked well-kept and inviting. One small downside was that our toilet didn’t flush overnight and we weren’t forewarned—something that could definitely be improved.
The buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of tasty options, and the view from the restaurant was absolutely beautiful.
Amboseli
Nyali Safari Camp was a real highlight of our trip. The views of Mount Kilimanjaro were absolutely stunning—waking up to that backdrop was unforgettable. The tents were incredibly spacious; ours had five four-poster double beds, all with mosquito nets, which made it feel both luxurious and practical.
The staff were quick and efficient—when a lightbulb wasn’t working, it was fixed within 10 minutes. The buffet had plenty of good options, and the overall facilities were excellent, offering both comfort and convenience.

Amazing experience in Kenya. Well planned with very competitive pricing
We just completed a 8 day tour of Kenya (Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli). Communication was prompt and Daisy was very nice and thorough with all the doubts and slightest of queries. Upon arrival to Kenya, Gilbert picked us up from airport and he was very informative and professional. For the safari we were teamed up with Danson who went above and beyond to ensure that we saw all the beautiful wildlife especially big 5 which we were able to see. We chose a budget safari option so accommodation was good and people were friendly and accomodative. We stayed at Flair camp, eldorado rustic, Chambai safari and nyati camp.
Just one or two things that might need a bit of attention :-
1) Being vegetarian, food was bit same all the time and was basic ( in veg - potatoes, salad, rice )
2) In a group safari, there would be people joining in from a different agent so their itinerary might not match exactly with yours, so the schedule might change a bit here and there ( i’d suggest to better let your tour guide handle this ) and be a little flexible with those changes. And get a detailed itinerary from the operator on what is included and excluded.
