An Unforgettable Safari Fantasy in Kenya! Kudos to Super Eagle and Our Guide, Kimata!
If the word "miracle" has a name, in Kenya, it's called Super Eagle. This journey exploring Maasai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli with Super Eagle completely redefined my expectations of a safari. The true treasure of this trip, however, was undoubtedly our guide, Mr. Kimata.
His sense of responsibility was evident from start to finish: he was punctually waiting for us at our hotel each day and ensured our safe transfer to the next destination; during long drives, his driving was exceptionally smooth and reliable, making us feel completely secure; faced with any unforeseen circumstances during the trip, he always remained calm and handled everything with immense patience.
On the plains, Kimata transformed into a knowledgeable "bush philosopher" with an uncanny "eagle eye." The most thrilling moment was when he was the first to spot and then guide us to witness a breathtaking cheetah hunt from a close yet safe distance – the tension and awe were indescribable. He also expertly positioned us for safe, close-up observations of resting lion prides, allowing us to feel the majesty of the kings of the savanna. At Lake Nakuru, he not only pointed out a stunning variety of bird species but also shared fascinating stories about their unique behaviors. His commentary turned the entire journey into an immersive natural history lesson.

The most cost-effective reliable operator
Super Eagle showed its advantages during the quoting phase: they did not provide inflated quotes, and the itinerary and accommodation arrangements were reasonable. Overall, the trip was quite satisfactory. Of course, it wasn't perfect—for example, guides were changed frequently, and sometimes responses to inquiries weren't timely enough. But hey, nobody's perfect, hahaha. All in all, it was an unforgettable journey, and this is a reliable company that I would recommend to my friends. Also, thank you to Brian for organizing the trip—he was very professional. It would be even better if he could reply to messages promptly every time! If you're looking for a perfect 100/100 company, Super Eagle might not be the one. It's not a flawless company, but if you think 95/100 is good enough, then Super Eagle is definitely good enough.

Derrick was cool, but quiet, didn't say much during game drives, and seemed rushed.
Overall, everything went very well. Communication with the agency was excellent, and the staff were friendly. However, the day we left for the park, we left much later than planned and couldn't go to the Maasai Village. Furthermore, we entered the park late and left early on the other two days of the game drive. So we felt like we lost valuable time in the park and the opportunity to see more animals. This wasn't a good thing, considering the monetary cost of hiring a safari service.

Made everything super simple, organised everything with just a few emails.
We really enjoyed our time on our 5 night safari! We visited Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli National park. We saw all of the big 5 within the first few days. Gilbert our driver was super friendly and his experience of the parks made everything really exceptional. We saw a leopard up close on our first safari drive which is super rare. Gilbert worked hard to make our safari the best experience. Gilbert was always prompt and communicated with everyone well. The accommodations that we stayed in were nice considering we booked the budget option. I am a picky eater and there was a variety of options to choose from. Michuki made booking the safari a simple process and everything was explained well. Overall we highly recommend booking through this company as we had an amazing experience. Thank you to the team for organising it all for us.

Would do it again in a heart beat
where do I even start.. we got the best tour anyone could wish for. My father and I travelled with Brian on a 3 day Maasai Mara shared tour. He is the best driver anyone could wish for: he was at the right moment every time. Leopard was spotted? We were there in 5 min. Lioness with cubs? One of the first to arrive.
Communication wise everything was super easy and we had a great budget accommodation too. I would recommend this tour to everyone!!!

Professional, friendly, flexible, caring and passionate.
We took a 9 days trip at the end of Sept-Oct. We had a great time. We. end with lots of memorable moments, and a taste for more. 😊
Few things and people that are worth commenting on:
1. Daisy the lady who was in contact with us from the very beginning is amazing. Very efficient, available and pleasant. The company was very accommodating, as due to various circumstances we end up rescheduling multiple times. In addition during the trip, she always responded quickly and addressed our request efficiently.
2. As our trip was unconventional, and we asked to share the rides. We had the opportunity to meet multiple drivers/guides. We rode with Danson, Benson, Eric, Paul and Jacob. They each had their own style, but they all shared a passion for the animals and the Safari rides. It was a real pleasure to enjoy the safari scenery from different perspective.
3. Through out the tour, all the staff we interacted with were very polite, kind, caring and attentive to our needs. And always with a smile. ☺️
