This is a responsible and enthusiastic travel agency.
Wilson, our driver and tour guide, left a deep impression on me,he can always find animals very quickly and tell us a lot of stories about Africa and Kenya, when we have some problems with the hotel, he can always deal with them quickly and satisfy us.

Professional
My 6day budget safari adventure with Super Eagle tour was very fun and memorable. Our guide was very professional and had a lot of knowledge. Every day he did his best for us.(Thank you Rino!! ). Everyone from airport transfer ( thank you Gilbert!) to the all staff in office was very kind and friendly. Also I’m thankful to Richard who helped me to flew to next destination that day after my flight cancelled due airport strike.

A friendly and reliable company
Everyone in Super Eagles Safari and Tours were great; from the driver that picked me up at the airport, to the lady at the company's office (Charity I think was Fer name) to our guide Benson. Benson was great, friendly, always making sure we were ok, always trying to get the best spot to view wildlife, waiting for us to take more pictures before driving again.
I'm happy I chose Super Eagles, I would definitely recommend them. Best value for the money.

I booked an eight day Safari with Super Eagles and it was amazing. They were great at communicating and very responsive. They were very reliable and I always felt safe. Our guide Dennis was very friendly and informative and we had a great time. I would definitely like to come back again.

Not bad, but can improve
Here is the review of our 7 day safari tour with Super Eagles
1. Communication
- Charity was very helpful both before and after the tour. She managed to answer all questions I had regarding the tour and was very accommodating for every request. We had to modify our tour plans several times before departure but it was arranged with no difficulty.
2. Driver
- Our driver John was one of the best driver I've met in Kenya. He drove safely from one location to another. He also helped our team find lost bag on the way.
3. Overall organization
- Unfortunately, overall organization of the tour did not meet our expectation. Here are the reasons
: We booked for a private tour and paid extra money. But it was only on the departure day that we realized they put us with 2 other strangers in a small tour van. We complained but the operator initially tried to put us with them and refund the extra money instead of arranging a private tour for us. We insisted and was put on a private tour at the end though it delayed 1 or 2 hours.
: We were also told on our departure day that the hot air balloon tour which we were supposed to do was not confirmed. I had hard time understanding the situation, for we booked the tour few months in advance which gave operator enough time.
: It was only when we arrived at Amboseli National Park that the accommodation we were supposed to be at was overbooked and that we had to be relocated to a different hotel in town, which was about half an hour away. It could have been communicated earlier. Also the new inn the operator tried to put us in was completely different from what we expected. We insisted to go for another one and was arranged accordingly.
4. Conclusion
- This was a budget safari. If we were to expect a perfect tour, we should have go for luxury so I think it was of good value for money.
- However, there are always rooms for improvement. I sincerely wish that these reviews be taken into consideration so that the operator provide more pleasant, memorable safaris in the future.

From the breathtaking landscapes to the incredible wildlife, every day was an adventure!
A big thank you to Charity for her quick and seamless communication throughout the whole process. And I can’t forget the sweet surprise they organized for my birthday – a beautiful cake! It was such a thoughtful touch and made the trip even more special.
A huge shoutout as well to our driver, Denis, who was our favorite local. Not only was he an exceptional driver, navigating every terrain with ease, but he was also such a fun and knowledgeable companion. His insights into the wildlife and Kenyan culture really enhanced our experience, and his friendly personality made each day an absolute joy.
Thank you to the entire team for creating such unforgettable memories!
The note for the future, don't bring with you old US dollars, as they don't accept them in Kenya but accepted worldwide. We had to take them back and pay by card. Wish we knew it in advance.

I had the best guide kalion john
I had 1 of the best guides kalion John. As an Asian, I was early for all my meet up timings with my guide. He was always early waiting for us with a big smile.
Though there were some hiccups initially, our guide made right the issues brought up. This is because I did a 2 pax free and easy package with some conservacies fee prepaid by me and hotel bookings done by me. Which was pretty confusing for them.
But I appreciate this company matching to my needs and always offering good suggestions. Eg to swop safari timing to morning as u have better animal sightings....or packing the activities tighter so I can save some money.
I would highly recommend all to consider them.
I did a tour with another company and I must say, Super eagles was the better company.
Few tips/ things to note in general for all kenya and uganda tours:
1.there is no aircon on van
2.Bring a fan if u can, coz all accomodations in kenya and uganda didn't have any fan.
3. There are options provided, do check upfront how much time u get for each activity. Eg safari time, horse ride
