Kenyan Safari adventure
5/5

We (a group of 7) had a great time with Dan at Nakuru and Masai Mara. The rest of the group and I thought that Dan was an amazing tour guide. He gave us lots of good, clear information whenever we asked, and was really good at spotting the animals. Also, when seeing lions etc, he never blocked the view of any other van/jeep. Twice, we helped two other jeeps who were stuck in mud. I would highly recommend super eagles travel services for a Kenyan safari. A special thanks to Bildad from the office who was very helpful in providing all the information before we arrived in Kenya.

Everything was great
5/5

The days we spent with Alvin as our guide have been excellent. He searched the animals for us and gave us explanations and curiosities about every one we were seeing and we loved that. He is a great guide. Also the camps and hotels were very good, although we think lunchboxes could have been better. But well, in a general perspective, the experience worth it a lot.

Alvin is the best!
5/5

When it comes to game drives, Alvin has very good instincts! He also knows where to park the vehicle so you could get a good view of the animal and take awesome pictures! I got to see and even photograph a handful of rare species thanks to Alvin.

An unforgettable safari experience!
5/5

Our safari was simply outstanding from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized — from the smooth booking process to the excellent communication before and during the trip. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly, making every game drive both exciting and educational.

We were amazed by the abundance of wildlife: lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and countless bird species, all seen up close in their natural habitat. The landscapes were breathtaking, offering a true sense of wilderness and serenity. Accommodations were comfortable and welcoming, with great food and warm hospitality.

This trip exceeded all our expectations and left us with lifelong memories. We would highly recommend this company to anyone dreaming of an authentic, safe, and unforgettable safari adventure.

5/5

I had the pleasure of working with Brian who was very attentive to my needs. There was excellent communication between Brian and I throughout the process. They delivered as expected and more. Super Eagles can organize has many Safari programs around Kenya and other parts of Africa to fit any budget. I am happy to recommend Brian and Super Eagles for a beautiful experience.

Great communication, excellent problem solving and variety
4/5

First of all, our trip was 7 days between Kenya and Tanzania, plus 3 days in Zanzibar (beach). We included meals, accommodation, tours, and all ground transportation (inside the parks and cross-border transfers).
My rating would be 4.5 stars, but only allows whole numbers :)
- Regarding the service before the trip, I must say it was a solid 5/5. The advisor (Chanson Kimani) with whom we worked on the quotation reviewed every single detail with us countless times and was always extremely helpful! Even with the 8-hour time difference, we always received kind, clear, and flexible responses. There was always willingness to review budgets and make adjustments—even when we had to change dates due to a miscommunication (things that happen), it was resolved quickly and without any issues. The human quality in Africa is just incredible.
For me, the most important thing was communication: we always had it before the trip, upon arrival, and throughout our safari.
- The agency offers a wide variety of tours, which makes it great for fitting different budgets, and they provide several international payment options or cash.
- The staff at the hotels, tourist sites, and drivers were excellent—definitely 5/5. Always willing to help, explain, and share the wonderful places Africa has to offer.
- Heads-up: the agency works with partner agencies depending on the country. They also provide good service (very kind), but we did experience last-minute hotel changes. Although these were solved quickly and with clear communication, the replacement hotel on our last night did not match the original standard of comfort we expected.
- Suggestion: carefully review the camps according to your needs and budget (ask for photos). For Latin American travelers, it’s important to have a comfortable and clean bathroom. While cleanliness was never an issue, comfort at Niyati Camp (Kenya) was lacking. The construction is somewhat old, and the bathroom showed signs of rust everywhere.
Finally, I recommend checking all required travel items (visas, insurance). In Zanzibar, you must purchase mandatory insurance of about USD 44 per person—even if you already have international insurance. The agency was not clear about this, which caused some inconvenience, but it was ultimately resolved.

The review below is the personal opinion of racer and not that of SafariBookings.
Tour operator and guide,James Mwaura, are diligent and responsible, taking good care of us.
3/5

Although the tour operator and guide ,James Mwaura, were good, the campsite built by the Super Eagles ruined the experience. Such a good global company should not provide clients with an unfinished campsite.

Great experience, comunication can be better
4/5

Our safari experience was very good. We saw a lot of animals also thanks to our driver Antony. The company was quite responsive on whatsapp but sometimes we got some schedule change without no one explaining us the reason. In the end the plan was reasonable but some further explanation could be better. Price was the lowest we could find.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE all thanks to their professionalism. Ask for Jay to be your guide!!
5/5

Super Eagle Travel Tours was AMAZING and it was made all the better by the OUTSTANDING GUIDE JAY! Make sure you ask for him when you book your trip with Super Eagle. Basically, any safari experience is all going to depend on the quality of your guide and Jay did NOT disappoint. Our guide Jay had 10 years of experience and it SHOWED. He knew all the routes, key animal hiding spots, and best places to grab a bite if needed while on the road, as well as how to get to all the best excursions such as Hell's Gate or Masai Mara Hot Air Balloons. Seriously, this guy went OUT OF HIS WAY on the last day of the trip in the Masai Mara to get us up close to a male lion calling his pride during dusk. UNFORGETTABLE! Jay took us to Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and the Masai Mara. We all saw all the key animals, including the big 5 as well as baboons, ostriches, cheetah, cerval, all types of birds, hippos, and SO MUCH MORE. Jay was really exceptional - SERIOUSLY ASK FOR HIM!

Super Eagle Travel Tours is also an incredibly professional company. They were responsive and the itinerary was exactly what they said it would be. The accomodations were great, clean, and friendly. All hotels were either right outside or in the parks, per what we asked for. The food was great and kept us refreshed after long days outside in the parks. Whenever we requested documentation, like an overall plan or hotel receipts, it was provided to us right away. You won't go wrong booking this company - they know what they are doing, they are certified, and you will definitely have a great time if you work with them. One word of advice is to try and avoid half days in any park, especially the Masai Mara, as the parks are just so big and you may not make it on time. So, really only book full days in the parks, especially the big ones like Amboseli and Masai Mara.

Ultimately, it was Jay and Super Eagle that made our Kenya trip and first time in Africa and UNFORGETTABLE experience. You will certainly cherish the time you spend with them and they will go out of a way to make sure your trip is one that you will never forget in the best ways possible!!

Highly professional, strongly recommend asking for Jay to be your tour guide!
5/5

I recently had the fantastic once in a lifetime experience with my family of going on a 7-day Kenyan safari with Super Eagle Travel & Tours with the guide Jay. If you are going to Kenya, I strongly recommend you book with Super Eagle Travel & Tours and requesting Jay to be your guide!

First, in terms of a tour guide, Jay was extraordinary. When you go on a safari, it's really the tour guide who will make or break your experience and so we were so lucky to have Jay as our guide. Jay has 10 years of experience and so he not only knew the roads like the back of his hand, he knew where all of the key animals like to hide. Because of him, we not only saw the BIG FIVE more than once, but also many rare animals like the cerval and hyena as well as animals "in action" including a cheetah hunt prey and a male lion roar at dusk. Jay was also incredibly patient as he waited for us to take pictures and videos. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR JAY!!!

In terms of accomodation, Super Eagle Travel & Tours did not disappoint. We visited Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara. Our hotels were either in the park or right outside the park so we didn't miss any precious driving time. The food was great and I was full the entire trip. All accomodations were also clean and authentic, leaving us feeling well rested after each day.

Super Eagle Travel & Tours was also incredibly responsive and professional. If there was ever a question about our trip or customizing our itinerary they were quick to respond, especially Daisy - she's great. They also sent receipts as soon as we asked for them so we could double-check the plan.

One pro tip I would give future travellers is to not book half days in the Masai Mara. The park is just so big and if you book a half day, especially if you are travelling from somewhere else in the morning, there is a very good chance you just might not make it in time. So book WHOLE days only.

Overall, Super Eagle & Jay gave us an incredibly memorable experience. Kenya is the perfect venue for those seeking adventure, wildlife, and culture. The entire team made it all the more worthwhile. You definitely won't regret a trip with them!
