Professional Group that helped with things that didn't go as planned
During the booking process, I worked with multiple tour operators to get quotes and different itineraries to travel through Masi Mara, Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. George and his team worked with me to ensure that we had the itinerary and accommodations that worked for our schedule and budget. I ultimately chose a private tour with Enticing Journeys because they were the best fit for our group of three and it was the best decision of our trip.
We started in Nairobi, where Enticing arranged our transfers from the airport to our hotel so we were met with someone who was friendly and able to get us to our hotel without issues. Unfortunately one of our bags decided to delay its arrival. This caused an initial level of panic, as we were scheduled to drive to Masi Mara first thing the next morning. I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem.
We left Nairobi the next morning and started our trek to begin our safari. While in the Masi Mara enjoying our safari and all the species of African animals available, Enticing Journeys was making arrangement for our missing luggage to be delivered to one of the gates of the park, which we picked up flawlessly.
We then headed to the border and transitioned into Tanzania. Unfortunately, one of the individuals in our party had stomach issues so once again Enticing jumped into action and made arrangements to get medicine from a local doctor and after a couple hour delay, we were back on track. Our guide on the Tanzania side was Julius and he was top notch. We spent the next few days with him where his extensive knowledge of the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater left us speechless. He didn't have to follow the competition around and instead took us to places he was comfortable with and allowed us uninterrupted time with some of Africa's best. He generally would call in and let other tour operators know about our findings but only after we had adequate time to take pictures and enjoy the serenity of the situation. This included Cheetah's and multiple male lions as well as a female preparing to stalk its prey. Truly unforgettable moments!
I would highly recommend Enticing Journeys and feel that they meet your every need and compete with any of the other tour operators in the areas at a competitive rate.

From sunrise to sunset—a wonderful one-day journey
We were short on time, we only went out for a day. Usually, a lot of people skip a one-day tour, but they don't do it at all. Guide George was with us from dawn to dusk. They took us to the local village and showed us the way of life and fed us local food. It was not like a simple sightseeing, but a very heartfelt experience. I really appreciate them working on time.

An experience for life together with highly qualified safari-guides
We had two amazing game-drives/safaries in Ngorongoro-crater and Lake Manyara. The guides in-depth knowledge about animals and birds, nature, history and wildlife in general, made this a great experience and provided us a close spot on a high number of animals. Great service, communication and politeness, and all questions were met with good answers and patience. A lot of laughter and good atmosphere during the drives. We’d love to do this again.

Magical Moments in Serengeti
Our trip was very well organized. From the first email to arriving in Tanzania, the entire process was very orderly and professionally managed. Everything was so well organized that the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable.
Our guide Julius was truly unique. His wealth of knowledge was tremendous, and he shared everything with us with great sincerity. Especially his' sundowner 'moment in Serengeti was absolutely unforgettable for us. Such a special experience is not everyone's destiny - the moment became even more valuable by thinking about it.

Trip of a Lifetime
The Safari in Tanzani and the Serengeti was above and beyond what I had ever imagined. I amd 63 years old and I have wanted to do this safari as long as I can remember. Our driver/guide was A+ and was the very best at EVERY detail. He was professional, engaging, knowledable, felxible and overall I could have not asked for better service. He paid attention to every detail and allowed us to see 18 lion in a pack/pride, be less than 15 feet from leopards and cheetas. My pictures from this trip are amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Wonderful experience with this tour
It was a wonderful experience travelling with this company. Fadhili the driver is so jovial and well informed of places we toured. He's so funny that we laughed all through our journey. I would recommend them to other tourists around the globe. Keep up the good job!

Great experience!
Our experience has been really good! We have had amazing days as we have been able to see a lot.
Our guide, Ely, was great, very patient and attentive. He gave us a lot of information during game rides.
Food and accommodation was also good.
Just to mention, the last day we have been picked by another driver with no seatbelts in the car, and we had more than three hours of road trip. Also they have tried to make us share the vehicle with other tourists, when we had paid for a private tour.
Our overall experience was good and it met our expectations.
