Beautiful Serengeti experience
This was my 4th safari experience after Botswana, Namibia and Kenya, but my 5 days with TST witnessing the Great Migration was the best to date! My partner and I were very lucky to be paired with Jackson who proved to be an excellent guide. He had a strong network, spoke perfect English and had the eyes of a hawk - spotting a variety of animals seemingly invisible to the untrained human eye! The accommodation and meal options were great - I would definitely recommend TST to anyone looking to experience the Serengeti in all her majestic beauty.

We had an amazing 6-day Embark on big 5 safari with Materuni Waterfalls with Top Selected Tours
Today we came back from our safari and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience for our family. We started at the Materuni Waterfalls. The hike was incredible in the beautiful nature. We also went to the coffee plantage and we had a delicious lunch here from the locals. We ended the day with the hot springs. This combination with the safari was really nice. On the second day we met John, our safari guide. There was an instant connection with John. He is a really relaxed and kind guy, knows everything about the animals and culture, really passionated about his job. We felt very safe with him all the time driving these difficult roads. We started the safari by Tarangire national park. Also went 2 days to Serengeti and ended at the Ngorongoro Crater. We liked every accommodation, especially the one in Serengeti in the bush bush! That was a really nice experience. The contact with Adabert was very good from the beginning till the end. We also met Jackson during the game drive in Serengeti. We have seen together the beautiful lion family. We would recommend everyone to book with Top Selected Tours!!

Top selected tours provides an amazing adventure. They're reliable and super friendly.
We are so thankful for the wonderful adventure we had on our 5 day Safari with topselected tours. The booking proces was very easy. All our questions were answered quickly by Jackson and his team and the pick up at the Lodge was also according to plan.
Because of our great guide Domi we were super lucky and got to see so many amazing animals and the river crossing. He always knew where to go in order to have the best chances in spotting the wildlife. Domi is a super friendly guy and we felt safe and well taken care of the entire trip. He knows his way around the Serengeti and the other Nationalparks perfectly and gave us so much interesting information about the wild animals we saw.
The accomodations that were selected for us were amazing as well.
We couldn't be any happier and will cherrish this amazing trip for the rest of our lives. Asante sana!

Since the first contact, I had a very good experience with Adabert and Top Selected Tours. He very swiftly and politely answered all my questions. When I reached Tanzania he was also very supportive.
The tour definitely met my expectations, and in the case of the accommodation in the camp it surpassed them! I had a quite comfortable and safe stay (of course, with the limitations of a camp in the middle of the savannah) and this was the part I was most anxious about (along with stopping to go to the washroom, but there are enough stops on the tours for that!).
That being said, some points for improvement I would suggest: while our guide was great and made all efforts to make us spot as much animals as possible, I missed learning more about the wildlife and felt it was a bit superficial, and I believe he was knowledgeable. I think the briefing of the tours should be more complete too, so we'd be more aware of what to expect for the day. I also missed full transparency in a couple of points: I was told the transfers (from airports to hotels) would be on them, meaning it was included in the package, but I needed to pay extra. And on the last day there was also a visit to a Maasai village, that although was a nice experience, it was not previously briefed and we needed to pay 50 USD (as a group of 3) to enter there and spend some 30 minutes.
Overall, excellent experience and would definitely recommend!

We booked our 3-day safari via email and received immediate responses to all our questions from Top Selected Tours. This allowed us to create a perfectly tailored tour that turned out to be even better than expected.
Our guide, Jackson, picked us up from our hotel in Arusha right on time. He was an animal expert, had a lot of interesting information to share about all the animals, and was also a very pleasant person with a great sense of humor. We felt comfortable and well taken care of right from the start!
Our tour took us to Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Thanks to Jackson, we saw all the animals we hoped to see and learned a lot about Tanzania, the Maasai, and the local culture! We had lovely accommodations with great staff and delicious food!
Overall, a real stroke of luck!

Once in a lifetime experience
We did a 6-day private safari (Tarangire, Lake Eyasi, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Lake Manyara) with Top Selected Tours for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely incredible, truly a once in a lifetime experience! Our guide, Jackson, who has over 15 years of Experience, was phenomenal. He’s extremely knowledgeable, passionate about wildlife and culture of his country and he always went the extra mile to tailor the experience to our preferences, even during the booking conversations. Jackson’s skills in spotting animals are unbelievable. He was able to see wildlife with the naked eye from hundreds of meters away, often when we couldn’t even find them with binoculars! Thanks to his sharp eye and deep understanding of animal behavior, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five and the Great Migration!
The accommodations included in our tour were excellent, very comfortable and well-located, and the food throughout was delicious. Everything was well organized, and we felt safe, relaxed, and fully immersed in the beauty of Tanzania from start to finish.
We recommend Jackson as a guide to absolutely anyone without hesitation!

TST and John are the best!
We had such a wonderful tour and safari with Top Selected tours and our super fun and knowledgeable guide, John!. John made the trip a dream for me and my daughter. We say leopards, cheetahs, lions, Rhino's and a whole lot more. He knew where to go and it was perfect. He also took care of making sure we were safe and comfortable during our rides and at our hotels. WI wish I could travel like this everywhere. Thank you, John. If you haven't guessed by now, when booking a tour you ABSOLUTELY need to ask for John to be your guide. You will thank me later.

Adabert, the tour manager, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive from day one and altered everything to our needs. We went with a private tour and believe it was good value for money as we had the entire Jeep experience for the three of us. We worked with Adabert to select luxury accommodation and he swapped to ones of our liking as requested. He successfully arranged an additional bed or baby cot for our toddler at each camp resulting in zero fuss upon arrival each day. We had one mishap which he managed to rectify and make up for immediately!

Amazing Experience!
We had a fantastic Safari with Top Selected Tours. Our guide Jackson was outstanding and very knowledgeable with an obvious passion for wildlife and the national parks in Tanzania. When planning our Safari him and his team were very responsive and helpful over email and Watsapp. He was very patient with all our ideas for the trip, changes I kept making, and his recommendations for camps to stay in turned out to be very good. I wanted to explore the western corridor, the great migration and big five action in central Serengeti, but didn’t want to always be around herds of other Jeeps. He ticked all the boxes. He genuinely cares about providing the best Safari experience possible. Also, his eye sight is outstanding.. he would see a leopard in a tree 100 metres away in low light - barely visible through binoculars, but he would catch it while driving and stop. Jackson was hard working, the jeep was comfortable, and he took care in making sure our bookings at each camp was as we asked. Highly recommend!

Great experience
We had the absolute pleasure of spending a week with Jackson as our driver and guide, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was an excellent driver—always safe and reliable—and his knowledge of the area was truly impressive. During the game drives, he managed to find every animal we hoped to see, thanks to his incredible eye and experience.
Jackson knows the roads like the back of his hand, and his warm, friendly, and cheerful personality made every moment with him enjoyable. It was a real joy to have him with us throughout the week.
