Passionate, friendly, knowledgable and made the trip unforgettable.
We have just completed our honeymoon safari with Jackson from Top Selected Tours, and it was beyond amazing! From the moment we met him, he made our trip so special. Everything ran completely on time and was worth every penny. Jackson knows the Serengeti like the back of his hand, and his knowledge of the wildlife, Tanzania, and conservation is incredible. More than that, his genuine kindness, care, and passion for what he does truly set him apart.
I honestly don’t think we would have had the same experience without him. He somehow managed to find us five leopards, eleven cheetahs, countless lions, giraffes, zebras, and so much more, always positioning the vehicle perfectly to give us the best possible views and photos!
Thank you, Jackson, for making our honeymoon so incredibly special. We will never forget this experience, and the memories you’ve helped us create will stay with us forever.

An absolutely perfect safari from start to finish!
We booked an 8-day private safari in northern Tanzania (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara) with Top Selected Tours and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The booking process with Adabert was outstanding: fast and clear communication at every step, total transparency, and genuine care for every detail. When a small change to one accommodation was needed, he spotted it himself, told us immediately and found a great alternative that matched exactly what we had asked for. Every hotel and tented camp was perfectly in line with our expectations, and all payments and logistics went smoothly.
Our guide Ruben made the safari itself unforgettable. Incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife, always knowing where to be and when, patient, kind and great company throughout. Thanks to him we had amazing sightings every single day and felt in great hands from the very first moment.
The safari itself exceeded every expectation: the baobabs and huge elephant herds of Tarangire, the endless plains of the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater teeming with wildlife, and the lush greenery of Lake Manyara as a perfect final day. Landscapes and encounters we will never forget.
Everyone we dealt with was helpful and welcoming. We would recommend Top Selected Tours without hesitation, and we hope to be back in Tanzania one day!

We took a 5-day, 4-night safari to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park (2 nights), Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. We were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, and I believe much of that was thanks to John’s enthusiasm and proactive approach. He did an excellent job driving us safely through the savannah and went above and beyond to maximize our chances of spotting incredible wildlife.
The accommodations, staff, food, and equipment provided by the tour operator were all of a very high standard. I would highly recommend Top Selected Tours to anyone looking for a memorable safari experience in Tanzania.

Memories for life
We chose to go on safari with Top Selected and our guide John for our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier. We saw more animals than we could have dreamt of (including the Big Five), and thanks to John’s knowledge and expertise we always had the best view. He was incredibly knowledgeable, making every sighting even more fascinating. The food and accommodation were also very, very good. Higly recommend!

During all the quotation and booking process we were in contact with Catherine who was available to reply to our questions, presented different options for our first safari itinerary, always with a very smooth and careful communication that made us trust the process immediately.
The organization of the safari was seamless, with very comfortable and beautiful accommodations that ensured a good rest for the following safari days. They also provided attention to dietary restrictions and ensured all accommodations could align with such requirements which was extremely appreciated on our side.
Now, regarding the safari itself, we did a 5-day safari and it was marvelous. No words are enough to describe it! And the main reason for that was to have our guide, Jackson, showing us all the way through Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire National Park. Jackson is extremely nice and polite, someone easy to get along with and whose company was very cherished by us. Jackson knows all these places as well as his own hands and we felt full trust in him short after we first met him. Jackson is a very experienced guide who shared with us a lot of details of what we were seeing, about animals, plants, the history of each place - all the questions we had and the ones we didn't know we had, Jackson had the answer! He safely drove us through the most amazing places and bacause of his experience and knowledge of the field, we had the opportunity to see all the big 5 and many more animals during our safari. On top of that, we had also shared with Jackson that we would like to see the great migration and he quickly adapted our route to also take us to the right places and show us the migration.
Our only regret? Not having stayed longer!
For us, it is a no brainer - we can't wait to return sometime soon together with Top Selected Tours!

We spent 4 days with Jackson for our safari in Tanzania. What can I say, he is simply the best! First of all, he always made us feel completely safe, and he organized everything so perfectly that we didn't have to worry about a thing. He is incredibly friendly and shares so much about local life, too! You can tell he truly cares about Tanzania and is deeply passionate about his work.
Jackson knows everything there is to know about safaris and is ready to tell you all about every single animal. Truly amazing!

John is the BEST!
WOW! Nothing less than a 5 star experience!! My boyfriend and I started communicating with Adabert and responses were always very fast and clear. From the time we met John until we left Tanzania he took care of us as one of his own! John is very well connected and did everything he could to ensure we got the most out of our experience. He tuned into the animals we really wanted to see and taught us a lot about animals we didn’t even know existed! He truly helped create an unforgettable experience! We saw everything and MORE!! His knowledge and love for serving everyone on safari was admirable and I want everyone I know to go on safari with John! We stayed one night in Arusha after safari and even after we had said goodbye to John he called us the next morning to make sure we had a ride to the airport! I highly recommend Top Selected Tours!! Best Safari of Our Lives — Incredible Guide, Wildlife Sightings & Service
Top Selected Tours gave us one of the best experience of our lives. Our guide, John, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We saw everything we wanted - cheetahs, leopards, lions, rhinos, elephants, and a lot more. Somehow, we were constantly the first vehicle to every sighting. It became obvious very quickly that John truly knew what he was doing - other safari operators were even messaging and calling him asking where the animals were.
Not only was he an amazing guide, but he was also an excellent driver and genuinely treated us like family throughout the entire trip. He went above and beyond in every way possible, even calling us after the safari ended just to make sure we safely made it to our flight.
I truly cannot recommend John and Top Selected Tours enough. If you are considering a safari in Tanzania, book with them and ask for John. It was an unforgettable experience and worth every penny.
