RIP off dishonest company
Save your money and book else where. Charlatans all nice and responsive before you travel. Than it all goes wrong!! We booked chimpanzees in kibale park instead we were taken to Kyamburu. This with less the half the cost of what we paid for. Our 2nd hotel was cancelled without any warning. Where we were at was substandard and not in the park as promised. Some USD800 difference in cost. Lies about water as we called the hotel. Our driver had received our itinerary 2 weeks prior to our arrival. We were always booked in the sub standard hotel and was never informed until we arrived at the wrong hotel. I think he thought we would not notice. We were supposed to go to ischika this didnt happen. They will sell you one itinerary than completely change it. Please look elsewhere and read reviews from other websites. I managed to find plenty of negative reviews once I researched properly. I have noticed quite a few of the bad reviews have disappeared. Uganda is a beautiful country please DO NOT book through beyond travel. I have included many screen shots as I have noticed the owner responds to reviews with lies. The difference in what we paid for and what we got is some USD2000 difference

Posted on Jun 1, 2026We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency.
This was a 7-day safari covering Murchison Falls National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi, and Lake Bunyonyi. Due to the travel distances and schedule involved, it was not possible to include Kibale National Park within this itinerary. Kibale was therefore never listed as a destination on the confirmed tour itinerary.
Regarding chimpanzee trekking, we kindly ask that you share the actual itinerary details we provided to you. Any mention of Kibale National Park during our discussions was additional information about chimpanzee tracking options in Uganda and did not confirm that trekking would take place there. Logically, since Kibale was not part of the itinerary route, chimpanzee tracking was arranged in Kyambura Gorge within Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is also a recognized chimpanzee trekking destination.
Regarding accommodation concerns, the adjustment was made after several attempts to communicate through email and WhatsApp unfortunately went unanswered. At the time, Uganda was experiencing a nationwide internet shutdown related to the January general elections, which created communication challenges for both travelers and operators.
However, as per our company policy and standard operating procedures, whenever a change is necessary, guests are only reallocated to facilities within the same category and standard. We do not intentionally downgrade client tours. We therefore respectfully invite you to mention both the originally proposed accommodation and the alternative provided so readers can make their own fair comparison.
We also recall personally traveling from Kampala to Lake Bunyonyi to meet with you directly and discuss these concerns in person during the safari.
We value all feedback and remain committed to offering memorable and professional safari experiences while continuously improving our services.
