Amazing Experience
We recently had an unforgettable safari with Kruger Safari Co. From the beginning Wayne simplified the process and made sure we had the safari that was right for us. On arrival Carol greeted us with staff and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I can't say enough about the staff at Kruger Safari Co. They are so welcoming, friendly, and attentive always there to make sure your needs are met. The food was exceptional for every meal. It was like dining three times a day at Michelin rated restaurants.
Victor our guide for the entirety of our 5-day, 4-night stay was delightful, knowledgeable, and passionate. Victor's expertise and understanding of the land, following tracks, and overall disposition made our time exceptional.
I cannot recommend Victor and the Kruger Safari Co highly enough for an unmatched safari that will leave you with cherished memories and a full heart to last a lifetime!

Provided exactly what we needed
We were lost with the vast amount of options available for our South African safari. After reaching out to several companies, it was clear Kruger Safari Co and specifically Wayne would provide the best guidance and most attention to help us. Communication was easy and fast with Wayne and he provided us with multiple safari options to choose from. Everything we needed between Johannesburg airport and our room at Greenfire Game Lodge was taken care of for us. We saw the Big 5 on our first drive although we understand that is uncommon and not to be expected with a single drive. We saw more animals than we’d ever expect and witnessed rhinos fighting, lions chasing hyenas away from their dinner, and many other scenes I only expected to see on TV. Our guide Victor was able to find animals on every drive and provide information on everything we saw or had questions about. The food at the lodge was some of the best meals I’ve had from any travel experience and found that to be true across South Africa. I would recommend Kruger Safari CO. to any of my friends or family to match you with the best safari available at your price range.

Excellent experience with Kruger Safari Co.
We booked our first-ever safari through Kruger Safari Co. We dealt with Wayne, who was excellent from start to finish — from booking to answering our questions and ensuring the trip went smoothly.
The safari was an unbelievable experience, and everything went exactly as planned.

5* service from start to finish
The service we received from Kruger safari co from making enquires to completing our trip was flawless. We received fast responses to any questions and they even picked us up and dropped us off at our airport hotel at no extra cost.
The safari tours were very well organised and we saw so many animals on every day. The Adventure lodge was also fantastic with great food. I can not fault anything during our 5 day stay.

Super helpful - handled everything!
We found Wayne and The Kruger Safari Co. as we were online trying to sort through the many venues, options, and types of safari adventures and accommodations online. We reached out to Wayne for guidance, and he took it from there! He patiently and promptly answered all our many questions, provided thoughtful suggestions, and guided us to the PERFECT all-inclusive stay for our family of eight adults. It was fabulous - - accommodations were lovely, food was delicious, safaris were exciting and fun. Everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. Excellent Service and communication
When my family decided on a safari for vacation, I immediately became overwhelmed with the options and locations available within Africa. Several inquiries with other companies just did not feel right. But from the minute I found Wayne with Kruger Safari Co, I knew I had found the right company. His communication was excellent in regards to the many questions I had and I felt no pressure at all to book. Our family spent 4 nights at Umkumbe Bush Lodge with a goal of seeing the Big 5. We flew from Johannesburg to Skukuza and from there were taken to our lodging. Umkumbe is located within Sabi Sand private game reserve and provides luxury tent glamping. When I say luxury, I mean air conditioning, turn down service, daily wake ups for the early morning game drives, wet towels for face and hands waiting for you when you arrive from the game drives and so much more. The location felt small and private as there are only 11 “tents”, there is a nice pool and bar at the treehouse with an overlook to an open field for game viewing, the food was very good and plentiful, the guides and trackers were knowledgeable funny, and very accommodating to our requests to try to see specific animals. The animal encounters are VERY close and I am excited to say that we saw the Big 5! I cannot recommend this experience enough as it met and exceeded all of our expectations.

Excellent
I recently had the privilege of staying at Kruger Safari, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The camp itself is set in a stunning location, surrounded by nature and wildlife, providing an authentic safari experience.
Our tented accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully.
The game drives were the highlight of our stay. Ours guides were incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and skilled at tracking wildlife. We saw an amazing variety of animals, including the Big Five, and the early morning and late afternoon drives gave us the perfect oppties to witness wildlife at its most active.
The meals were delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making each meal a memorable experience.

Fantastic short safari
I booked a 2 night safari from Johannesburg, staying at greenfire and I had the time of my life. The transfers from my hotel in Johannesburg to the lodge gate, and back again were excellent and most importantly easy. The lodge itself was brilliant (12 out 10 recommend greenfire). Communication with Wayne was great, he was responsive and checked in on me during my stay. I was travelling for work so didn't want to think too hard over the weekend and Wayne and the team ment it was a wonderful weekend.

Excellent!
My wife and I, along with another couple, booked thru Wayne Barnes and The Kruger Safari Co. From the very start, throughout the trip, and even when we returned Wayne was constantly communicating with us about our travel and experience. My friend and I both work for Delta Air Lines and were looking for a once in a lifetime Safari and experience and the Greenfire Lodge and staff did not disappoint.
Wayne worked with us on several package options from the start and we finally settled on a 5 day / 4 night Greenfire Lodge experience. We arrived in Joburg two days early and Wayne arranged for our private transfer to and from Kruger for the four of us. Our pickup was at 6 am on Sunday, and Victor our driver arranged with Wayne was right on time and a great way to start our journey. We arrived as planned at the park entrance on Sunday afternoon and we met by another man named Victor who turned out to be our guide for all of our game drives. Our guide Victor was amazing! I'm sure all of them are great, but he was truly amazing and we felt we had known him for years and were sad to leave after a fantastic week with him showing us the game reserve.
Victor drove us to the main lodge, and the drive was as scenic as pictured online. We were there in February and the days were hot but not terrible and always a slight breeze. As we arrived at the lodge, we were met by Carol and the rest of the Greenfire staff. I can't say enough about how gracious and warm all of the staff were. Victor and the team carefully handled all of our bags (we now know not to pack as much as it's very casual and comfortable)! We had a nice welcome drink and were explained the detials of our week ahead. Lunch was to be served shortly after and we were escorted to our cabin. To our delight, the cabins were being outfitted with air conditioners as we were there and luckily both of our cabins had working AC units. This was a great surprise as we were not planning on AC units, only the fans in the rooms. The cabins are very nice. Better than the pictures show and all overlook the dried up riverbed where we saw numerous animals (Buffalo, elephants, monkeys, etc) right from our patio. After briefly unpacking, we went to the main lodge for lunch. Let me say that every meal, every one of them, was fantastic. We weren't expecting such a great meal for every meal and the service was second to none. It almost felt like we were at a Four Seasons resort for the week. That evening we went on our first game drive and saw many animals, including lions and elephants.
Everyday was the same, great meals, great game drives and great service. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was and i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great safari to go with the Krugar Safari Co.

The Kruger Safari Co.is attentive, welcoming and professional!
We visited Kruger National Park in February 2024 and the itinerary was booked on the official website of The Kruger Safari Co. The company offered us a very wide range of options, which was something we were very happy with. We chose a 3 day Safari based on our financial budget and time schedule. during this trip we saw almost all the big 5 game except the leopard. But we were happy because it was something we couldn't experience in China and very African. The sad thing is that one of our mates accidentally lost his mobile phone during this trip. But to our surprise, the company's staff found our lost mobile phone in the almost wild environment of the national park, which really led us to marvel! Because we were prepared to never get our phones back. I can't help but admire the service and professionalism of the company's team! One thing that stood out to me during the trip was that our guide, during one of the afternoon safaris, I remember it was almost dark, but he found a tiny chameleon in the bushes. When we could not spot it despite his prompting, he stopped the car and very accurately and quickly found it and showed it to us. What marvellous eyesight that is! Kudos to him for his expertise. Overall, we were very happy with the trip and it is something that I would highly recommend and promote to my close friends. I hope more and more Chinese tourists can have the chance to visit Kruger National Park once and experience the African wildlife adventure.
There are two small suggestions, I hope the camp WIFI signal coverage is wider, at the same time, there is the possibility of Chinese-speaking tour guides, although I know Chinese is very difficult to learn, thank you!
