Exceptionally efficient and nothing is too much of a problem with immediate responses
The booking was tailor made to exactly what we requested and after confirming the tour, the confirmation was almost immediate. No matter what day of the week Luxury Safari always respond whether on tour or initialising the details. Where service was required the company always ensured this was efficiently available. The whole process more than lived up to expectations. Our safaris to Marataba and Thanda were superb with first rate accommodation, service, food, drink and wonderful safaris for both birds, animals and insects. Great guides. The holiday also including staying in lodges in the Drakensberg Mountains which so enjoyable with fantastic scenery. Overall a wonderful experience.

My trip to Botswanna with my two daughters
It was our first ever safari experience and it lived up to all our expectations and more. The Luxury Safari Company and our contact Rose was very efficient and responded to all of our questions and concerns immediately, which made the whole experience extremely easy. Any problems/change of schedule were quickly resolved for example my youngest daughter had an exam the day of the originally scheduled flight and Rose did not hesitate to change the internal flights and also ensured that she was met airside in Johannesburg to take her to her next flight. Every detail of the itinerary was executed and we had no issues with any transfers/transportation. Our trip to Botswana and Savute Lodge was fantastic and the two days in Cape Town were also wonderful. We would recommend this company to any of our friends and we will certainly use them again.

We expected much but got way more than we imagined !
Just came back from 8 amazing days in Tanzania. We stayed one night near Arusha, 2 nights in Ngorongoro Crater Lodge and 4 nights at Nomad Lamai in the north Serengeti.
The lodges, guides and transportation were perfect. We were taken care off 100% of the time like clockwork.
The Serengeti was undoubtedly the highlight of the trip (we could have skipped Ngorongoro altogether and do 3 days in Zanzibar).
I'm very pleased with how The Luxury Safari Company took care of us and will be happy to book with them again to another Safari...

Thank you for all your help and arranging an incredible trip. The hotels and lodges you recommended to us were all perfect; comfortable, luxurious and at the same time not too formal. The logistics worked very smoothly and as they say, you do what it says on the tin - organise really great luxury safari's and holidays where all the bits of the jigsaw that a make a trip fantastic fitted perfectly. Communicating with you was really easy and you certainly understood what we wanted and delivered it.

This was a superb holiday thoroughly enjoyed by all four of us. Everything was just marvellously organised and went like clockwork, even in the most remote reaches of Botswana. The properties Rose chose were very special and so diverse. Nanette at Ghoha Hills in the Savuti was a standout for her truly caring manner. The appointments at Madikwe Hills Game Lodge were six star!!

Beyond expectations!
We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime thanks to Rose and the Luxury Safari Company. Her service was top notch from our very first contact. This was our first trip to Africa, as well as our honeymoon, so we depended on Rose for guidance and she did not disappoint. She tailored the trip exactly to our needs, wishes and budget only offering suggestions when asked. She definitely wanted it to be "our" trip. Our itinerary, internal flights and transfer pick - ups were seamless so that we enjoyed a completely stress free holiday. Cape to cape in South Africa
We've worked with other agents and operators in the past and it's been a long time since we (virtually) met someone who provided such personalised service. From taking on our wishlist and building out the options, through to building our itinerary, and ensuring we were excited and had everything to get on our way, Rose's attention to detail cannot be faulted. We had flight delays which cascaded to missing connections, but Rose's easy and detailed itinerary meant we didn't have to fumble through loads of paperwork and emails just to figure out who to call.
