correct and to the point
I was looking to make a trip in Rwanda and Uganda looking for primates. I' ve send
many emails to different agents to get quotes and programs. They came out as the best. Contact was quick and clear and always the correct answers on questions.
We had Andrew from the office to help us and Andrew our guide knows every bird name and nickname. He drives very careful, was always on time. As a result I took another trip with them and if I go again to East-Africa I will contact them immediately.

The lodges we stayed in are different & good. This was Fantastic experience. The countryside & towns we passed through were beautiful & interesting. The Morning game drives, boat tours was wonderful, Bird watching was great ,Gorilla tour and Chimpanzee habituation in kibale national Park was so good, Our guide looked after us well. Mark was excellent spotter in watching birds in they natural habitat. The environment was so good.We will highly recommend Primate safaris. Through Mercy we had direct contact with the company. We travelled two people in Uganda, Mercy's guidance gave us the confidence to take part in wildlife and Gorilla tour and chimpanzee Habituation.
