Great personalised 5 day TZ trip made extra special thanks to our wonderful driver-guide.
My mother and I went on Safari for 5 days in Serengeti and Ngorongoro for her 70th birthday.
Simba was wonderful to work with as we built a personalised 5-day trip - and was very patient with the many changes I requested! He helped us arrange a cross-border transfer from Kenya, and booked the itinerary and lodges we wanted. He was always quick to answer my messages or calls both before and during the trip.
What really made our safari trip go from good to great was our lovely driver-guide, Abdul, who took care of myself and my mother as though we were family. He was very conscientious - he was always checking in with us to see what we wanted, what was going well, etc, and strived to give us the best day each day. He was also an excellent driver, not just on the game drives, but on all the highways/city driving as well - he was careful but confident and I never felt nervous in the car once. Lastly, I really appreciated how much he appreciates the animals in the parks, I have seen other guides try to get animals attention/wake them up/get in too close and he was not about that at all, he really respects the animals and that we are in their space.
All in all - a great and memorable trip!

Abdul was brilliant - experienced, knowledgeable, kind, funny, amazing person
I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Serengeti Clarity, and my guide Abdul—this was, without question, the trip of a lifetime. I was traveling solo on my first-ever safari, and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely taken care of. Everything was seamless, thoughtful, and exceeded every expectation I had.
Abdul—who is, quite simply, extraordinary. We spent 5 days together exploring the Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, and I can confidently say he is one of the most impressive people I’ve ever met. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he is also deeply kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. You can feel that he cares—not just about the wildlife, but about giving you the best possible experience every single moment.
It was rainy season, which meant muddy, difficult roads—but Abdul handled it like a master. His drivin skills were honestly unbelievable. While other vehicles were getting stuck, he navigated effortlesly, and at one point, other guides were literally following him because he knew the terrain so well. It became clear very quickly that Abdul wasn’t just good—he was the one everyone else trusted.
Because of him, we saw an astonishing amount of wildlife, including the full Big Five. But what made it special wasn’t just what we saw—it was how we saw it. Abdul has an incredible eye and instinct. he would quietly spot animals that were nearly invisible and position us perfectly for unforgettable moments, especially with lions. On top of that, his knowledge is next-level—he knew every bird, every behavior, and always had fascinating facts to share in a way that made the experience even richer.
What stood out just as much was who he is as a person. Abdul is warm, thoughtful, and quietly brilliant. He always seemed one step ahead—recommending the perfect departure times, finding beautiful and safe places to stop (including one surreal lunch with lions nearby), and making every day feel effortless and perfectly paced. As a solo traveler, that level of care meant everything.
The lodges were fantastic, the planning was smooth, and the overall value was exceptional—but Abdul is what made this trip unforgettable. If you’re considering a safari, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He didn’t just guide the trip—he elevated it into something truly special. I will be talking about this experience for the rest of my life.

Our entire safari experience was beautifully organised and very well planned from start to finish. The accommodation was excellent and the hospitality throughout the trip was top-notch. A special thank you to Kelvin, who was an absolutely amazing guide and truly made a huge difference to our safari. He was incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and always eager to show us the very best of the wildlife and the park. Thanks to his sharp eye we saw things we would never have spotted ourselves, and he approached every day with such a positive and enthusiastic attitude. A fantastic safari guide who made the trip unforgettable.

Serengeti Clarity was professional , very responsive and reassuring.
My wife and I found great value in the services that Serengeti Clarity provided. The choices in accommodation both in the bush and in towns were well selected. We experienced some airline delays/ cancellation but the company continued to reassure us that they would make the necessary adjustments to include several very late night transfers. We had very knowledgeable and experienced guides from Kenya through Tanzania. We would use them again.

From beginning to the end Frank was very responsive and addressed all our specific wishes (with a focus on photography). They arranged an excellent package with perfect accommodation, especially Sero Tented camp which was so close to incredible sightings of many lions, several cheetah and 2 leopards. Kelvin our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and flexible which helped ensure a truly memorable trip.

Our safari in Tanzania was absolutely amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Calvin from Serengeti Clarity. We were a family of four traveling together with our friends, and we were all extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
From the very beginning, it was clear that Calvin is very experienced, professional, and truly knows what he is doing. Thanks to his knowledge and skills, we were able to see an incredible number of animals – lions, elephants, giraffes, and many other beautiful animals in their natural habitat.
He has excellent knowledge of nature and animal behavior, was able to spot animals quickly, and always shared interesting and informative explanations with us. At the same time, he was very kind, patient, and happy to answer all our questions. We felt safe and very well taken care of throughout the entire safari.

Highly recommend Serengeti Clarity for an authentic, well-run safari.
Our Tanzanian safari was nothing short of exceptional and felt like a truly authentic African experience from beginning to end. From sleeping in beautifully set-up tents under the vast skies, to travelling through the national parks in a proper safari Land Cruiser, every part of the trip felt genuine and immersive. The landscapes were breathtaking and diverse, and seeing wildlife in its natural environment was something we will never forget.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Baslewis as our guide. He was knowledgeable, proactive, kind and deeply respectful — particularly when it came to animal welfare. He always ensured we had the best possible views while maintaining a safe and respectful distance from the wildlife. We felt completely welcome and safe in his company throughout the entire safari.
During part of our safari, we experienced some heavy rain which made navigating the Serengeti much more challenging. We witnessed several other vehicles getting stuck in the mud, which showed just how difficult the conditions were. Throughout it all, Baslewis remained calm and composed. His experience and skill in 4WD driving were evident, and not once did we feel as though we were at risk of getting stuck. His confidence and capability in those tougher conditions gave us complete peace of mind.
What made the experience even more special was the time spent simply talking with him. He joined us for lunches and dinners, and we loved learning about life in Tanzania and gaining insight into the local culture. He was always happy to take photos for us and consistently went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. His professionalism combined with his warm personality made a lasting impression on us.
The overall planning and organisation of the safari was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, and it was clear that a great deal of care had gone into coordinating the experience. The safari accommodation was authentic yet high quality — clean, comfortable and supported by attentive service that consistently met a high standard.
Towards the end of our trip, we visited the Serengeti Clarity office and were warmly welcomed by the team, who were genuinely excited to meet us in person. They were eager to ensure that our safari had lived up to expectations, which was a lovely and personal touch that showed how much they value their guests’ experiences.
To top it all off, we were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, which was an unforgettable highlight of the trip.

Incredible Serengeti Safari Experience!
Our journey to Serengeti started with an intense search for an unforgettable safari on the Serengeti at a manageable cost balanced with safety. Amongst the providers we checked for direct safari programs registered in Tanzania. After several email exchanges, we settled in Serengeti Clarity with great communication from Frank who answered our questions patiently and to the point. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a middle-end (not low or luxury) experience. Frank and his company did not fail that expectation. The stay along the route was comfortable whether in a resort style hotel or tented camps. The roads are rough and expect the African massage as the 3 drivers called it. But we had working seat belts and plenty of water/snacks. We had 3 vehicles for our group of 19, with a breakdown on the way that cost us some time but managed well by the 3 drivers who stayed in constant contact on the road. That also meant coordination in wild life sightings of which there were plenty!! We saw 4 of the Big 5! The rhino was sadly not see as they are getting low in numbers. But the others more than made up for that. The drivers are kind, friendly and knowledgeable! Breakfast and dinners were the mostly amazing meals of the day with lunches not the best for chicken but good for beef, carbs, veggies and fruit. We were indeed so fortunate to see more than one migration event, because of the knowledge and swiftness of our drivers!! They worked as a team to get us the most of the Northern Wild Serengeti - and at the same time ensured our safety and managed the time well. At the end of our trip, we had a fantastic farewell by the team with lovely African songs with amazing music, cake and champagne!! My daughter was challenged with a recovering knee, and they all took utmost care to ensure she walked the least with the drop offs for restrooms and stay and pickups. They cared for us as though we were their family!!! They are a cheerful bunch so that made our unforgettable journey through the Serengeti not only enjoyable but very memorable!!! We hope you too get a chance to experience one of the exceptional Safari providers, the Serengeti Clarity!!

Serengeti Clarity provided a customised, end-to-end experience
My husband and I have just completed a safari visiting Tarangire National Park, Central and Southern Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, as well as several other Tanzanian experiences.
Serengeti Clarity were very accommodating to customise our Tanzanian experience. They made all the arrangements to provide an end-to-end experience. The accommodation provided was very good and we felt well looked after at all times.
The whole trip was absolutely amazing, especially the safari, in large part to our guide Abdul. Abdul’s knowledge and experience of these areas is incredible, and coupled with his commitment for us to see all of the “Big 5” (which we did - up close) it made for an unforgettable experience.
Additionally, Abdul is easy to talk to and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He liaised very easily with the other guides for the extras that we did, and ensured that we had the best possible experience.
