Highly recommend! Rosemary gave us very clear pre-departure briefings. Our guide Mali was professional, gave great explanations, and kept us perfectly on schedule during the 5 days. Chef Ally took excellent care of our food. A truly unforgettable and rewarding safari experience!

The team is very professional，they did an amazing job！
Communication was absolutely fantastic. There was a 5-hour time difference between us, yet whenever we sent emails after work, Helena always replied as quickly as possible. Our whole communication process went extremely smoothly. She even recommended a trusted local team in Kenya to arrange our 3-day safari tour. Just like Mountain Warriors, the Kenyan team was incredibly kind, responsive, and did their best to meet all our requests.
In terms of service, everyone we met throughout the trip—from sales staff to our driver-guide—was outstanding and fully dedicated to their work. We are truly grateful for all the hard work Helena put into planning our itinerary in advance. Our safari experience with Mountain Warriors Tours and Safaris was absolute perfection from start to finish.
A massive, heartfelt thank you to Helena, who is one of the most professional, kind, and responsive people we have ever met. Throughout the planning process, her email replies were incredibly prompt and informative, making us feel completely at ease. What touched us the most was that on the final day of our safari, she went out of her way to return to the office just to say a proper goodbye to us in person. Her kindness and professionalism truly set the gold standard.
Helena’s exceptional service also extended to our cross-border logistics. She introduced us to Mitchelle‘s team for the Kenyan leg of our trip, and they completely blown us away! In fact, our very first day of game drives in Amboseli was so thrilling and spectacular that we were instantly hooked. It was a seamless and perfect transition between countries.Oh！Our guide Clement is a gentle uncle，very professional，he told us all about animals and plants in our Safari. We had an AMAZING trip together！！
Last but certainly not least, our guide and driver in Tanzania, Innocent, was an absolute gem. Over the course of our safari, he became so much more than just a guide—he became a truly wonderful friend to us. Excellent, very organized and attentive
We truly loved the tour, the driver and chef were amazing. We saw the animals really close. The tour operator was very professional and provided a great service!

They organized the tour very well, but their communication to the hotel we stay was not well.
John, our driver the guide for safari was outstanding for finding all animals which we expected to see them in the safari. We enjoyed very much with his guide and his friendship.
However the tour office was not a particularly good for communicating with the hotel and lodge on the first second and third days of the tour as we had to pay the extra on the first day and stayed a standard room instead of a luxury bungalow booked at the Karatu safari lodge on second and third days.

Awesome 1 day safari in Ngorongoro
Overall amazing experience and very good value for money. Super easy and straightforward communication with the company. Our guide, Lamia, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw the big five and tons of other animals. Food was also excellent. We will book with them again next time, for sure!

Mbwana was a very interactive and fun guide!
The tour was very customizable and we were always asked what we were most interested in seeing to ensure we were having a great time. We saw so much wildlife and had great views and food the whole time. All of the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Planning was easy, payment was easy, and all the logistics went smoothly!

Friendly, funny, and awesome!
This tour was a great experience! We got to see so many places and so many animals in a short period of time. The driver/guide was fantastic and did a great job of reading the vibe of the group as well each day. The food was also amazing and way better than I expected. The campsites were great and the lodge was also awesome. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Mbwana was charismatic and accommodating while informative and determined to find each animal.
Accommodations were surprisingly nice and refreshing after a day on the road. Managed to see each animal, including the more rare ones which was a nice surprise. Food was delicious and whole trip was very accommodating.

Mbwana was organized, knowledgeable, and cared about the safari experience.
We had a great time on our 5-day safari. The chef, Miriam, made great meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mbwana, the guide, made sure we got good views of all of the animals and did a good job explaining what we saw. The hotel we stayed at was very nice and the camping arrangements were well organized. Overall, I would definitely recommend the 5-day safari as you will see a bunch of animals and different environments of Tanzania.
