A memorable experience with my family
Mellivora African Travels offered us me and my husband a 5 days safari, we really enjoyed the safari and how everything was made easy for us from communication to the booking. Fransisca was fast and easy to get to anytime we emailed and got in contact she would be there to respond. Our guide Efata was amazing he knew about nature and gave us a wonderful experience and we saw a lot of animals. Accommodation offered was amazing and everything about the tour was memorable we loved everything about it. Whenever Fransisca is there to serve you just be sure everything will be fine and hope for the great adventure. I recommend Mellivora African Travels for anyone hoping to get a great experience.

Very Interesting
We had a 4 day safari fly in fly out me and my family and what more could we say it was more than we expected. We were amazed by the wonderful experience Mellivora African Travels gave us and how they made everything easy for us in spite of having a baby for the trip. Fransisca offered us a couple of options with Price that we wanted and secured accommodations and flights with no trouble. We arrived in Arusha and met our driver who was also our guide Jordan and made us feel secure though it was our first time we felt like home. Our trip was tremendous we saw a lot of animals and lucky us we got to see the big five. Accommodations chosen for us were very comfortable and the staff were amazing. I could not ask for more than a safari with Mellivora African Travels I 100% recommend them and I will surely use them if I travel next time.

Excellent service from start to finish
From the moment I made my initial enquiry Fransisca was so attentive and responded to all my emails very quickly. The price of the tour was extremely competitive and you can easily change the itinerary subject to budget

Exceptional African Adventures with Mellivora African Travels: A Journey Beyond Expectations.
We did a five-day safari with Mellivora African Travels and all I can say is that the tour was delivered out of our expectations. Everything was prepared for us accommodations, transportation and food. Our guide Jordan was one of the best knowledgeable and caring he made our tour unforgettable as we spent most of the time with him. We were able to see the big five, what else could we need from an African safari. Honestly the hospitality that Mellivora and their staff have is unexceptional and pleasing. Fransisca from the office was there to help us from the arrangements to finalization always fast to respond and there to give us other options whenever needed to ensure we get the best. He is the best at his job!
My wife and I booked a safari with Fransisca Evance through Mellivora African Travels for our honeymoon and I’m so glad we did. It was an incredible experience! Our guide Bryson was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals we encountered and Tanzanian culture. He ensured that we were able to see as many animals as we could! We added on a hot air balloon tour, which was absolutely incredible, worth every penny. The lodging and the food was also excellent. I would highly recommend booking with Mellivora African Travels!

Amazing experience
We did a four day safari starting and ending in Zanzibar, 2 parents, 2 kids ages 5 and 8. We flew to Arusha then to seronera in a small fixed wing plane which was amazing! You could see the many masai villages below, it was a great start to the experience!
We did Serengeti, Ngorogoro and Tarangire and both were gorgeous. We stayed at Serengeti safari lodge in Serengeti and I would HIGHLY recommend it! The staff and food was excellent but the ambience of staying out in the wild was unbeatable. The hot lunch the chef prepared for our safari the next day was probably the best we ate the entire trip!
In Ngorogoro we stayed at the Serena which has an amazing view of the crater. While Serena is definitely a very nice hotel with all the amenities, I would still recommend the tented lodge as you get a really close to nature experience!
In four days we saw lots of animals including a pride of 15 lions as well as a lion hunt and kill a wildebeest. It was an incredible adventure and I would book

I recently had the pleasure of exploring the wonders of Tanzania on a 4-day safari organized by Mellivora African Travels, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience that was worth every penny.
From the beginning of our adventure, communication with Fransisca, our guide Elieza, was absolutely excellent. He was not just a guide, but a true ambassador of the beauties of Tanzania. With a friendly approach and vast knowledge of the local wildlife and culture, Elieza made each day on our safari not only educational but also extremely enjoyable.
Mellivora African Travels has proven to be an extremely reliable company, offering top-notch services from accommodation to well-planned itineraries in the most scenic locations. We had the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife in their natural habitat and Elieza provided us with valuable information and answers to all our questions.

LIFETIME EXPERIENCE
If you’re considering booking with this tour company, I 100% recommend booking with them! During my booking process, I was between this company and a larger company with more reviews (so I was leaning towards the other company), but Fransisca from Mellivora African Travels convinced me to book with them—and I’m soooo glad I did, I had the best time ever on my safari trip with Mellivora African Travels!
I booked the mid-range option, and Fransisca definitely over delivered on the accommodations! This was my birthday trip, and she made sure everything was nothing short of amazing! The lodges were literally breathtaking, I was thoroughly impressed each time (thanks so much Fransisca!).
The Safari experience itself was so surreal! Our tour guide/driver Jordan was super knowledgeable providing so many interesting and cool facts, and he knew exactly where to go to spot the animals up close. We were able to spot the Big 5 which was so cool! Our chef also provided super tasty meals each day for lunch—like a full on spread that had me so impressed (we had breakfast, dinner and additional lunch boxes provided by our lodges that was also really good).
For my first Safari, this beyond exceeded my expectations! I look forward to booking with them again in the future. If you’re considering this company, I highly recommend booking with them! Thanks again to Fransisca for making my trip so beautiful and special!

Amazing, i just wished that we booked a longer trip.
The trip for us from Zanzibar was amazing. The whole organization was so good from Fransisca. Even tough you are on the other side of the world and don’t really have control, this amazing person just fixed everything for us. So we left our luggage at Zanzibar as it is not convenient to haul all bags with you crossing the African terrain. The driver to picked us up from our hotel and dropped us of after the trip was done, very friendly.
After flying a very cool flight in a small plane that was just sweeping and gave us some amazing views over the African savannah we landed and met our super friendly guide, Adam. The knowledge and good sense of humor made the trip a lot better.
The housing on the trip was satisfactory al the way through, just imagine to eat your breakfast while looking at the hippos doing there thing.
So the only thing that I might do differently is to do the 5-day trip instead of the 3-day trip as we did. Really amazing.
Can really recommend these guys
