They were reliable, attentive, and caring the entire trip.
I want to give a special thank you to Joshua, who was with us for the entire trip during our safari and also Abdullah who was with us during our Zanzibar portion of the trip. Throughout the entire trip, Fransisca was in communication with us and even stopped to visit us in person with gifts! Always available and ready to respond to and resolve problems or unexpected issues. We had an amazing time on our safari organized by Mellivora. Everything was perfectly planned, from the airport pick-up to the final drop-off. The itinerary was well-balanced, the staff was exceptionally professional, and every detail was taken care of. They were flexible, super helpful, and well priced.
I wanted to do Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro. But I wanted to substitute central Serengeti with Northern Serengeti. Other companies I asked said it was outright impossible. But Fatimah got me a quote within an hour. She was very patient with reexplaining the itinerary to me during the safari (I was brain dead from jet lag during the initial briefing). I thought all the guides I had were very competent. Fatima helped me with bookings even after the safari was done.

Unforgettable Tanzania Safari with Mellivora African Travels
We had an unforgettable experience with Mellivora African Travels! From the beginning, the communication was excellent and everything was organized smoothly. Our guide was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the wildlife and national parks. We had amazing game drives, saw so many animals, and enjoyed beautiful accommodations along the way.
The whole trip felt personal and well planned, and the team was always available whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our Tanzania safari and would highly recommend Mellivora African Travels to anyone looking for a reliable and professional safari company. We would definitely travel with them again!

This safari was absolutely GREAT! From start to finish, everything was amazing.
Francisca (also known as Fatimah) is such a kind, warm, caring, and responsive person. She goes above and beyond to help, and if any issue comes up, she will do everything she can to solve it. She was incredibly flexible and helpful throughout the whole experience. She even continued helping me in Zanzibar after my safari had ended, which I truly appreciated. She has such a kind heart and is also a very dedicated professional.
As for the safari itself, my driver was Pascual and my chef was Salim. Both of them were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. As a solo traveler, I honestly don’t think I could have felt better taken care of. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after throughout the entire trip. I saw the big fives!!

Amazing
Mellivora African Travels offered us me and my husband a 5 days safari, we really enjoyed the safari and how everything was made easy for us from communication to the booking. Fransisca was fast and easy to get to anytime we emailed and got in contact she would be there to respond. Our guide Efata was amazing he knew about nature and gave us a wonderful experience and we saw a lot of animals. Accommodation offered was amazing and everything about the tour was memorable we loved everything about it. Unforgettable Trip
We did a five day safari with Mellivora African Travels and all I can say is that the tour was delivered out of our expectations. Everything was prepared for us accommodations, transportation and food. Our guide Jordan was one of the best knowledgeable and caring he made our tour unforgettable as we spent most of the time with him. We were able to see the big five, What else could we need from an African safari. Honestly the hospitality that Mellivora and their staff have is unexceptional and pleasing. Fransisca from the office was there to help us from the arrangements to finalization always fast to respond and there to give us other options whenever needed to ensure we get the best. I will recommend Mellivora African Travels to anyone who wants to make their first time experience in the wildlife of Africa unforgettable because everything was made easy by the team.

Amazing experience, would definitely recommend!
The safari was amazing, Fransisca arranged everything for us including making some last minute adjustments to the accommodations.
Our guide was Joshua, he was a great driver and not only did he manage to find the big 5 and lots of animals but he was also very knowledgeable about the wildlife and shared lots of info about the Tanzanian culture and the Maasai's. Something not minor is that he is very kind and always eager to help other cars when they break down. We highly recommend Mellivora!
