Punctual
Our driver Theodore was amazing. He was before time and even though we got out late from the baggage claim he managed to get us to our safari on time.
He was sweet and informative and on the stops he gave us great instructions on time available and where to go for everything.
He even coordinated with our safari to pick us up elsewhere for us to make it and that made our whole trip.

I booked my safari trip solely based on SafariBooking.com reviews and recommendations from previous guests. To be honest, I was a little hesitant at first because it was my first time visiting South Africa and I didn’t know what to expect.
However, everything turned out wonderfully. The entire safari itinerary ran smoothly from start to finish. Although there was a small misunderstanding at the beginning, the SafariLink SA team responded immediately and handled it professionally. Their customer service exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me most was their flexibility in creating a customized trip. When I mentioned that I wanted to experience different safari lodges, they managed to arrange stays at two different lodges seamlessly, without causing me any inconvenience at all. I honestly don’t think I could have received such personalized service elsewhere.
Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the safari guides and drivers to the administrative staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable experience.
A special thank you to Pednely, who picked me up in Johannesburg and shared so many interesting stories and insights about South Africa during the journey. Thank you also to Gustav, my safari guide, whose enthusiasm and extensive knowledge about wildlife made every game drive fascinating and memorable. Clement was incredibly kind and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the safari. And a huge thank you to Nebuloh, who was always available whenever I needed assistance. No matter the time of day, my messages were answered promptly. and last but not least, thankyou Tiyani for safely driving us back to airport.

Nice transfer, David was as nice as reliable; we were on time for our flight!

David was polite and accommodating, and kept us up to date on timing and road issues.
Overall a good value and experience. We had to wait a bit for our driver to pick us up because he had passengers that needed to be dropped off at several locations, but he was courteous when explaining the situation and I was pleased with the communication. He was a safe driver and made sure all passengers used the correct allotted time for breaks, as many of us had flights to catch.

Kruger transport, safaris and panorama route
Great value, good people. Arrangements were easy and responsive. Adjustments and customization was easy and the safari drives were awesome. Panorama route home with Theo driving was fantastic. The sites were incredible but getting to go to a local spot for a traditional lunch was a special treat we won’t forget. Thanks for making the return trip extra special, Theo!
