A company that provided exactly what I wanted, let me tweak things and provided an excellent guide
Having struggled to find a UK based company that did more than take people to Victoria Falls through Google I found Exec Travel, based in Victoria Falls. My first email was responded to quickly by their reservations consultant, Manuel. I would be travelling on my own, and having learned what I was after Manuel suggested their 9 day Zimbabwe Tour which covered all I wanted to do. I asked to add another day in Bulawayo (Railway Museum a must !) and some extra activities in Victoria Falls - I also wanted to start in Harare rather than Victoria Falls. These requests were added to the tour. I was happy. I kept in contact with Manuel throughout the process, sending the odd email every now and then. He always replied positively and conversationally rather than just 'office speak' type responses. As it got near to departure Manuel told me that he was going to leave the office and be my driver/guide. I was very pleased as we had got to know each other as much as you can over email. He met me in the arrival hall at Harare Airport and the road trip began. We clicked from day 1. The trip unfolded as expected, Zimbabwe proving to be as wonderful as I had hoped. However Manuel made the trip that much better. We got on so well, nothing was too much for him, he often did that little bit extra. We shared our life stories, we laughed, we suffered the 'difficult' road conditions together and the icing on the cake was in the evenings, as a solo traveller, rather than me eating alone he ate dinner with me, allowing us to laugh some more. The vehicle we used had WIFI, a welcome if unexpected surprise. The hotels were very good, the local guides used were of the highest quality. Was it value for money ? I have little to base an answer on ! I was happy with the cost of I wouldn't have gone ! Would I go back to Zimbabwe ? In a heartbeat. Would I use Exec Africa Travel again/recommend them to others ? Undoubtedly !

Trip of a lifetime to Botswana and Zimbabwe!
Our trip to Victoria Falls, Chobe, and the Okavango Delta was truly the trip of a lifetime! We loved putting our own itinerary together just for our group of five family members. Exec Africa offered great suggestions we would not have known about. They were flexible, and were able to accommodate all that we wanted to do in the time we had available. They chose great accommodations which were comfortable and had good food. Transfers to and from the airport and between accommodations throughout our trip were seamless. We felt very well taken care of. During the Safari we had great game drivers who helped us spot all the animals. Lee, our guide, was very knowledgeable and a great match for our group. I would recommend Exec Africa to anyone looking to visit this part of the world.

Outstanding Customized Tour in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana
I have nothing but the highest praise for Exec Africa Travel and Tours. In both the planning and execution of our three-week customized tour, I found them to be knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and diligent in providing an experience that fit our interests and aptitudes. During the multi-week planning phase, Exec Africa helped the five members of our family group pull together an itinerary encompassing destinations in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and (above all) Botswana that addressed all of our varied interests; brought us up to speed on travel issues and requirements; and politely kept us moving forward despite our sometimes being fractious and disorganized. Our guide during the tour was fantastic, greatly exceeding our expectations. Beyond just being knowledgeable and competent, he was charming, extremely sensitive to our interests, and an interesting person in his own right. By the end he felt like a member of the family. I sincerely regret parting company with him. Finally, the contractors whom Exec Africa engaged for specific activities were, themselves, competent, friendly, and very effective. In sum, Exec Africa went above and beyond to make our "trip of a lifetime" a reality. I recommend them without reservation!

Extremely organized, accommodating, and personalized! Guides are super friendly and knowledgeable.
We had an amazing trip of a lifetime to Botswana and Zimbabwe with Exec Africa. We had a jam-packed 11-day itinerary filled with game drives, canoe trips, and helicopter flights. Our guide Lee made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything besides waking up on time. He was so knowledgeable about animals, the environment, local culture, and politics. We saw all the big 5 animals and couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience!

Amazing Safari Experience at the Chobe Natiornal Park
From the very initial communications Exec Africa Travel showed that they are very dedicated, prepared and reliable by answering many questions we had and giving us various options to suit our group. Manuel was exceptional!
On arrival Manuel & Canaan greeted us in a very friendly way and took good care of us and made sure to accommodate all our needs prior to the safari.
On the Safari we were allocated LT, a very well prepared guide who showed us more than we expected and hoped for! That included a leopard which is a rare sighing. He also accommodated us with other needs that were not related to the Safari!
Definitely the people to look for when visiting this part of the world! Highly recommended

We had an excellent experience with Exec Africa for our 10 day safari holiday in Zimbabwe and Botswana.
Manuel, their reservations consultant, was extremely helpful in customising our itinerary to suit our needs, and was responsive at all times of the day and night to graciously answer our questions.
We had a wonderful guide, Lee, who met us at the airport and was with us until we departed. He took care of everything during our stay, was a fountain of knowledge, very personable and friendly, he was an extremely safe driver, and considerate of all our needs. We felt very safe with Lee as our guide and were extremely well looked after, including one morning when we went on a 6am game drive, and he came to the lodge especially, to make sure we boarded the jeep safely!
The lodges Manuel recommended were well appointed and clean. The company provided us with good cars which even included satellite internet connection. And both Lee and Manuel were so thoughtful in considering our comfort, when they switched cars for the second leg of our journey knowing the road conditions were not as well maintained.
The game drive guides used by Exec Africa were also excellent, very knowledgable, and had good ability to find many animals for us to see.
We had an amazing holiday which exceeded all of our expectations, thanks to Manuel and Lee! We highly recommend Exec Africa for your next trip. You will not be disappointed!!

Tour fun, exciting, our guide lovely, easy to arrange, beautiful accommodation, great widlife!
Private tour for just the 2 of us in Zimbabwe and Botswana. Exec Africa and Tours provided prompt pickup and attention to detail all the way through the tour.
Fun and exciting tours to Victoria Falls which was awesome. Evening boat dinner cruise and morning walk along the falls - fantastic! Victoria Falls a must see! Thrilling day tour to Chobe NP in Botswana for safari and boat tour, which we saw amazing wildlife. Pleasantly surprised with this part of the tour. Then a trip for a few days to Hwange NP for safari tours, staying in a spectacular lodge by the park.
Our tour leader looked after every detail of our tour and was such a pleasure to be in his company. Thank you, Lee. Food awesome and Lee's dining suggestions were epic!

Professional company with great guides, service, and communication
Our experience with Exec Arica travel was excellent from day one. The responsiveness and communication were excellent; they put together an itinerary that suited our needs and it proved to be very good value for money. Manuel was excellent to deal with in the inquiry process, made booking and getting organized very clear and simple, and both Manuel and Lee were excellent guides all through the tour. They answered all our questions and attended to all our needs with no hassle.
The itinerary itself was great. The game drives and river cruises they organized in Chobe, Victoria Falls, and Hwange were exactly what we hoped they would be. I would recommend this company to anyone. We can't thank them enough for a memorable experience.

Excellent, Responsive and informative
Our tour operator Manuel from Exec Africa tours and travels was extremely responsive from the first time I started communication with him. He added an impromptu stop at the super market for my family to pick groceries. Communication was quick and clear on WhatsApp, with reminders and what‑to‑bring tips, Visa related queries etc. I was very happy with his services and would recommend him to everyone who is looking to come to Victoria falls for their vacation.
