the scenery was beautiful, but the overall experience was average
We joined a sharing tour of mid-range accommodation for 6 days safari to Masai Mara, Naruku, and Amboseli. The safari was fun, but it was below expectation.
Highlights:
1. Before the day of safari, they picked us up at Nairobi airport on time, and helped us to buy the SIM card outside the airport.
2. During the days in game drive, the guide tried his best to find more animals. We saw the big five in different parks.
3. Jambo Mara lodge for the first and second nights was pretty good and satisfying.
Lowlights:
1. At the first day of safari, they asked us to wait for the pick up form hotel at 6:30am, but we waited until 7:30am. During the waiting time, no one told us where the driver was.
2. Before we booked the tour, the agent said 5 to 6 people sharing a car each and person getting a window seat, but we were 8 people in a minivan and some of us should be seated at the middle seat.
3. During the days, we got 1L of drinking water a day for each person, but sometimes only 500ml of water. (There’s no drinking water in the camp, so we didn’t have enough water for some days)
4. About the food. At the third night in Naruku, the dinner in the hotel gave each person only 3-4 pieces of meet and little vegetables. At the fourth night in the camp, the food of the restaurant had run out in 10 minutes after they served it. In addition, we had the same lunch boxes for 4 days. (At the third day of lunch, we had the same lunch box, but who booked for budget tour had a buffet inside the rest area.)
5. The most disappointing thing is the accommodation.
*(1) At the third night in Naruku, the light bulb burned in the first room we stayed, and there were no water in the sink in the second room.
*(2) At the forth and fifth nights in Amboseli, it was a nightmare. There was more than 50 mosquitoes in the room, and even like 10 mosquitoes in the tent. We asked for the help to the staff and the travel agent, but no one was trying to solve the issue for two days. The camp shut down the electricity after 22:30pm, but no one informed us about it. There was no hot water or even warm water in the room for showers. There was almost no signal in the area, and the wifi of the camp was not working at all. We saw someone was complaining about the camp on Google Maps, but everything is still the same.
6. At the last day, the driver dropped us off at the Namanga border around 10am, but we wait until 13:00pm for the bus to Arusha. During the time we were in the border, the agent who helped us to pass the checkpoint asked us to give him more money to buy the SIM card for us, and even took our lunch box with him to ask for additional tips.

Well organized. Value for money.
I had 6 days Tall masai safari. Everything went well and our driver Maxwell was great guy.
Maybe a little too much driving in six days. I would personally do two different safaris next time. First Amboseli and then Masai Mara.

Great company, amazing safari tour
All was good, they picked me up at my accomodation (had to be in CBD) and dropped me off at the end of the safari. They were flexible with payment methods and everything went smoothly. Was placed with other guests from different tour operators and really enjoyed my experience

Amazing 6 days in the wild
Our 6-day tour included only one and a half days in Masai Mara Park. When planning your trip, consider allocating more time there.
And here is what we observed in Amboseli https://youtu.be/_nxYM3Q7B68

Kenya is a magical land, absolutely mesmerized.
Great week long tour for the missus and I. Booked it with Benson. Good guy, had a lot of patience for my thousands of questions before actually making the booking. Tailored the itinerary to my liking, even made changes according to our travel preferences.
We booked Sopa lodges in Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara with game drives in all of those places, in a private safari vehicle just for the two of us. The private safari was an excellent decision even though it cost a lot more, but you can't really put a price on peace of mind.
The resorts were exceptional. My wife and I travel a lot and these were some of the best we've ever experienced anywhere in the world. The heat during the afternoons was challenging, especially in mara sopa lodge who don't offer fans (horrible decision, someone should look into that asap). The safaris were wonderful, the roads leading to them not so. Naivasha is easily accessible, Nakuru a little hard to get to and Masai Mara is just so difficult to reach. Maybe flying there is a better idea. Long journeys are brutal on the back on those roads.
Got to see a lot of animals. Giraffes and zebras were my favourite since you can see them in and around your resort, no game drives needed. Among the big 5, we couldn't spot leopards, everything else was great.

Very good safari
The safari with Tall Masai Safari was great. The communication with Benson before and during the safari was seamless, everything was as agreed. We had an excellent driver, Richie, who managed even the very difficult terrain. We got a lot of information from him about the parks and the animals living there. The accommodation was modest but perfectly adequate. I have nothing to complain about.
We had a safari for five nights.

Amazing journey we never forget❤️
Everything went perfectly from beginning. Very good communication with Benson, picking us up at JKIA airport. We were given many good and useful informations.
7-day tour itself was just amazing. Time schedules perfectly fitted and our driver/guide Martin was just great. Besides being safe and good driver, he gave us tons of informations not only about animals but about Kenyan culture too. And the best on him is his superb sense of humour. We laughed almost non stop. This trip (Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru, Amboseli) I can only strongly recommend. We loved it! ❤️❤️❤️

Nice safari, beautiful landscape and truely the home of elephants
The Safari with Tall Masai Safaris was very nice. We were lucky to see lots of elephants and hippos and this trip. We also did a walking safari with a great view on the Mount Kilimanjaro. The landscape was stunning.
Our driver Clinton was experienced and we felt save even though the terrain was not the easiest due to previous rainfalls. It would have been nice if he had explained some more about the National Park and its animals. But thats just a small suggestion for improvement. All in all it was a very good experience. Thanks for that

7 days Safari
We booked 7 days safari & had some amazing time in the wilderness. The price was very reasonable for the experience we had.
The stays were very comfortable with good food.
Shout out to our driver(Richard) for being fun & professional at the same time.
Driver is the deal breaker in any wildlife safari & Richard just aced at it.
Mr. Benson(the owner) was well connected to us in the entire safari & he also made sure to keep our luggage safely while we were out in the safari.
I bugged him a lot with my questions prior to my safari & he had all the time in the world to entertain that.
Asante Sana!
