They could arrange our trip very fast(in 3 days we landed in Serengeti after the first email). The service is top-notch. Our driver Malisa is so cool and professional. I already miss his jokes. At the beginning there was a little problem with the payment and who I had to pay to, a different company and driver came to pick me up, but I knew those things happen, they also had the correct info and the communication was always excellent, so that allowed me to know everything was okay.
The experience itself was perfect, as expected. They chef prepared some good meals for us, and the guide, Gerald, was a really nice guy, thoughtful, and he would always explain everything to us about the animals and the itinerary with patience and knowledge. We saw everything except for the Rhino, which is really normal. The times, the campsite, and all the other details were well organised always.

This safari was absolute perfection! Our guide Innocent was incredibly professional, friendly, and hilarious—he made every moment fun. Oscar from Kale Voyage Expedition was my tour operator and Moses was my safari guide. Oscar was very helpful, responding to my questions before I booked the tour and later with tips for packing and planning. He was also available during the tour in case I needed anything or had questions.
My safari guide Moses was very knowledgeable, relaxed, and friendly. We were eight strangers in the Jeep and we all had such a good time together. Moses drove to far off places, asked for sighting tips from other guides, and informed us about the majestic animals we were seeing.
The food and accommodation was good (though I realise I am not made for camping and it was a tough experience :’( ).
Not related to Kale in particular but travellers should do thorough research on what does a safari entail and ask questions if something is unclear - accommodation, tipping culture etc. Due to time crunch, I couldn’t do much research and had some surprises; though nothing bad. My fellow travelers and guide helped me along.

The safari was a really pleasant trip. I saw the most beautiful views and animals. Our guide did spot animals and told us cool facts about them. Really a once in a lifetime experience. Saw animals like elephants, monkeys and lions. At lunch they had made us homemade delicious food and we ate with a view of the water. Overall a great experience and really worth the money:)
