Wonderful safari with the best guide
We had a six day safari trip with our incredible guide Gasper! He was absolutely amazing, if not only for the fact that he had an incredible talent to find the most interesting views, animals and paths. He taught us not only about the animals we saw but also about Tanzanian culture in general. We could never ask too many questions and he was always there with the answers and an interesting fact to add.
We couldn’t have asked for a better guide for this incredible trip!

He spotted all the amazing animals for us to see.

Gasper has his way of finding all the animals that hide. We got to see so many animals even when they were hiding in their special spots.
Gasper is a superb driver and we felt very safe with him along the bumpy roads.

A great tour in beautiful well-kept nature
We had a 6-day tour of Serengeti, Tarangiri, and Ngorongoro with the incredible Gasper as our guide- and he lead us on an incredible trip.
A hugely knowledgeable guide; professional and fun! He lead us to all the best locations to view the animals, pointed out things we never would have noticed on our own, and taught us so much about both the parks and the local culture!
Gasper made sure to know what animals were most interested in, what we were hoping to see more of as each day passed, and always delivered despite the unpredictability of nature!
He was also very gracious in answering questions about the local culture and customs, and made us feel very welcome to ask anything we were curious about.
In all, a wonderful tour lead by the most wonderful guide, and an incredible first time on safari for me and my family! Highly recommended.

Great experience !
I did not have a lot of time to spend in Tanzania, and Ericah put together a perfect tour for me. We did the Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park and Lake Maynara. I wanted to see hippos and our guide Joffrey made sure I had plenty of time to spend just watching the hippos. The food was plentiful. The lodges were all welcoming and had good vibes. We were well taken care of and I feel it was a great value for everything that we did. It was easy and stress free. We saw way more than just hippos, too!

Outstanding safari from start to finish
We had an absolutely fantastic six-day private safari in Tanzania, and a huge part of what made the trip so special was our guide, Gasper.
Gasper was extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and his passion for the wildlife really showed throughout the safari. He was excellent at spotting animals that we would never have noticed ourselves, and his knowledge of the parks meant he always seemed to know the best places to stop and the best opportunities to see wildlife.
He was also incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire trip. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience.
At the end of our safari, Gasper went above and beyond to accommodate our flight plans, making sure everything worked around our travel arrangements and helping to make our final day completely stress-free.
We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend Gasper to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. He genuinely helped make an already incredible trip unforgettable.

Much more than a safari – an unforgettable experience
Just came back from an incredible 7-day safari through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, plus a unique cultural visit to a traditional hunter-gatherer tribe.
The whole trip was organized from Italy with Anitha via WhatsApp. Her perfect English, deep local knowledge and endless patience (!) made it easy to design a fully tailored safari for our family.
Our guide, Sylvester, was exceptional. Highly professional, flexible and deeply respectful of wildlife and parks, he made every day special. His knowledge goes far beyond the Big Five—we were lucky enough to see all of them, including two leopards in the same tree and a breathtaking cheetah family feeding on a fresh kill. His expertise in birds, plants and ecosystems, supported by field guides in the vehicle, added so much depth to the experience.
Beyond his knowledge, Sylvester’s personality made the journey unforgettable. He knew exactly when to explain, when to help, and when to let us simply enjoy the moment. After seven days, he truly felt like part of our family, and saying goodbye was emotional.
From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, flexible and deeply human.
We highly recommend Golden Trips Tanzania for anyone looking for a private, tailor-made safari. They gave us memories we will cherish forever.

We recently returned from a 7-day safari organized by Golden Trips, and it was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! The itinerary was perfectly planned, covering Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, offering an intense, rich, and deeply rewarding experience. Every single game drive was spectacular, and the lodges selected for our stay were outstanding.
A special and heartfelt mention goes to our guide, Silvester. He is a truly extraordinary and highly knowledgeable professional. Thanks to his expertise, passion, and deep connection to the land, we didn't just see the wildlife—we truly understood and connected with the wonders of Tanzanian nature.

We had an amazing experience with this local Zanzibar-based travel agency, which we found through SafariBookings. They were very helpful and available right from the beginning, always responding very quickly to both emails and phone calls.
They created a fully customised package based on all our specific requests and needs. We had quite a few particular requirements, but they always managed to accommodate us and find the right solution. The whole staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs every day and in every situation.
Our driver was fantastic: friendly, very knowledgeable and passionate about his country. He taught us so much and had an incredible ability to spot animals, even in the most hidden situations. He knows the Tanzanian parks extremely well and always knew how to move around efficiently to find the best wildlife scenes.
Spending time with him allowed us to experience Tanzania at its best and also learn more about the local culture and the Maasai people.
A special mention also goes to the chef, who cooked for us at every camp. Every meal was absolutely delicious!
Whatever your needs or expectations are, I’m sure this team will do their very best to make your trip truly special and unforgettable. We would definitely choose them again!

Excellent organization and an unforgettable safari experience
We are having a great experience with Golden Trips so far.
The itinerary has been very well organized, with Tarangire and Serengeti being real highlights.
We had some fantastic wildlife sightings, including a lioness hunting, two cheetah sightings, a leopard and a very young elephant.
The Ol Doinyo Lengai night trek was another incredible experience and one of the highlights of the trip.
We also really appreciated the flexibility of Golden Trips.
When we had concerns about one of the camps, they managed to find an alternative for the two nights at the same price, in a fantastic location and, most importantly, very clean.
The issue was handled very well.
Communication has been excellent throughout the trip, with quick replies and a real effort to accommodate our requests.
We are very happy with the organization and the experience so far, and we are looking forward to the rest of our trip in Tanzania
