I'm very grateful for the excellent work of Irene in the office, Kelvin (our Spanish-speaking guide), and Olais (our driver). They were always very helpful and tried to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. Kelvin is a young man eager to learn and a very kind person. Olais is an excellent driver (it's not easy on those roads) and has some basic mechanical skills to handle any unexpected problems. The route is very comprehensive, allowing you to see all kinds of animals and nature. Kelvin always explained everything clearly. The hotels were generally good, charming, and served good food. We stopped to learn a little more about Maasai life from the inside... overall, everything was wonderful. You return home with a little piece of Tanzania in your heart.

We had an absolutely outstanding 3-day safari during a long layover as KLM crew, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was perfectly arranged and executed down to the smallest detail.
The organization was seamless and incredibly flexible, which made it ideal for our tight and sometimes unpredictable crew schedule. Communication with Rachel was excellent—she was attentive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful in making sure everything suited our needs.
A special highlight was our ranger, Martin, who was simply fantastic. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and sharp eye for wildlife made every game drive unforgettable. He truly elevated the entire experience.
The park itself was breathtakingly beautiful, with an incredible variety of wildlife and stunning landscapes. Every moment felt special.

Optimized for finding the Big 5
Our guide, Gesper, is kind and excellent at spotting animals. We arrived during the rainy season and were worried about whether we would be able to see all five of the Big Five, but Gesper dispelled those concerns. He worked hard to find animals, and we were able to locate many of them in a short amount of time. He also answered every question we asked during the game drive in detail. I highly recommend him.

Memorable experience but minor issues
The trip on the whole was great, Ericah was fabulous with her communication, she was swift and answered all of my questions. It was evident she worked hard to make our trip as memorable as possible and was kind enough to add in some extra bonuses to our honeymoon trip.
Eddie was really good, he is very kind, answered all our questions and it is clear he is very, very knowledgeable on the animals and the surroundings.
I would say that his communication could be improved a little, we would have liked to have been kept up to date with where we were going/what we were going to see.
The accommodation was great, all the hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.
Our only negative was the numerous mechanical issues we had over our 5 days with the 4x4, which did impact our experience. Eddie did everything he could to get it working, however altogether we spent over half a day sat at break areas waiting to get moving again, which did make us feel that we were losing out to other tourists using other companies. Again, we were left out of the loop and weren't told what the issue was and how long it would take to resolve.
Overall we had an amazing trip and have memories for a lifetime, but the issue with the vehicle did leave a bitter taste. We hope Golden trips take this feedback on board, preventing this from happening to future customers.

Climbing to Kilimanjaro
Good day. Our group arrived from Russia; the trip took place from February 28, 2026, to March 9, 2026. We were very impressed by the attentiveness and full support from start to finish. We were met at the airport and taken to a hotel we had pre-booked at our request. Joel and the guides discussed all the details of the climb with us. We reviewed our belongings together to determine what we hadn't planned for the climb. Throughout the entire journey, the guides offered advice and were attentive to our requests. After the descent, they organized a safari and a trip to the hot springs for us. Afterward, they escorted us to the airport. Communication was conducted in English.
