The most amazing safari of my life
From the moment we arrived in Kenya, Ways of Africa impressed us with their attention to detail and seamless coordination. Every aspect of our 8-day safari felt effortless — clearly the result of careful planning and genuine passion for what they do.Our guide, Paul, was phenomenal. His knowledge of wildlife and the region made every sighting fascinating, and his patience ensured we never felt rushed. He seemed to have an intuitive sense of what we wanted to see and always managed to get us into the perfect position for that unforgettable photo.Janet and Paul were not just our hosts — they treated us like old friends. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made the journey all the more memorable. They constantly went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt completely at home, no matter where we were.The camps and lodges we stayed in were world-class, each with its own charm — breathtaking views, excellent food, and outstanding staff. It was obvious that Ways of Africa had personally selected each one to create an ideal balance of comfort and adventure.After this experience, I can confidently say that Ways of Africa deliver something truly special — a safari that feels personal, smooth, and full of heart. Dennis & Paul were the best drivers in our Kenya Safari!
Dennis toured Masai Mara with us and he is a Masai, very knowledgeable about Masai Mara, the animals, and Masai culture!
Paul toured Amboseli National Park when we returned from Tanzania, he is also very knowledgeable about the safari, polite and on-time!

My first safari trip was wonderful memory and experience. Good recommendation and arrangement by Ways Of Africa - Thank you! The area concerned me was, late response for the final confirmation of the agenda and payment as it took longer time that required several approaches from my ends.

Our safari with WOA was absolutely amazing
Our 6-day safari with Ways of Africa was an unforgettable adventure. Paul was not only a knowledgeable and patient guide, but also such a kind and genuine person — he made us feel completely safe and cared for throughout the journey. We saw everything we dreamed of: elephants, lions, cheetahs, even a hunt! The hot air balloon safari was magical, and every lodge was well chosen and comfortable. Thank you, Paul, for making our trip to Kenya so special. We’ll always remember it!

Great owner Paul and our great guide Paul, very impressive trip to Kenya
Of the ten safari operators I contacted through Safari Booking, Ways of Africa stood out immediately. The owner, Paul, was especially responsive. He patiently customized our itinerary, provided clear explanations, and offered a fair price. When my first flight was delayed and I arrived a day late, Paul quickly rearranged the plans so that I could catch up with my group.
Our guide, also named Paul, was excellent—a very skilled driver who was a bit shy but very knowledgeable. He kept the vehicle spotless every day. Despite the broken walkie-talkie in the vehicle, Guide Paul managed to communicate sightings by phone. We saw the Big Five, witnessed hunts and feeding—I don't think we missed anything (hopefully we six Chinese girls weren't too loud!). One small suggestion: It would help if the radio were fixed for smoother animal tracking.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will surely recommend Ways of Africa to my friends.

Only recommending WOA to anyone who wants to visit Kenya
WOA organised everything as they said they would - no compromises. The “all-in” package suggested by them worked out perfectly.
Paul was the perfect guide- very reliable & a great animal spotter.

This is a wonderful and unforgettable trip, and the Ways of Africa made it perfect.
This is my first time traveling in Africa, and before departure, I compared several local travel agencies in Kenya via email. Paul, the manager of Ways of Africa, always provided me with travel planning suggestions and offered relatively good prices in his replies.
During the trip, driver Paul knew every corner of every national park like the back of his hand. He was able to spot animals in the first place and would call other drivers to ask where the animals were. During this trip, we saw almost all the animals that can be seen in Africa. At the same time, Paul was also very humorous and talkative, and he never got bored as he wandered between national parks.
The accommodation and dining arrangements for this trip were also perfect, from high-end resort hotels to tent campsites. It was a very rare African experience, and regardless of the facilities, they were clean and convenient. The three meals were all very good, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all.
When applying for an eTA, Paul also helped us solve some minor problems and was indeed very willing to serve our clients.
PS: The manager and driver of this company are both named Paul, they are two different people.

Incredible from start to finish - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Booking trips like this can sometimes be a bit daunting, but I promise you this - Ways of Africa will exceed all of your expectations.
From the very start of the process the team were super helpful and organised, and this continued in the field. The trip itself was planned meticulously to fit around our needs and delivered exactly what we asked for (and more).
The game drives were fantastic (hugely helped by our exceptional guide and driver), and there really is no more magical place to see wildlife.
The accomodation was INCREDIBLE - who knew you could experience such luxury in the middle of the bush! Not only was the quality great, but both places we stayed were eco-lodges, which was really special.
If you're in two minds to book this take this review as your sign to DO IT. And do it with Ways of Africa, you won't regret it.

Experience of a lifetime
Our Masai Mara safari with Ways of Africa Travel was truly unforgettable! We traveled with our 4-year-old, and from the very beginning everything was perfectly planned to suit our family’s needs.
A special mention to our guide Paul, who was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and warm—our child became very attached to him, which made the whole experience even more special for us as parents. Paul went above and beyond during the game drives, putting in so much effort to ensure we spotted all of the Big 5, which we successfully did!
The safari felt very personalized, not rushed, and thoughtfully curated. The accommodations booked for us were excellent, comfortable, and well located, and the hot air balloon experience was a once-in-a-lifetime highlight that we will never forget.
We felt safe, well taken care of, and genuinely cared for throughout the trip. We highly recommend Ways of Africa Travel and guide Paul to anyone looking for an exceptional safari experience in Kenya—especially families traveling with young children. We would absolutely choose them again!
