We had an amazing safari experience with Jungleroam Safaris! Our guide, Papa Johns, was excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and very dedicated. He went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes, ensuring we saw all the animals we wanted, including completing the Big Five! We visited Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru, and everything was well organized, safe, and enjoyable. Highly professional, responsive, flexible, and exceptional
We recently completed our safari trip with this operator and had an excellent overall experience. From the beginning, their team was highly professional and consistently responsive — every email was answered quickly and clearly, which made the planning process very smooth. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other operators, without compromising the quality of service.
Our guide, Caleb, was exceptional. He had a sharp eye for wildlife, always managed to find animals before anyone else, and brought us incredibly close to them while ensuring safety and respect for the environment. Also compared with a lot of other safari cars, ours is very clean everyday.
The itinerary itself was largely customized by us, and the operator gave us full flexibility to adjust the schedule based on our preferences. This made the entire trip feel very personal and well tailored. Both my family and I were extremely satisfied with every part of the journey.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-organized, reliable, and memorable safari experience.

Robby is a great guide, very knowledgeable and funny. All around good vibe.
We watched all the animals and got to see ALL big five game, all ugly five and even got the chance to see a lion feeding. One of the best experience I’ve had.

Professional and reliable
The safari with JungleRoam has been amazing! Especially because we had the best driver and guide, James. He cared about all of us and he is very nice and professional. He knew all the tricks and spots and we could see amazing animals. Also the group was incredible! I think they select the group that fits you more and they made the experience even better. I will recommend JungleRoam to all that wants to go to Kenia.

Professional and reliable
The safari week has been great. Our driver and guide James made it really well for us to enjoy a lot. He cared a lot for us to enjoy every experience as much as possible. He has been really nice and professional all the time.
Besides, the group they chosen for us couldn't be better. I really recommend going on a trip with them!

Professional and reliable
We spend the week with James! Very good driver and guide. He listened to all our requests. The group was amazing and we had a very good time. James makes all he can for us to be able to see all the animals. The experience was amazing! Once in a lifetime thing to do. The hotels were really good too. I recommend this tour to anybody thinking about doing a safari, you wont regret it.

Jungleroam is great from start to finish picking us up at our apartment the staff being very friendly in the office and welcoming to the tour operator being the same getting dropped back at our apartment was a great additional touch. Moses is absolutely amazing guide! He went out of his way to make sure that we had a wonderful trip!
This is a tour I absolutely recommend! Super program, absolutely amazing guide (Moses), beautiful wildlife, fantastic scenery, good food and accommodation. We saw many lions, elephants, rhinos, chitah and many other animals. The travel went smooth and accommodation was homely and nice. Great experience with great value for the money!
