Always available to answer my queries
Our safari was an incredible adventure for the whole family. Jeff was an exceptional guide and driver who consistently went above and beyond to help us spot as much wildlife as possible. His deep knowledge of the parks and the best viewing locations made every game drive fascinating. Combining traditional safari drives with boat and bike tours made the entire experience unforgettable.

Excellent experience
We had a fantastic experience with Jungleroam Safaris and were very happy with the organisation of the entire safari. Everything was very well planned, the hotels were excellent, and throughout the trip we felt that every detail had been carefully taken care of.
We are a family travelling with three young children, and they made everything very easy for us. They were always flexible, helpful and attentive to our needs, which made travelling as a family much more comfortable and enjoyable.
We would especially like to thank our guide, Solomon, for his incredible dedication, kindness and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond throughout the safari to make sure we had the best possible experience and did everything he could to help us see as many animals as possible. He was always attentive, patient and willing to help, and his enthusiasm made the safari even more special.
We felt very well looked after during the whole trip and are taking home some unforgettable memories from our time in Kenya.
We would definitely travel with Jungleroam Safaris again and would highly recommend them to family and friends. And a very special recommendation for Solomon — if you have the chance to have him as your guide, you will be in excellent hands.

Excelent from the beginning to the end!
We had a fantastic 3 day Masai Mara journey. Our guide Kaisaine was just the best: very friendly and with an incredible knowledge of the area. We saw all big 5 more than once. Highly recommend.

Comfortable tour with lots to see

The best safari tour with Big 5 and Ugly 5!
With tour Saddam, we completed out safari tour successfully, we watched most of the animal we have to in safari on the first day!
And Wilde nest hotel was cost and food was nice, we can stay comfort thanks to all cares by staff and out guide!
And the tour guide did his best to make us see animal as much as we want !! He is so processional!

Jimmy was an amazing safari guide and really went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He made it his mission to ensure we saw the Big Five, and thanks to his knowledge, patience, and determination, we did!
What we particularly appreciated was how flexible he was throughout the safari. He allowed us to dictate the schedule, giving us the freedom to choose where we went, what we wanted to see, and how long we wanted to stay at each sighting. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy every moment at our own pace.
Jimmy was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible safari experience. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him to anyone planning a safari.

Unforgettable
The Safari was perfectly prepared. Everything went smoothly. The accomodations were always beautiful and very close to the gates of the Parks (if not inside). But the true value added was our guide Raheem Mwema. He is truly a special person, extrememly kind and prepared. It was wonderful sharing our tour with him.
John was a perfect tour operator doing everything even more than we need.
It has been an incredible trip, with John we have been able to see all kinds of animals. It accommodated absolutely all our needs.
With him we could see all the animals of the African fauna of Massai Mara including some such as guepard or leopard, he was a very complete guide, friendly and with a great facility for languages.
