A reliable and caring tour operator that made our safari experience truly unforgettable.
We had a wonderful safari with Julia! He was very responsible, patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole trip. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, which was definitely one of the highlights of our Kenya trip.
What we appreciated most was how patient and thoughtful he was. Some of our group members don’t speak English, but Julia always took the time to use a translator and explain what we were seeing. He never seemed rushed and always made sure everyone understood and was enjoying the experience.
He was also very considerate of our feelings and comfort during the trip. You could really tell that he cared about giving us a great experience, rather than simply finishing the itinerary.
Thank you, Julia, for making our safari such a memorable experience. We really appreciate all your help and would definitely recommend him to anyone planning a safari in Kenya! 🦁🐘🦒

Amazing Guide and Great Safari Experience
I booked my safari through Jungleroam Safaris. Their communication was prompt and responsive, although some parts of the arrangement could be improved.
For example, the pick-up time for going to the office, making the payment, and meeting the rest of the group was not very well coordinated. My pick-up was late, which meant both I and the other group members had to wait. I also joined a balloon safari and had to wait quite a while for my guide to pick me up afterward. More precise coordination would make the overall experience smoother.
That said, our guide David was excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and punctual. He explained not only the animals we saw, but also shared interesting information about local tribes, villages, landscapes, animal behavior, and the ecosystem.
He was also very proactive in communicating with other guides and gathering information, which gave us more chances to see lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Thanks to his experience and effort, we were able to complete the Big Five and learn much more about the animals and their behavior during our safari.
Regarding the accommodation, it would be helpful if guests were reminded in advance to bring personal toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, and towels. A small light or headlamp would also be useful, as the tents can be quite dark at night.
Overall, I had a very good safari experience and would recommend Jungleroam Safaris, especially David as a guide, to anyone considering a safari.

An Unforgettable Experience with Caleb, an Exceptional Guide and Driver
I booked this safari based on the reviews, and I chose the 7-day option, visiting the Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli. Communication with the office via WhatsApp was clear and very quick. I paid a small deposit and received a reminder a day before the trip.
I was incredibly lucky to have Caleb as my guide. I didn’t know it at the time, but having a good guide is key to having a wonderful safari experience. If you book a safari with this company, I would strongly recommend asking for Caleb.
Caleb is incredibly professional, always on time, cheerful, positive and funny. He will never let a bad mood spoil your day, as he says himself, he doesn’t have one! He also has an incredible eye for spotting animals. Many times he would point out something like a buffalo, and I could only confirm it after looking through the binoculars, even though he had spotted it with his naked eye!
He is also an incredibly skilled driver. Manoeuvring across the savannah requires no small amount of skill, and Caleb handles it brilliantly. He is constantly in contact with other guides, which meant that I was able to see not only the Big Five, but also countless other animals. He always positioned the vehicle perfectly for taking photographs, too. He has an impressive knowledge of animals and shared lots of fascinating facts with us throughout the safari.
During the trip, we had a few unpleasant situations, including a punctured tyre, a road closure due to a strike and a police check. Caleb handled every one of these situations with a cool head and a smile, never allowing us to feel stressed or worried.
He is also a guide who genuinely cares about his guests. He would always check that we were comfortable and ask whether everything was OK and whether he could continue driving.
The tour itself was very well organised. The pace was perfect for me: active days were balanced with some free time in the afternoons. All the accommodation provided meals and offered good conditions.
Some people mention having to wait for their pick-up, but this didn’t bother me at all. I was given a recommendation for a nearby place where I could get some coffee, so I was perfectly happy to wait.
The office staff also deserve praise. I didn’t have any cash with me, and Mike even went with me to a nearby ATM to help me sort it out.
I would honestly recommend this safari operator and especially Caleb. He made the whole experience even more special and gave me memories I will never forget!

An amazing experience.
We have been for 5 days (2 Masai mara, 1 nakuru and 2 Amboseli) on safari provided by Jungle roam.
It has been a fantastic experience. Our driver and guide Solomon is excellent. He shows all his large knowledge on animals. We hane been seeing all of them very closely and we have received a lot of information. He created so fast a great ambient within the group making al of us to have a lot of fun.

Amazing experience
He had an amazing family trip experience this september thanks to Solomon, our amazing guide.
When doing a safari it means a lot to have a good luck with your guide, this time we had. Solomon is the best one we could imagine, he has a huge knowledge about wild animals, he explains with such much detail, sharing his knowledge that we finished the safari knowing so much about animals.
He always stays at the right point so you got the best views you could ever imagine, standing so near from the animals.
He had amazing driving skills as well, making the road trips so secure.
To finish, he was answering all the questions we made tk him about Kenian lifestyle.
He have the impression that we end this trip with lot of new knowledge that we really appreciate.

It has been an amazing trip. It might has been due to the excellent guide we had. Solomon is a wifi experienced guide who has teach us not only about animal but also about African life, costums and culture. He has created since the very begining a perfect atmosphere and I feel like after this trip I will have a new family, my african family. Amazing safari experience with professional guide!
We had an unforgettable safari trip in Kenya with Jungleroam Safaris. Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient. We successfully spotted rhinos, elephants and famous lion prides. The car was comfortable, communication was smooth and everything was well arranged. Highly recommend!
