Well organised and enjoyable tour.
We loved every moment of our 4 day safari. The tour itself was well organised and communication throughout was good. Value for money was fantastic and our guide made sure we had the best game drive experience possible. Be prepared for a lot of driving though! Would recommend this company to everyone.

I really liked
The experience was fantastic, including the Samburu and Masai Mara parks, with a stop at Nakuru Park. Everything was well organized, and our guide, Sadam, was incredibly attentive, organized, and respectful. He was always dedicated to providing the best possible animal sightings in all the parks we visited, as well as providing information about their names and relevant characteristics.
The included accommodation, Umoja Samburu Camp, was very pleasant and had very friendly staff. The Buraha Zenoni hotel was also very pleasant and had very friendly service. Lenchada Camp was the worst of the accommodations; the outdoor space is pleasant, but the tent bathrooms really need improvement.

It was fantastic
The guide was fantastic, friendly, and very professional. In Umoja Samburu Camp the accommodation was acceptable and the people were extremely friendly. At the next accommodation, Buraha Zenoni Resort, there's nothing to complain about. The staff are very friendly. The last accommodation in Lenchada was terrible. The staff were very unfriendly and the toilets were in very poor condition.

Fantastic
We came to Kenya on a budget safari and chose Jungleroam Safaris due to the reviews we read. Our safari lasted 7 days and we visited the Samburo, Nakuru and Masai Mara parks. Our guide was Sadam 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We saw the big 5 and many other animals. Sadam was a 6 star guide!! He took us to see all the animals, provided all the explanations. He is friendly, respectful and above all, affable to his colleagues and respectful of the ecosystem. I recommend this guide, because I'll be back here and I already know which guide I'm going to order. The only less good point was the Masai Mara camp (Lenchada camp) which is far below those we were at in the other parks. Otherwise everything is excellent. Sadam and everything he showed us made this trip unforgettable.

Amazing safari experience
Great value for money safari. We were picked up from our hotel near Nairobi Airport and taken to the main office before going to Masai Mara. The safari drives were great. We saw the big 5 and lots of other interesting animals. We were hoping to see the great migration but it had happened a few weeks previously. The communication was good and our guide answered the questions we had. There were lots of vans in Masai Mara and at times it felt quite busy around the animals. They seemed unfazed though. We stayed at the budget accommodation. When we booked we thought we'd selected a specific camp but they put us in a different one. The camp was good though. Hot showers. Food was average but the staff were friendly.

Kush is excellent and professional, and also explain many things about animals! He is great!
I had a great safari experience with Jungleroam Safaris. Our guide Kush is excellent – very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He made sure we saw all the animals we wanted, explained their behavior in detail, and always waited for us so we could enjoy every moment. His hard work and kindness made the trip unforgettable, and I am truly grateful. The company’s service is also very good, with clear communication, reliable organization, and good value for money. Kush met all our needs and expectations. I would definitely recommend Jungleroam Safaris to other travelers.
