Our guide Caleb for this trip was absolutely fantastic. Throughout the journey, he acted like a teacher—enthusiastic, patient, and humorous—teaching us about many animals, from various kinds of antelopes, wildebeests, and birds to some rare species, including their names and habits. His ability to spot animals along the way was sharp and accurate. In just one day, we managed to see the Big Five and learned about the dynamics of the lion kingdom. When it was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mount Kilimanjaro, I felt quite disappointed. Caleb encouraged us to stay hopeful and trust him, saying the clouds would soon clear.
