Very nice experience. We had an excellent guide (His name is Jimmy) Very good driver and very respectful with us all the time. We had the opportunity with him to saw many animals including a hunting experience from a group of lions. That was amaizing. Another plus is the WiFi on the vehicle and a very modern 4*4. We would strongly recommend him for safaris.

Disappointing Guiding Service – Safari Experience Ruined by Jungle Roam
Review:
While the landscapes are absolutely breathtaking and truly exceptional, fthe accommodation was excellent and the overall logistics were well organised (with no delays), our safari experience was completely ruined by the choice of our guide.
Here are the facts:
A French-speaking guide who couldn't speak French: We had paid an extra fee to benefit from a French-speaking guide. However, we were assigned a guide whose French was extremely poor, making communication almost impossible.
An uncommitted and distracted guide: The guide spent the entire trip glued to his mobile phone. He was constantly making and receiving calls, and his phone kept ringing, which was extremely annoying in the middle of a safari.
Rushed game drives: The safari sessions were deliberately cut short, with very little actual effort made to track down or spot wildlife.
Constant commercial stops: In exchange for these rushed safaris, we were subjected to numerous unnecessary stops at roadside shops and souvenir vendors.
Our safari was supposed to be private. However, without asking for our permission, the guide also acted as a driver for another person, whom he transported from the Masai Mara to Nairobi. He even told us that this person was a mandatory inspector who had to accompany us along the route, which turned out to be a very questionable explanation.
We honoured the tip amount he had requested at the beginning of the safari ($15) and paid him at the end anyway, simply because we wanted to put an end to the experience.
The guide was a pleasant person on the surface, but completely disengaged and indifferent throughout the trip. His lack of commitment and professionalism ruined what should have been an unforgettable experience.
For the sake of fairness, we would nevertheless like to acknowledge one thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated: before our departure, the guide took the time to bring back to our hotel the jacket my husband had accidentally left in the vehicle. We sincerely appreciated this.
For all these reasons, I cannot recommend Jungle Roam Safari.

Excellent service from booking through to the safari with Steve, who was a standout guide
Booking with Chesi was so easy and no question went unanswered more than 5 minutes. Our driver/guide Steve was terrific. He gave us the absolute maximum time with the animals and we saw them all. Big 5 on first afternoon, then so many on the full day safari. Would book this safari again without hesitation

Excellent safari in Kenya 2026
We spent our holiday in Kenya from October 28 to November 1. The safari tour was arranged by Jungli Roam Safari, and we are sincerely grateful to the company for the impeccable organisation of the trip. From the very beginning, we felt their genuine care for guests: at the airport we were met by Ranger Tribon, who stayed with us throughout the entire trip. The itinerary included the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli — each of them is unique in its own way, and thanks to the well‑thought‑out programme, we were able to fully experience the grandeur of Kenya’s nature.We would like to express special gratitude to Ranger Tribon. His professionalism was perfectly complemented by a truly warm and attentive attitude towards the guests. He didn’t just show us the locations — he helped us feel the real atmosphere of a safari. Calmly and confidently, he chose the best spots for wildlife observation, stopped where the chances of seeing something extraordinary were highest, and, with great patience, gave us as much time as we needed for photography to capture the perfect shot. It was thanks to his experience and knowledge of the area that we managed to see the key representatives of African fauna and take photos that now preserve these vivid moments.The comfort during the trip was also excellent: the vehicle was equipped with chargers for electronic devices and Wi‑Fi. This small but very important detail made the journey much easier and allowed us to share our impressions right on the road.We thank Jungli Roam Safari for their reliability and attention to detail, and Ranger Tribon for his sincere desire to turn our safari into more than just a tour — into a truly memorable adventure. We confidently recommend this company and Tribon personally to anyone who wants to explore Kenya’s wildlife in a worthy and heartfelt way.

My experience during this journey to Kenya was unforgettable! The safaris where a big success. The lodges in wich we stayed in where all magnificent, the food, the rooms, the service where great. Our guide Julius was awesome, very funny and entertaining, and very knowledgeable. My journey to Kenya was great! Fantastic trip with great professional guide and wonderful accommodation
Our family trip was organized and handled very professionally by the Jungleroam team. They replied very quickly to our requests and tailored the trip according to our requirements. A special mention to **Chesi**, who was absolutely wonderful in planning our trip. Throughout our discussions, she was incredibly responsive, patient and helpful, always guiding us towards the best options. What impressed me most was the trust she placed in us as guests. She was comfortable proceeding with a very small advance payment, which showed genuine confidence in her customers. That trust meant a lot to us and gave us confidence in choosing Jungleroam Safaris.
And then came **Caleb, our safari guide**, who made the experience truly unforgettable! He always went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the very best of the Maasai Mara. His determination to help us spot all the Big Five was remarkable. He would keep driving, exploring different locations and spending extra time until we were completely satisfied.
His ability to spot wildlife is extraordinary — probably the best I have experienced so far! He is polite, patient and incredibly knowledgeable about the savanna, its wildlife, birds and animal behaviour. We started calling him the **"GPT of the Savanna"** because he seemed to have an answer to everything!
A big thank you to Chesi for building that trust right from the planning stage, and to Caleb for making every game drive special.

Best Experience
We had a wonderful experience with Jungle Roam Safari and our guide, Caleb! From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly helpful in planning every aspect of our trip.

The king of the Jungle
Hi I’m Snehali & we travelled with JungleRoamSafari to Kenya for a 7day family trip from India. I chose jungleroamsafaris after months of research and comparing prices from multiple operators. Not only did Chesi give me the best price but she was kind, friendly and patient with all my queries. She generously suggested me with the best plan and best hotels but most importantly chose the best guide for us -Caleb. I’ve never come across such a passionate, kind and knowledgeable guide. If I had 1000 questions about the animals & culture he had answers to 1001 of them. Not only did he help us spot the big 5 & ugly 5 in the mara but gave us insights on every animal, there whereabouts, their nature. He patiently waited till we felt satisfied & helped navigate the best spots for us. Without him our trip would not have been complete. This review cannot do justice to his knowledge and expertise. I can confidently say choosing him as your guide will be the highlight of your trip. Caleb became a part of our family :)
