An incredible experience that we will remember for a lifetime.
I will start by saying that Dennis was an incredible safari guide! He was super respectful of the animals whilst ensuring we had the best sight and photo shots. His knowledge of the animals and the park was excellent, so much so that we saw the Big 5, Super 7, Ugly 5, wildebeest migration plus lots, lots more! Dennis also made us feel very comfortable including, safe driving, clean and serviceable vehicle, calm and respectful approach, and he had a clear plan with timings throughout, managing the whole party's needs.
From myself and my wife, thank you Dennis, it will be a trip we will always remember.

Our guide had sharp eyes for wildlife, often spotting hidden lions, leopards and cheetahs long before other safari vehicles arrived. He shared rich knowledge about animal behaviour, local ecosystems and Maasai culture, never rushed our game drives, and happily adjusted our schedule so we could stay longer for great photo moments. Communication was reliable: the team replied quickly to emails and messages, answered all our questions, and made small custom changes to our itinerary without extra hassle.
Jungleroam offers both budget camping and comfortable lodge‑based options, with fair, transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Their well‑maintained 4×4 pop‑up roof vehicles give fantastic all‑round views for wildlife watching and photography. Lodges and camps they selected matched what we agreed in advance, with decent food and clean facilities. We were lucky enough to spot most of the Big Five, plus huge flocks of flamingos at Lake Nakuru and endless elephant herds against Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli.
No trip is entirely perfect; on very busy safari days, park congestion can cause minor delays, which is out of the operator’s control. Overall, however, the service was professional, warm and value‑driven.
