Kush is very interactive and took us to the best animal spot areas. Had a trip of my life with him.
Jungle roam safaris covered all places they have committed for and it was a nice journey with them. Kush was very excellent trip operator where he is very adjustable and he gave the best angles for animal spotting . Its worth for your money and communications were very clear and more reliable.

Excellent Guide Caleb – An Unforgettable Safari Experience!
Caleb is an incredibly knowledgeable guide with a deep understanding of both wildlife and local culture. During our game drives, he patiently shared fascinating facts about animals and insights into local customs, making every moment informative and engaging.
On safari, he is energetic and exceptionally observant—with eyes like a hawk, he always spots hidden wildlife long before anyone else. He also has a great sense of humor, keeping the trip lively and fun throughout. Traveling with him never gets boring, and you’ll easily become great friends.
Friendly and well-connected, Caleb knows nearly all the local guides and staff. He often receives real-time updates on animal locations via radio, helping us secure the best viewing spots. Whenever minor vehicle issues arose, he resolved them quickly, ensuring our schedule stayed on track. He speaks basic Chinese and is very patient, making communication smooth even if your English is not perfect.
A great guide makes all the difference to a trip. Thank you, Caleb, for providing my family and me with an unforgettable and joyful safari experience. I wholeheartedly recommend him!

Albert ist very experienced, finding every animal, best knowing about animals and Massai Mara.
We had a one day and a half tour in Massai Mara (these are three days including trip from and back to Nairobi.
The tour was really a great adventure since the roads are rather bad especially after the big flood which happened before. Our tour guide Albert was great in managing every gap and big whole. He has excellent driving skills, knows everything about the animals ( even their names ..) and we saw nearly every animal of the Big 5, Ugly 5 and much more. I also liked a small walk to the river to see the hippos, although they were far away or just showing their nose since the water was rather high at the shore. Maybe, I would recommend more time for experiencing Massai Mara including also walks, something about plants or so. But all in all our safari was fulfilling all we expected and more about wildlife, being in Massai Mara and we got a real adventure for a real good price.

A Guide Who Listens: My Unforgettable Safari with Ken from JungleRoam
I'd like to recommend JungleRoam and my safari guide Ken.
I am a huge lion lover and have followed many of the famous prides of the Mara. Living in East Asia, traveling to Kenya is not easy for me. It’s nearly a 24-hour journey one way and quite expensive, so every trip means a great deal to me. This was my second visit to the Masai Mara. Of course I know the Mara isn’t a zoo and you never know what you might see or what nature will offer you. Still, I couldn’t help hoping to see some of the prides I’ve grown to love from afar, and I shared that with Ken before the trip.
Ken truly listened, and he really tried his best to make those hopes come true. During our time in the Mara we found the Fig Tree pride, Olonmina with the Rongai pride, the Topi pride (with cubs!), and even the Rongai Rockers (Olonkera, Orongai, Olubi and Kidongoe). Seeing them with my own eyes was an incredible feeling. These are lions I normally only see on social media, so seeing them in person was deeply moving.
At the very beginning of the trip, I had to miss one morning game drive because I wasn’t feeling well. That morning, I saw someone post a photo of one of the Rongai Rockers, Kidongoe, with the caption “dramatic morning in the Mara” on instagram. I remember feeling a little sad and telling Ken, “I guess I missed out on that.”
A few days later, he managed to track down Kidongoe because he knew how much I wanted to see that half-tailed prince. It was our last sighting of the day. The wind was cold and the plains were quiet, and then there he was — Kidongoe walking slowly across the open Mara landscape by himself. Watching him move through the grass in the fading light felt almost surreal. It was one of those moments that reminds you why you travel so far and why the Mara is so special.
That moment meant so much to me, and it showed how much Ken truly cares about his guests. He listens carefully, remembers the small things you say, and quietly does his best to make those wishes come true.
Ken isn’t a man of many words, but he is reliable, experienced, and committed to his work. He is also a wonderful father, and that warmth shows in the way he takes care of his guests.
Thanks to JungleRoam and my agent Vincent for helping organize this unforgettable trip, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken to anyone visiting the Mara, especially fellow big cat lovers. You couldn’t ask for a better guide.

Trustworthy & well organised 6-day tour with friendly guides
The tour was very well organised. The guides are trying their best to display the wildlife of the parks and are always attentive to your needs.
We visited Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli during the tour. There was of course a lot of driving involved but there are sufficient breaks and things to see to keep you excited.
We also liked the camps and the hotel we stayed at, staff was friendly and food was always good.
We really recommend going on a safari with Jungle Roam.
One small improvement area would be around be around communication. While everything is managed very well and following general brief, the guides could talk a bit more about the daily plans and programs.

It’s a bargain
Though it’s a budget tour, the accommodation were way far from my expectations and the guides are kind and always at your side to help you.

Amazing Safari Experience with Professional and Friendly Team
My safari with Jungleroam Safaris was an unforgettable experience. The communication before the trip was very smooth and they always replied quickly to my questions. Everything was well organized from the beginning to the end.
Our guide Johny was excellent. He is very friendly, professional and even speaks Chinese, which made communication very easy and comfortable for me. He knows the wildlife and the parks very well and was always trying his best to find animals for us.
During the safari we were lucky to see many amazing animals, including cheetahs and others. Johny also explained a lot about the animals and the environment, made the experience even more interesting.
Overall the service was reliable and the trip offered great value for money. I really enjoyed this safari and would definitely recommend Jungleroam Safaris to anyone visiting Kenya.

Perfect and wonderful
Our guide Moses is incredible! He gave his all so that we could see the big five and all the animals as close as possible. He didn't give up even in front of the black rhino. He works with his heart for both people and animals! All the guides in the group Moses, Kaseini, Johnson were smiling and very welcoming and responsive. The organization and program were perfect despite the obstacles with the cars. They are really the best because there were people in the group who had a basis for comparison with previous safaris. The best choice! Thank you!
Had wonderful time!
We did a 3-day safari in Masai Mara and Nakuru. The safari tour was very reasonable! All the meals were great, and the guide Joseph was wonderful.
