Great guide (John Faru) with amazing knowledge on the area and animals. Very enjoyable experience.
Service was great, jungleroam were very easily contactable with fast responses. The guide (John Faru) was really good and knew what he was talking about. He clearly had an interest in the animals and was very knowledgeable in general. I think he was a big part of what made it such a great experience.
The value for money was great as we saw and learnt so much. The accommodation was decent, although the first two nights were a little more ‘rural’ feeling than the safari camping vibe I expected. However the rooms were decent considering the price and I still enjoyed the stay.
Overall it was a very fun trip and it was definitely worth the price. I did a 4 day Masai Mara/Nakuru trip and really enjoyed it.

During the traveling, our tour guide (Albert) is very nice and friendly, he will communicate everything with us in advance and meet our request as possible as he could. The whole-day safari is very fulfilling. Albert doesn’t want us to miss anything, so he was very persistent in helping us collect all the animals. And he has good driving experience which can guarantee we could be at the best position to have a best view for the animals every time.
