Amazing Richard
Communication with the tour operator was excellent; they responded immediately to all our questions. Our guide, Richard, was fantastic, always willing to help, make stops for photos, and do anything we needed. He was also very funny. As for the accommodations, some were better than others, and regarding the food, except for the hotel in Nakuru, it was generally scarce and quite bad. We were hungry!

Highly professional, responsive, flexible, and exceptional
We recently completed our safari trip with this operator and had an excellent overall experience. From the beginning, their team was highly professional and consistently responsive — every email was answered quickly and clearly, which made the planning process very smooth. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other operators, without compromising the quality of service.
Our guide, Caleb, was exceptional. He had a sharp eye for wildlife, always managed to find animals before anyone else, and brought us incredibly close to them while ensuring safety and respect for the environment. Also compared with a lot of other safari cars, ours is very clean everyday.
The itinerary itself was largely customized by us, and the operator gave us full flexibility to adjust the schedule based on our preferences. This made the entire trip feel very personal and well tailored. Both my family and I were extremely satisfied with every part of the journey.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-organized, reliable, and memorable safari experience.

We had an amazing safari experience with Jungleroam Safaris! Our guide, Papa Johns, was excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and very dedicated. He went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes, ensuring we saw all the animals we wanted, including completing the Big Five! We visited Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru, and everything was well organized, safe, and enjoyable. Evans & Papa John, they were awesome, we had experience with them.
We chose Jungleroam cause of the competitive rate and great service, it turns out perfect.
The only one thing hit us was the park fees were raised on the very day our tour started. Other than that evreything was excellent.
Highly recommended our tour guides Evans and Papa John. Evans seemed to know everyone like literally knows everyone, so he was always on top of the latest animal movements. Papa John kept us laughing the entire way with his great sense of humor.
We saw everything on our list, but sadly no hunting scene. We were still incredibly happy with everything.

Kikitu was professional, smart, funny, and got us to where we needed to be to see the best Animals!
I can't speak for jungleroom safaris themselves as much, but their driver was incredible. He really did make the trip. I used two drivers during the trip and Kikitu was by far superior. Knows when to move on from animal groupings, knows when to stay around, and you can tell everyone knows him and loves him in the areas we went to. Would only book him in the future.

It was perfect!
Johny was an excellent guide and driver. We had so much fun with the company.
The abundance of the animals was very nice and we could also separate the animals with the help of Johny. The food and where we slept was great. This trip was simply lovely!
