A highly professional and reliable tour operator delivering well-organized and unique tour!
The safari trip was incredibly well organized from start to finish. From airport pick-up to drop-off, everything was smooth and well communicated. Even though we had three different drivers/guides during the trip - all the transitions were seamless, and we always knew what to expect next.
Our tour guide - Samuel was very kind and had an impressive knowledge of the animals, which made the safari even more interesting and enjoyable. We were also incredibly lucky to witness a leopard hunting while having a game drive with Samuel, which was such a rare and special moment and definitely one of the highlights of our trip!!! We were also lucky enough to see cheetah, lions and, of course, plenty of zebras, giraffes and elephants! :)

Johnny is very friendly and determined to give you the best experience.
We had an amazing four day tour of Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha. Johnny made sure we saw as many animals as possible — including elephants bathing and a lion hunting a warthog. Johnny is very intuitive with the landscape so you can tell he’s been doing this for a long time. Thank you for the adventure!

Professional and attentive tour operator who delivers a wonderful safari experience.
This was an unforgettable safari experience.
We enjoyed stunning Rift Valley landscapes and observed a wide variety of wildlife, including buffalos, zebras, impalas and many colourful birds.
Our driver‑guide Johny was very friendly, knowledgeable and hard‑working. He shared lots of interesting information about the park and local animals, and always prioritised our viewing and photography needs.
The lodge was lovely, with wild animals roaming around the premises. It was a wonderful wilderness adventure, and we highly recommend this trip.

I went on a safari in the Masai Mara with our guide, Jimmy, and I absolutely loved the experience\! 🦁🦒🐘
Jimmy is an excellent guide. He did everything he could to help us see as many animals as possible, while also taking the time to explain their behavior and environment\. He was very patient, attentive to our wishes, and always willing to listen.
He knew the park perfectly and exactly where to go so that we could observe the animals in the best possible conditions\. We were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife and experience truly unforgettable moments.
I particularly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and good humor throughout the safari. You can really tell that he loves his job and wants to give his clients the best experience possible.
I highly recommend Jimmy for a safari in the Masai Mara\! If you have the chance to have him as your guide, you can trust him completely. It was an incredible experience that I will never forget! ❤️

Good prices but with a good quality
We booked a tour (Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli) for 8 days. We were in a private in a Jeep with Peter as guide. Everything was well organized (pickup, hotel, meals, water, park tickets...) The price was really affordable for the level of services we have got. Before the tour the communication with Jungle Roam was clear. The only improvement I would suggest is on the payment, I think there is an opportunity to share the company bank details to be prepared in advance. We saw many animals and great landscapes. Peter our guide knows his job and wasn't going to close to wildlife and turning off the car when we stopped to observe. A big thanks for this and the moments we shared together.
