Fantastic safari with Steve from jungleroam
We had an unforgettable safari experience with jungleroam safari. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Chesi was so helpful in answering any questions we had and tailoring the itinerary for our group. Our safari guide Steve was 5 star. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He knew so much about the wildlife and different parts of Kenya we visited. He made the trip so speacial. We can’t wait to return and we will definitely be requesting Steve again. First class service and a terrific guide in Steve
This was my first ever safari that finishes tomorrow June 22nd and was a big family occasion with eight people. While one member did all the organising I had the luxury of being soley focusised on the experience. From day 1 our guide Steve made it a memorable family holiday, he was so friendly, a lovely personality, a great guide who was always on time, ready to agree to any request and a font of knowledge on the animals and the 3 parks we visited.
Drives between the parks were also great with Steve telling us lots on all aspects of Kenyan life.
I would recommend this company for any safari trips you plan and our tour guide Steve to any new customers.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Steve!
The entire safari experience was absolutely incredible – perfectly organised from start to finish. Steve was the heart of it all: so confident, capable, and professional. We felt completely safe and looked after the whole time. Every journey was smooth and efficient, and the accommodation exceeded all expectations – comfortable, scenic, and a real treat after the day’s adventures.
What really stood out was Steve’s ability to get us the best views of the wildlife. His knowledge of the area and understanding of animal movements meant we were always in the right place at the right time. He was also endlessly accommodating, making sure we got to do everything we wanted while keeping everything running seamlessly. Couldn’t recommend the experience more!

Amazing Safari with Steve from Jungleroam
We spent an amazing week on Safari with our great guide Steve. The holiday was so well organised from the moment we arrived in Nairobi Airport. We visited 2 national parks, we saw a huge variety of animals - more than we could have hoped for. Steve was able to find us the best positions to view the animals and wow did we see many. I would definitely book with this Company again.

We Love Steve!!!
We had the most amazing week with Steve celebrating a special family birthday. This was a big trip for all of us, with family travelling from Ireland, Switzerland & Australia. We had high expectations for the trip and Steve exceeded them all.
From the moment we landed to end of our trip, there was nothing Steve could have done more for us! He was like one of the family by the end of the trip.
We were incredibly lucky with Steve and had the most amazing animal encounters, making sure we all had enough time to get our photos, videos and take in the magic animal encounters. Steve knew all the best spots to take us while still being respectful and keeping a safe distance from the animals.
The roads in Kenya are not for the faint hearted but Steve was an incredible driver. He made sure we were always all comfortable and everyone was at ease with his driving. He is a superstar!!
Special mention to Chesy in the office, we had a few requests to tailor our trip and nothing was an issue. She was super helpful with all aspects of the trip making sure everything was perfect for us!
This is our second safari with Jungle Roam and it’s save to say it won’t be our last. We will definitely be back and will be asking for the best guide Steve!!

We have just returned from an incredible trip to the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli in Kenya, all thanks to the unparalleled expertise and skills of our excellent guide Albert, who has an extremely profound knowledge of local wildlife, birds, plants, and ecosystems. Not only can he accurately identify animals (whether near or far), but he can also explain their behaviors, ecological niches, and interesting anecdotes in detail, making every game drive like a vivid nature lesson.
He has extraordinary tracking skills and keen observation skills. Thanks to his experience and intuition, we were able to witness exciting moments such as lions feeding and hyenas fighting for food.
Very safety-conscious. In the wild environment, he always puts our safety first, strictly abides by park regulations, accurately predicts potential risks, and handles them calmly and professionally, which makes us feel very reassured.
Skilled driving skills. Whether on muddy trails, rugged terrain, or when he needs to accurately locate observation points, his driving is smooth and reliable, ensuring that we can get close to wildlife comfortably and safely (within the permitted range).
Passion and Commitment:
His genuine love for the African wilderness and wildlife was infectious and touched everyone. The twinkle in his eye as he shared his stories and knowledge gave us a deeper understanding and emotional connection to the land.
He was very patient and always willing to answer all our questions (no matter how basic or weird) and made sure everyone saw and heard clearly.
Positive and friendly. His sense of humor and positive attitude made the whole trip full of joy, even during long drives or weather changes.
