highly responsible gental nice and patient
I highly recommend Jungleroam's Albert. I like him very much indeed.
Firstly, he is extremely responsible. Every time, he would ask what time to depart instead of directly setting a time like other guides do. He would also proactively suggest leaving earlier.
And the most, most, most important thing!!! I was never late even once (a friend I met on the way said their guide was always 15 minutes or even an hour late every day).
Secondly, he was good at spotting animals. He was quick and prompt. When the lion was hunting, he was the third to arrive. Even he alone discovered the hippopotamus that the lion was hunting. There were several vultures on it. Two lions were not far away.
He speaks English very well and is easy to understand.
He is very gentle and will keep telling stories about the surroundings all the way.
However, the customer service of jungleroam provided by Chesi is not that good.
Albert's license plate number is 007, so his nickname is Papa. It's quite interesting.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jungleroam Safari. Especially our tour guide, Moses. From the very start, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and excited about our trip. What really stood out was his dedication—he listened carefully to what we hoped to see and do, and happily adjusted the itinerary to match our interests. Whether it was adding an extra stop to catch a sunset, spending more time at a particular spot we loved, or sharing local stories and hidden gems along the way, nothing ever felt like too much to ask. Professional, patient and punctual
John is a very professional driver. Please trusts him. John can help you find the Big 5 easily. If you are luck enough, the Mara river migration and mountain Kilimanjaro can be the most amazing part in your safari tour. Unforgettable trip in Kenya with Jungleroam and John. Amazing budget Safari, solo traveller with Jungleroom Safari
I did a 7-day budget safari in Kenya as solo traveller and it was fantastic. Jungleroom organised everything smoothly from park entrance to accommodation.
We visited Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli. Our guide John Mwangi was very professional, friendly and sharp for wildlife, we saw the Big Five and more.
This was a very well run and truly memorable experience.

Experience of a lifetime
I picked this operator based on the reviews of this website and it truly did not disappoint!
My guide/driver Caleb was attentive, efficient and knowledgeable about the whole program. He gave very useful information about the animals that you will see in the safari. He gives clear instructions on what time to get ready and other pertinent information.
The tour itself was amazing! Saw so much animals! Animals that I only see in books and films came to life during this trip. The accommodations are basic but it does the join considering the price point.
If you are thinking of doing a safari in Kenya (which you should!) I will definitely recommend Caleb and Jungleroam Safaris!
