A safari I’ll never forget.
Our 5-day safari with Jungleroam Safaris was one of the highlights of our trip to Kenya. From the very beginning, communication was smooth, everything was well organized, and the experience exceeded our expectations.
A special thank you goes to our guide, Johnny Jackson. You can immediately tell how deeply he loves wildlife and nature. His passion is contagious, and spending a few days with him made us appreciate Africa in a completely different way. Every game drive felt exciting because he genuinely enjoyed every sighting as much as we did.
One thing that really stood out was that Johnny speaks Chinese and even keeps a Chinese wildlife guidebook in the vehicle. That made it so much easier for us to learn the names of different animals and birds, especially for travelers who aren’t already familiar with African wildlife.
Another unexpected bonus was his photography skills. He has a fantastic eye for composition and always positioned the vehicle from the best angle, whether we were photographing lions, elephant herds, or other wildlife. Many of our favorite photos from the trip were only possible because of his experience and artistic eye.

Unforgettable Kenyan safari — Caleb made it an incredible experience
Booking an 8-day safari with Jungleroam was the best decision we made for our Kenya trip, and it surpassed every expectation we had. From the very first enquiry to the final farewell, everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism.
Our guide Caleb is truly one of a kind. His knowledge of the bush is astonishing — not just where to find animals, but how to read their behavior, position the vehicle perfectly, and tell you fascinating stories about the ecosystem along the way. He was deeply committed to giving us the best experience possible, never rushing, always patient, and genuinely excited every time we spotted something new. By the end of the trip, he felt less like a guide and more like a friend.
Thanks to Caleb's relentless dedication, we were incredibly fortunate to see all of the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino — plus countless other unforgettable moments. The itinerary was perfectly paced: enough early morning drives to catch the best wildlife activity, balanced with proper downtime at beautiful lodges and camps.
A big thank you also to Mike and Vincent in the office, who were responsive, helpful, and made the booking process completely stress-free. Every detail was well thought out, from transfers to accommodation.

A super relaxing, enjoyable journey filled with novel and exciting things！
The driver and guide, Danis, was absolutely outstanding. He made tremendous efforts to find animals at every park, always securing the best photo spots in the front row. He patiently explained each animal—Big Five, Ugly Five, Special Five, and more—and answered all our questions with great enthusiasm. We highly recommend Danis! Although we stayed in a budget hotel, it was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with friendly staff who greeted us warmly every day. Our meals were satisfying and nutritious, with plenty of meat, eggs, and dairy to keep us well-fed. Overall, it was an incredible value—truly fulfilling my long-held dream of seeing wildlife up close!

Lovely experience
We had a fantastic 4-day, 3-night safari with JungleRoam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I traveled with my 66-year-old mother, and everything was well organized from the moment we were picked up in Nairobi until we were dropped off back in the city.
Our guide, Bryan, was excellent. He was always friendly, spoke very good English, drove safely, and worked hard to make sure we had the best wildlife sightings possible. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see the entire Big Five, which was one of the highlights of our trip.
The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and included hot water. Most of the lodges also had Wi-Fi. The only exception was the lodge inside the Masai Mara Reserve, where Wi-Fi was only available in the dining area and lobby, but that is understandable considering the remote location.
The food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included every day, and most meals were served as buffets with a good variety of options. One day we had a packed lunch because we spent the whole day exploring the park, which allowed us to maximize our game drive time.
The safari itself was incredible. Seeing so many buffaloes and zebras in the wild was amazing, and the sunsets over the Masai Mara were absolutely breathtaking. We also witnessed part of the Great Migration, although only a few zebras crossed the river during our visit. Even so, it was a very special experience.
The only minor downside was the condition of some of the roads, which can be quite rough. However, this is part of the adventure and something to expect when visiting such a remote natural area.
Overall, the tour met our expectations and offered excellent value for money. It was well organized, punctual, and suitable for travelers of different ages—even my mother enjoyed every day of the experience.
I would definitely recommend JungleRoam to couples, families, solo travelers, and anyone looking for a well-planned safari in Kenya. Thank you, Bryan and the JungleRoam team, for making this trip so memorable!
