What I was looking for
The JungleRoam safari team was awesome! They were super accommodating, allowing me to make adjustment to my schedule last minute and promptly answering any questions I had through the process.
For the tour itself, I had Johny as my guide who was excellent! He was super knowledgeable about the animals and was so good at spotting them before the other groups. We were lucky enough to be the first group who found a pride of lions eating a buffalo! Johny was the best, highly recommend him if given the choice!

Good value for money and helpful staff
We had a great time with Jungle Room Safaris. We did three days of Masai Mara safari. Everything was on time. We had pleasant experiences, and we also had some special requests, which was fulfilled. So overall, it was good. Also the tour guide was good.

Your guide, Kush, will meet you in the Maasai Mara. He is very experienced and quick to spot lions. Although he is a man of few words, he is happy to share information if you initiate the conversation—such as asking about the lions or other wildlife. He spends much of his time on the phone coordinating with other guides to track animal locations, and he is genuinely dedicated to finding the "Big Five" and "Ugly Five" for you.

Masai safari - must see action
Had a great time on the 3 day group safari through JungleRoam Safaris. Got assigned Kush as our guide/driver extraordinaire. He was very knowledgeable on the Masai and it's animals, went out of his way ensure we got to see the big 5, and everything else. He made the trip smooth sailing and enjoyable. Action packed few days, was nice to not have think about anything as the tour operator took care of everything from pick up at hotel, all fees included and drop off to hotel post safari. Would recommend the operator to friends, the Masai is a must see.

Samuel is the best host

Poor guide and disappointing customer service
I had high hopes for this operator after reading so many good reviews on different platforms. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what I expected.
If you join their shared tour, you might be grouped with customers from other operators and assigned an outsourced driver. There were around three different groups on our tour. Unfortunately, I got a really bad driver, Ali, and honestly, I don’t think the operator did a good job checking who they were putting in charge of their customers.
I emailed the operator to complain about Ali. He barely spoke to us, and we left almost two hours later than scheduled. They replied saying they would change my car and driver, but that never happened. My email was basically ignored.
What made things worse was that Ali actually confronted me and asked why I had complained about him and whether I had a problem with him. that was really unprofessional and very uncomfortable.
And over the next few days, everything I was worried about became reality. He barely explained anything during the game drives. He would just drive around without telling us about the animals or anything happening around us. Honestly, he felt more like a driver than a guide. We even had to ask him to stop because we wanted to see animals nearby.
The whole experience was disappointing, especially considering how much I had looked forward to this safari. What’s even worse is that the operator still hasn’t responded to my concerns.
If you’re planning to book with them, I’d suggest asking whether you’ll be assigned their own in house guide or an outsourced one, and checking the guide’s experience beforehand.
Unfortunately, this was not the safari experience I had hoped for at all.

It's unfortunate that the safari you had with us on Aug 31st ago did not meet your expectations.
We are truly sorry for the experience you had with guide Ali.
We would also like to clarify once you notified us on the situation on the first day (Aug 31) we arranged for a different car for you to join.
Unfortunately the other driver guide, Brian passed by your hotel and found you had already left with Ali for the evening game drive. We immediately reached Ali to ask what had happened and asked him to pass his phone over to you so that we could check on you.
Over the phone you informed us you were okay and had resolved everything with him.
It's unfortunate that more than 1 month later we realized that was not the case.
We wish you could have called us later that evening to confirm that nothing was solved.
However, we would like to acknowledge the fact that your expectations were not met.
We also apologize for not following up further as well.
