Amazing Experience
We booked a 3D2N Maasai Mara private budget tour and the tour guide assigned to us was Jeffery. Overall, it was an amazing experience for us to explore Maasai Mara following the tour arranged by JungleRoam Safaris. JungleRoam Safaris is a reliable agency as the service and tour they provide are worth the money. Jeffery was very responsible and friendly throughout our tour and he is a very experienced safari guide. We can see that through our 2 days game drive. Our guide in Kenya was amazing! Super nice and friendly, and he really knew how to make the safari special. Every time we stopped, he managed to park the vehicle in the perfect spot so we could get the best views and photos of the animals. Thanks to him, we enjoyed every moment of the trip!

Excellent
We went on a 5-day tour with my partner and it was truly unforgettable. We were picked up at our hotel in Nairobi and headed straight to the Masai Mara, arriving just in time for the afternoon safari. The next day we enjoyed a full-day game drive — simply amazing. Thanks to the skills and dedication of our Spanish guide Brian and our driver Tribon, we managed to see all the animals, including a rhinoceros!
On the third day we continued to Lake Nakuru for another afternoon safari. Such a dreamlike place where once again Brian and Tribon went above and beyond to make sure we spotted everything.
On the fourth day we traveled to Amboseli, where we got breathtaking postcard views of elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.
Each night we stayed at Sopa lodges, which we absolutely loved.
Overall, an unforgettable journey. Huge thanks to our Spanish guide Brian, who with his knowledge, communication skills and attention to every detail, made everything clear and enjoyable. And to our driver Tribon, who drove long hours and still always managed to get us the very best views.
We will miss you both!!!

The safari was great. The accommodation, car and timing were excellent. John is an amazing driver and guide, his Spanish is very good. I would definitely recommend it.

Moses can get you places most other drivers can't. Dude is connected.
Moses got us to the big five and ugly five within the first part of the first day--and he got us in good positions to see them. He was friendly and helpful, but his connections to the other drivers and staff everywhere is what added most value. He can figure things out pretty quickly.

The service quality is excellent and the cost performance is the highest.
My wife and I can honestly say this safari was one of the best experiences of our lives. First of all, their customer service was excellent—every time we had a question, they responded within just a few minutes, which made us feel very confident. On top of that, the value for money was absolutely worth it. We were fortunate to have the best guide, Ken, who was truly outstanding.
Ken is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and always the first to lead us to the animals. Thanks to him, we managed to see all of the Big Five in Kenya! One of the most unforgettable moments was witnessing nearly a hundred elephants crossing right in front of our vehicle in search of water—it was absolutely breathtaking. We also had an amazing time at both Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Ken was always kind, approachable, and consistently listened to our needs. Since our English is not very good, he even helped us communicate with the hotel reception in advance, which made the whole journey smoother and more comfortable.
The accommodations far exceeded our expectations—delicious food, warm hospitality, and wonderful people everywhere we stayed.
My wife and I highly recommend Jungle Walk Safari to anyone looking for one of the best safari experiences in Kenya.
