A personalized experience that trumped all other operators
I can't say enough good things about our Safari with Njiro Legacy. I arranged our Safari one year prior to leaving on it and Cuthbert communicated flawlessly throughout the whole year before and up to our departure date, notifying us of a change of lodging due to construction and other details.
On Safari we had two guides who were incredibly knowledgeable about the areas, the animals, conservation efforts, and so much more. They became part of the family over the course of our six days on Safari and were great with my two young girls.
We had a specialized spare tire cover with our name on it, hot lunches every day where others all had boring boxed lunches, and everything was geared towards us having a great experience.
We saw every animal possible. I mean it. A cheetah mother teaching her cubs to hunt, a lion kill, two leopard sightings, with one of them being on the ground and able to watch the animal's natural grace as it moved away, and so much more.
We even had a cheetah jump up onto the spare tire of our vehicle!
The price per person for the Safari was absolutely phenomenal. I researched no less than 20 different operators and will never regret choosing Njiro Legacy. Skip the biggest and flashy operators like Tanzania specialist, who quoted me 20% or more than what we paid, and go with the smaller family ran business Njiro Legacy. You won't regret it.

Our 3-day Ndutu safari was perfectly arranged and went very smoothly!
The guide was professional and thoughtful, providing a guide book to East African wildlife, and clearly explained every animal we saw.
He also took fantastic photos for us.
The travel agency has its own hotel in Arusha, offering excellent one-stop service.
Overall, it was a perfect experience—highly recommended!

Excelent choice
We chose to book the safari and visit the Materuni waterfalls through Njiro Legacy and we were very pleased. Everything went acording to plan. The staff are wonderful and adapted the daily plans acording to our needs. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with heartwarming hospitality
We booked the private tour directly via Njiro Legacy, including two nights of stay in Arusha and a four-day trip of Safari. Cuthbert was very friendly, motivated, and organized everything for us like pickup service from/to the airport and even a city trip in Arusha. The staff in Hotel Njiro Legacy was very friendly and offered an excellent service. The food there was delicious.
During the safari in Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park, we could see so many animals. The lodge was amazing and definitely a once-in-lifetime experience. Everything from day to night was perfectly organized.
In summary, we enjoyed this week and had a wonderful time. We would recommend everyone who wants to have a safari/tour in the region Arusha to book the trip via Njiro Legacy. Again, we thank Cuthbert sincerely for this amazing experience and hope to be there again in the future.

Reliable and an excellent driver, with plenty of useful information about Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
This tour was exceptionally well organized. Cuthbert did a fantastic job answering our questions, organizing the trip exactly how we wanted it, and paying attention to the little details to make our safari a most memorable time. Kongoni campsite was one of the highlights of our trip. Amazing food and service and the wildlife that passed through was as remarkable as our safari tours in the car. Vincent always knew where to find the best locations to see lions close up. Njiro takes care of clients so well, from our night at Njiro hotel before leaving to our arrival after the safari. A great tour company and an outstanding team.

Outstanding Experience and Truly Unforgettable!
From start to finish, our stay and tour experience were nothing short of exceptional. The hotel was stunning! our room was absolutely unreal, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtful, and the service throughout was second to none. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate anything we asked for.
The food was buffet style local food which was anmazing! every meal was fresh, flavorful, and the service was great: We genuinely looked forward to every dining experience.
Our tour guide was phenomenal! he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. They took care of everything, making us feel relaxed and looked after every moment. The safari trips they organised were simply unforgettable from the breathtaking landscapes amazing wildlife encounters, and memories we will honestly cherish forever.

I think our guide was very experienced, humorous, and always followed the rules conscientiously.
I highly recommend this tour company for their exceptional integrity and practicality. From the management to the field staff, everyone is incredibly down-to-earth and reliable. They are always quick to resolve any issues that arise.
They made communication effortless by using the messaging apps popular in our home country and even went the extra mile by bringing us small gifts and local souvenirs, which was a very thoughtful touch.
In terms of the itinerary, unless we requested specific customizations, they handled all the arrangements seamlessly, always prioritizing our enjoyment above all else. All of this was offered at a very reasonable price.
We saw an abundance of wildlife, especially many smaller animals. Our guide was exceptionally professional; he would proactively point out even the smallest creatures and birds, ensuring we didn't miss anything. He enriched the experience by sharing fascinating knowledge about their behaviors, prey, and habitats.
