Great organisation. Excellent guides
Akondo adventures organised a trip to Gombe National Park for me including air travel from Dar es Salaam. Omari was a great guide not only did he look after accommodation but he knew all about the chimps, knew their family tree and could identify individuals. He also identified birds and other monkey species. We went kayaking and swimming together. He was always enthusiastic. A great guide. Thanks

Amazing experice, unforgettable
This safari was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Day 1 – Serengeti: We were blown away by the incredible landscapes and the sheer number of animals we saw. Truly breathtaking scenery everywhere we looked.
Day 2 – Ngorongoro Crater: An amazing day where we were lucky enough to see rhinos as well, which made the experience even more special.
Day 3 – Tarangire: Watching the sunrise surrounded by nature was magical, and seeing large groups of elephants so close was unforgettable.
In just three days, we managed to see everything and experience the very best of Tanzania’s wildlife. We were incredibly lucky to see all of the Big Five: lion, buffalo, elephant, rhino, and leopard.
A special mention goes to our guide Richard, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always made us feel safe and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Everyone spoke so highly of the agency and their guide, Richard, that I decided to ask for a quote. I was immediately impressed by how professional, clear, and detailed the daily itinerary was—it was so well-curated that I could already visualize the magic.

Unforgettable Safari Adventure with Akondo
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience with Akondo! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, and we felt safe, comfortable, and truly taken care of throughout the entire trip.
Our guide, RICHARD, was simply outstanding — honestly the best guide in the world!!! His knowledge, passion, sense of humor, and ability to spot animals were incredible. He made every single day exciting and unforgettable, and thanks to him we experienced moments we will remember for the rest of our lives.
The landscapes were breathtaking, the wildlife encounters were beyond our expectations, and the whole atmosphere of the trip was just magical.
